I brought my dog here after my vet suggested a cleaning. The vet was impressed how clean they were at our next visit!

I drove over an hour to Danville to have my dog's teeth cleaned. Wasn't given a reminder call like last time. My appointment was for 9 am and no one is even here! Natural pet tooth fairy is so unprofessional for not giving their clients an update for being late to yet another clinic!

An overall incredible experience with NPTF. Drop-off was easy, pickup was in the time frame provided, and they delivered on the cleaning in every way promised. Could not recommend this service more.

One of the worst employers I’ve had the displeasure in encountering. Some truly morally and medically unethical practices behind the scenes at the direction of management and ownership. High revolving door of employees due to this mentioned above. It truly is a shame because the actual work and helping dogs and cats in their health is highly rewarding and enjoyable. I hope others are able to read this review before they delete it as they have for multiple other former employees. Yet another unethical practice.

Courteous, professional staff. This was our second visit, and we will always use them! Clean teeth and no anesthesia risk! I know this will not work for all pets, but I highly recommend giving it a try. I had stopped having my dog's teeth cleaned at the vet after a friend took her 4 dogs in for routine annual cleaning under anesthesia, and one did not make it back. Yes, they always tell you it's a risk, and you shrug it off, thinking your dog is healthy . . . but it is a real risk. :(

I'm so happy I found this place! I called 3-4 different vets for a simple teeth cleaning quote for my 5lb baby and was shocked that the quotes ranged from $300-700 NO extractions just a cleaning. I was explained that putting her under was part of the increased costs and some even wanted to perform an additional exam to ensure she was safe to put under even though she had just been spayed (which obviously shows she's ok to be put to sleep). Needless to say when I found the Natural Tooth Fairy I was ecstatic! The fact that they could perform the work needed WITHOUT having to put my small dog under was the best thing about it and price wise they are more than reasonable for the outstanding work they do because the reviews online did not disappoint! The staff were kind and professional and left my dogs teeth looking amazing!! This is the only place I will be taking her too moving forward. Book with them you won't regret it!

My dog did not seem traumatized after procedure. I didn't see signs of plaque on his front teeth after the cleaning. I will bring him back again in 9 months and bring my other dog too.

I look forward to taking my dog to this place. $225 is nothing compared lol to going to the vet and paying AT LEAST 3x as much. I don’t know how they do it(it’s a mystery lol) but the dogs I’ve taken there come out with pearly white teeth. No wonder they are rated 5 stars.

This is the second time we brought our dog LiLO to you and are so pleased to get her teeth cleaned up by your service. I don't like having to have her getting put under at the vets, they are so high priced .

They do such a wonderful job at half the price and my dogs teeth are so clean. My dogs got out of there and they were perfectly fine. Wish I would’ve known about these guys a long time ago. I’ll never have their teeth cleaned with anesthesia again unless they need teeth pulled.

I am so amazed at how clean and white my dogs teeth are! I don't know how they do it, but they do. One of my dogs takes a lot of medication multiple times a day for a few things including seizures and the meds do a number on her teeth. She was calm the whole time with them; no problems whatsoever. Her teeth are amazing! My dogs are 11 and I was nervous to put them under this time so I thought we would try this and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough. My dog's teeth have improved tremendously after taking him for a cleaning. The staff is extremely professional, sweet and polite. Their attitude shows how much they cared for my dog. They are thorough when going over the outcome of the session and are clear with follow-up instructions and ongoing care my pet needs. My dog has been going to them for 3 years now and I'm impressed every time.

I know that pet dental visits can be real pricey and after finding out how much our vet charged, I found Natural Pet Tooth Fairy on Yelp. I like that they don't fully sedate or use anesthesia on their clients and everything they use is natural. They're response time to my email inquiries were prompt and the appt reminders are detailed and easy to follow. I wasn't able to take our little one to his first appt, but dog dad did and said the staff was so nice and he did very well meeting them for the first time. When he was picked up, they said he did really well and gave a thorough summary of his visit and made recommendations. Their prices are amazing and so is their staff! This will be our furby's ongoing dental cleaning spot! Thank you for taking care of our baby :-)

I wish I had used The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy years ago. Admittedly, I was skeptical about cleaning our dog's teeth without anesthesia since she is so nervous at vet visits. She did great, everyone was so nice, and I am definitely recommending this business to others. I really appreciated the call letting me know that she was doing well and would be done in about 15 minutes.

I was extremely pleased with the dental cleaning my dog received. I was amazed at how clean his teeth were. It's very easy to make an appointment. The business is very professionally run and the people at the mobile clinic were great. I received email reminders, they were very responsive to my questions and concerns and explained thoroughly the findings upon picking up my dog. I highly recommend them. Just had our second visit. I have had two of my dogs get their teeth cleaned by Natural Pet Tooth Fairy. They are wonderful to work with and did a great job on my dogs. I was amazed how calm they both where. Its simply magic how they had such clean teeth without anesthesia. A perfect way to help your pet stay healthy and away from a vet cleaning that will cost in the thousands!

I'm so impressed with The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy! I took my two rescue dogs to their mobile site in Danville last Saturday. I thought there was a 10% chance they would be able to clean one of my dog's teeth because he's very anxious. Not only were they able to clean his teeth, but they managed to get him to relax during it! I was so happy! Both my dogs teeth look so great! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. Will return to them! I highly recommend!

The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy company was a pleasure to work with. Their staff were diligent with correspondence which insured that the process when I arrived was simple. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. After the cleaning they went over each of my dogs dental records explaining everything. My dogs teeth look great and I will definitely use their service again. I highly recommend them to help keep your dogs teeth healthy.

They did an excellent job on my dog's teeth! No more bad breath, looks sparkling white and clean. Did a through exam and provided recommendations. Very professional and courteous. I never write reviews but compelled to for this one. Very happy.

My 8 year old bichon had a great experience with the Tooth Fairy in Vacaville. I waited about 3 months for appointment but glad I did. Gracie has heart murmur so anesthesia was not a good choice and price outrageous. Her teeth were not horrible, as I do brush them, but had some plaque build up. Appointment was one hour and they notified me by text to pick her up. Plaque all gone and happy with the service.

This is a great service. It is so nice not to put my cat through blood tests and X-ray to be anesthetized, and the cost is reasonable.

My dog just had her first teeth cleaning this last week and it went great! All the staff I came in contact with were very kind and appeared to love animals. My dog was a little skittish about going with the tech at first and they did not push her - she was willing to wait for her to feel more comfortable. After the procedure, someone came to discuss the entire chart/findings with me. I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with them. ????

Great staff and kind and caring service. Of course my terrier was super nervous but they calmed her down and did a great job.

Using this service saves a tremendous amount of money compared to the usual veterinary tooth cleaning - mainly because NPTF doesn't use anesthesia. This is also better for your dog or cat, particularly if they're older. The service was fast and efficient, the staff gave thorough information. They're clear about what they can and can't do (this isn't a "full service" vet clinic). You might have to wait a while for an appointment, since this is a "traveling" service, but you might save as much as $700 or even more. I need to find out what they use to calm animals; my dog was very tranquil afterwards.

This place was just amazing. I have a senior dog with a heart condition so I cannot have his teeth cleaned with anesthesia. I gave my dog a bit of trazodone before the appointment and apparently he was very cooperative. They were able to clean all his teeth, which were in pretty bad shape. The tech who came out after the appointment went over all of Chester’s teeth with me, explained exactly what they found and answered all of my questions. The vet on duty prescribed an antibiotic for Chester’s infected gums. His teeth were pearly white and I paid a total of $250.00. This place is THE BEST!
