Familiar with two vets in this practice who are very good, knowledgeable, and systematic in their approaches (Dr. Lynn and Dr. Bowers). No experience with the other vets in the practice, so I can't comment on them. I like vets who pay attention to details. Vet tech (Mindy) and person answering the phone were very nice as well.

Lafayette Animal Hospital entire staff are caring folks that love animals. My pets are always treated like VIP dogs when we go and am always informed of top info that may impact my dogs. Dr. Kestler is the best!

My pup had surgery yesterday. When I left home to pick him up I hit the worst traffic at the Caldecott tunnel and I was going to be late picking him up - past their closing time. The receptionist and vet tech were so gracious about it and waited for me. They never rushed me and went through his discharge instructions carefully and completely. I love this veterinary practice.

We have been using the services of Lafayette Animal Hospital for 16 years. They have been so very supportive, responsive, and extremely caring every time we have any contact with them. Dr. Kestler knows us, our dogs, and has been kind and thoughtful to them as well. We have older dogs now, and everyone there is rooting for them to get better. I would highly recommend Lafayette Animal Hospital to everyone who wants to have personal professional care for any pet.

Dr. Lynn is wonderful! Great experience here with the staff they are knowledgeable, kind and very responsive. They send a lot of reminders for the appointments which is great for a forgetful person like me! Felt very comfortable having my pup get her dental surgery here. ❤️ P.S. don't forget to bring the staff some human treats!

It was my first visit with our dog, who'd broken a tooth. Dr. Cynthia Linn was very reassuring, very competent, and gave me solid information. We are not hoping for any more pet health crises, but at least I know where to go if one occurs. Thanks, Dr. Linn! Also, they were able to squeeze us in well before any other place I contacted.

So happy to have my dogs back here.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was extremely friendly and accommodating. I don’t like taking my cat to the vet because I know how miserable it makes her, but everyone from the vet tech to the doctor were so gentle with her. Dr Cotten was a true professional and somehow got my cat to sit still and be content while she was checking out her vitals/organs. I would recommend that anyone bring their fur baby here!

A new "visiting" female Dr. made this "covid procedures" visit a personal, informative and somewhat reasonably priced event. She came out to our car, with her mask on, and went over all her findings and recommendations in a totally clear and understandable manner. I think her name was Dr. Verver and she would make a great addition to any Vet staff!

My 6.5yo American Bully mix girl gets really anxious at the vet and shivers the entire time. The vet and the team waited for her calmly until they had earned her trust after which they examined her! She had a great vet visit after so many months!

Followed Dr. Lynn to Lafayette. She’s a great vet and I really like her manner with my pups.

My experience here was amazing! To say that my dog is shy of people is an understatement, he is absolutely terrified of people and needed carried into the office, but I had given the office a heads up and everyone was amazing. The vet spent her time on the floor, was slow so as not to scare him more, and was very thorough. Her calm demeanor and wonderful examination made me sure she had my pet's health as her focus and I cannot speak highly enough about my visit.

I brought my poorly behaved, somewhat scary, cat to LAH and had a good experience with all of the staff, from admin, to the tech, to the veterinarian. They had their safety protocols in place and still were able to provide professional experience with great communication. They were able to examine and suggest treatment for my cantankerous kitty, which isn't always easy with her. They were calm and kind throughout the visit. Such a relief to get her in without difficulty.

LAH is great. Wonderful Veterinarians and assistants. Intake was a breeze. My anxious Kitty calmed down in a few moments and received thorough care. I was able to get a same day appointment. Thank you !

I saw Dr Kestler for my 12 week old puppy's wellness visit and loved my experience here. Taylor welcomed us in, weighed Toby and asked questions for paperwork and it was a breeze and very calm. Dr Kestler came in shortly and loved his personality. He is very caring, friendly with both me and my puppy and very informative and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and he took his time with our visit going over new puppy expectations and answering questions I had. He held my puppy and was very gentle with him. He took him around in the office to meet more people and get him socialized. It's great to know he also has a young pup so he can definitely relate to my experience as a new pup-mom. It's been over 13 years since (I've had a dog of my own) my dog passed and I didn't imagine myself to be a pup-mom again. But to meet Dr Kestler and be under his care, I am very happy to know my puppy is in very good hands. He reminds me of the Dr I took my dog to many moons ago. Their office practices social distancing with patients/dogs one-at-a-time policy in the hallway and check out is all done in the room. Which is another great bonus, definitely cuts down the checkout time and the hassle of going from the patient room to the desk to check out and exiting. I look forward to our next wellness visit. My puppy did great and I could tell he was relaxed and felt good about his Dr visit.... until of course he got the shot and he screamed bloody murder lol. And then he was okay again after a few minutes.

My son took cat-pal Zenzera for annual well-visit, everything was exceptional as is usual when dealing with dear Dr. Kestler, a thorough and compassionate professional. We're safe and in very good hands here. Love to the entire crew!

The staff always makes me feel at ease leaving my pet for what can be a traumatic experience.

I was debating whether to rate Lafayette animal Hospital at four or five but went with the five because the reasons for making it a four we're really not that significant. This was a first time visit with this animal hospital and a new vet for my dog. Overall a positive experience, friendly polite and helpful staff as well as good bedside manner from Dr. Ashley Cotten. I would only add the reasons for considering rating them a four is that they ran about 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule. That seems to be par for the course these days in the industry. On this particular day apparently they were short staffed at the receptionist. The other is they were supposed to email me the invoice with the doctors notes and I had to call them to remind them to send it. Other than that I would definitely recommend Lafayette animal Hospital

The staff is always helpful and genuinely happy to see my pet. This goes such a long way toward communicating my pet’s needs and the level of care that she receives. She has been a patient here for 14 happy, healthy years.

A good friend of mine referred me to the Lafayette Animal Hospital who has been happily going there for many many years and I can see why. Incredibly friendly and informative staff. Easy and efficient on-line process to book appointments. Streamlined, yet very personable process when I got there, even through all the Covid protocols. Friendly and caring handling of animals. Great at giving feedback. This was my and my dog’s 1st visit and it was wonderful! I met with Dr. Bowers and he was very friendly, easy going, gentle, and knowledgeable. He gave us a generous amount of his time and expertise. They explain everything they are doing and are very upfront and reasonable about their procedures and pricing. My dog was quite nervous and they handled him with genuine loving care! Making it the best experience possible for both of us!
