Sage provides exceptional care. The staff (veterinarians and support staff) are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I have had positive experiences every time we have come with our pets.

Always professional and courteous. Emergency visits for pets a re never cheap, but they are great and work with you to find a treatment plan that will fit your budget. They are great. Thanks Sage!

Highly recommended they did an excellent work that beautiful green eyed nurse that attendant us really took care of our dog and really professional in her work and I really highly recommend them Especially the nurse that attended I don’t know her name but she has green eyes really beautiful and she is amazing in her work and highly recommend her I recommend you guys go and take your pets over there the best give the staff 100%

We had to rush our boy Bane to sage Veterinary clinic. The nurses were so friendly and Dr. Beverly was wonderful. He gave us advice on what we should do. It wasn't about profit for him. He didn't try to make us get tests that weren't necessary. You can tell he loves to help animals. We all know vet bills can add up fast. Dr. Beverly took his time to explain everything to me and asked if I had any more questions or concerns. He relieved so much of my worries and stress. I'm so happy with to care we recieved I will be sharing my review on every platform I can. Dr. Beverly derves all the praise he can get. We are so thankful for him and his team. Murphy had torn two of his nails and was limping. We called and got an appointment for that afternoon. He hates the cone, but he is doing better. I didn’t have to wait long and they let me know what was happening. Very professional yet caring. Murphy saw Dr Dunning.

Sage did a really good job of helping my dog out who is injured and I recommend them get anybody who wants to have a warm and welcoming friendly vet help you animal live a good life

I am new to the area and had to take my pup in for facial swelling. Everyone there was super sweet and professional, I was kept updated and informed/explained what the situation was and what was being done. I definitely recommend this place, hazel (my pup) even loved them.

I love the Sage in Concord. The staff are attentive and responded to my appointment request immediately. The prices are reasonable and I don’t like to take my pets any where else.

While I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, literally the only downside, this place was incredible! Check in was super easy, they were running on time, my pup made it in to see the vet almost immediately, and I got a call from the doctor within 15 minutes. My pup has been struggling with the same issue for over 8 months and I’ve taken him to see four other vets. No one could give me an answer but Doctor Okine knew almost immediately. She didn’t take advantage of the situation financially, opting not to do the ultrasound scheduled. She spoke with me for 20 minutes and answered every…single…question thoroughly and patiently. I couldn’t remember a medication so she sent me a text and allowed me to send her a pic of the medication when I got home to be sure. We have a solid plan and I can’t say enough how relieved and impressed I am. If only I came here 7 months ago!!! While I live all the way in Oakland, I’ll be bringing all my pups here from now on. Just wow!!!!

I was leaving town the next day for a month when my mini-dachshund had another medical emergency that made me decide it was time to have her put to sleep. Punkin would have been 16 in exactly one month from the morning I took her into Sage. The staff and doctor were very comforting and kind. I now have a small wooden box containing Punkin's ashes, a beautiful poem with her paw print on the paper, and they gave me the leash she'd been wearing. So special. Thank you, Sage.❤️????

7 minutes waiting for emergency to answer while my dog has a seizure. Do your self a favor if you love your pet and avoid attempting to contact this facility.

SAGE you are all amazing! I can’t say thank you enough for helping out my Amia(10 year old Chihuahua) who had emergency surgery for pyometra. You all being so sweet and genuine made the whole experience that much easier. If I could I would have given each and everyone of you a hug. All the Staff, Drs, nurses, and surgeons… you are all AMAZING and have such big hearts to be doing what you do. I’m so grateful to all of you. Amia is back home after being there for 2 days and we are all happy she is home and feeling and looking better.

My dog was vomiting all day. We brought him to Sage and they said he would be fine! That they saw no obstruction and whatever was in his stomach would pass easily. We brought him home, and at 3 years old my Charles died in his sleep. Later that morning as we were taking his body to Bishop Ranch (which is ten times better than Sage) Sage called us saying that the doctor DID find an obstruction and we would need to take him in. They called us after 24 hours saying he was in danger of dying, when he was already dead. Terrible experience. It cost me the life of my dog. Nobody should go here! EVER.

I don't know why, but throughout this pandemic it seems impossible to get emergency vet service in a timely manner. Almost every other "emergency" clinic in the East Bay had 5+ hour wait times, or simply told me they were at capacity and no longer accepting new emergencies! So it was such a relief when SAGE said they not only had time for me and my cat, but said we could come right away! The doctors and staff were all very kind, patient, and communicative during a very stressful time. They will definitely be my 1st call for future emergencies (god forbid!)

SAGE has always been there for my furry friends to provide them with emergency care and urgent care. I am very thankful to you for keeping my fur babies healthy. Covid has changed a lot of things including the ability to get an appointment to see a vet for something like an ear infection. You took us in right away, and that made my puppy, MAXX, and I very happy and thankful!!!

“15k vet bill or the dog will die or 300 to put the dog down.“No you can’t leave to go to another vet or the dog will die” Went to another vet 1700 dollars. They were going to let that dog die on the table . Come here if you want to have the worse experience with a vet you can possibly get.

I have brought several pets to Sage over the last decade, all of whom were in various stages of distress, including pets needing end of life services. Every person I dealt with was compassionate, professional, and knowledgable. They are exceptional.
