NEVER AGAIN!!!! It's not a fancy place, but did well enough for awhile. THEN I picked up my dog one day with a wrinkled, watery eye. I asked what was going on. The groomer and OWNER both swore it was a cataract. REALLY? Clear and wrinkled and watery? Long story short - groomer had snipped his eye, it ulcerated and got infected, months of sleepless nights putting drops in every few hours plus I had to take him to work. We saved the eye, but it's so scarred my pup only has partial sight, can't make tears, needs drops for life for moisture, and it frequently re-infects. Going on 2 years now!!!! OWNER NEVER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY, this was MISERABLE for my pup and I, and has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in medical care!!!

This is for the grooming section only. The Pet Bath section is good! I took my dog in for a grooming appointment, and was very disappointed. First of all, they quoted me 2 to 3 hours, and he was not ready for five and a half hours. Secondly it is more than I've ever spent on another grooming. This includes when he has been groomed by a mobile groomer. Thirdly, the haircut was not done well. They're uneven spots and they did not do his head or his tail. Lastly, I feel that it was poorly handled and poorly communicated. At this point, this is not recommended for grooming services.

Been to a few different groomers bed bath is by far the best. I have a English Chocolate Lab with a thick undercoat. They always brush her out really good.

Pet Bath USA's line on their website says "we love your pet" which couldn't be further from the truth. They love your wallet. The customer service they provide shows a lack of integrity from the owner of this business. If you truly care for your pets do not give them your business, and take your pets elsewhere.

Unprofessional my dog left traumatized

This is the only place I'll take my Pomeranian. He's very fluffy and difficult to trim but Cesar always makes him look like a champ.

Sharon and Rose were AMAZING. It was my dogs first time going to the groomers since I rescued him. They took great care of him even though he was not the easiest and and calmest to work with but was in much need of good grooming. Sharon and Rose are patient and kinda. Thank you for giving my boy a chance and also great value compared to other groomers in the area.

Please don’t entrust your dogs to the male groomer! On several occasions while I have been using the self grooming services I have heard him being gruff and impatient with little dogs. The dogs cry and yelp and he is short tempered. I’d NEVER take my dogs here and entrust them to their care. Be warned.

Took our dog, self bathed our dog. Place has gone down hill a bit.

It's a simple yet BEAUTIFUL pet grooming location with SELF SERVICE PET GROOMING STATIONS!!!! Not just that, these metal bath basins are at waist level so you don't have to strain and hurt your back. The price is more than fair, and the owner is a lovely and knowledgeable lady! While I was in there washing my dog, I noticed all the clients that came in and out to pick up their dogs post-grooming and they couldn't stop ranting about how much they love this place. The only complaint I would have are the towels. They need to be a little more thicker and/or bigger than a standard size hand towel. Other than that, I love this place and they have a loyal customer for sure!

Could hear a small dog cry out in pain about 3 times Saturday from an ajacent wall. I walked over they said the dog was fine.

I came to Pet Bath USA after Sharon's daughter, Kim, closed her grooming shop in Upland in late June, 2018. Sharon, the owner, is a very nice and attentive woman. My dogs received the same outstanding and exceptional grooming as they did at Kim's shop. In fact, after I left Pet Bath USA and was walking back to my SUV, a middle-aged couple commented on how beautifully groomed my dogs looked.

This spot is in area that is easy in and easy out with self service tub to wash my dogs and the groomers are very essential on what they are doin.

Good prices on dogs nail trimming

PLEASE READ! Brought my dog to self service wash, everything was clean and lady at front desk was nice. BUT if you have to get your dogs nails clipped and your dog isn’t the foundest of it go somewhere else. The guy was beyond pissed at my dog and yanking his arms around!!!!! Literally he is so lucky my bf was there or I would have went nuts. I’ve worked at a dogs groomers and if you feel uncomfortable with the dog then you shouldn’t be clipping dogs nails!!!! My dog was your average scared dog. The guy was SOOO rude and soo aggressive with my dog that I said forget it after a few nails. He would have beat my dog no doubt if I wasn’t there!!!!!!! Never again will I go here again!!!! This guy should not be working with Animals.

I've just had one experience here, but they took really good care of my lab. Her coat looked and stayed clean for a substantial amount of time and I plan on coming back.

I've been using their self service for years. I like the raised tubs and the high divisions between them.

My girls Sandy and Chica have been going to the Laverne CA location for over 12 years..We have always been very satisfied with their service. Just got my Girls groomed today, they did a super job. The groomer did an excellent job and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike, Sandy and Chica

Sharon and her employees are always so good with our dog Rufus. They always take such good care of him! Love this place!

The shampoo is watered down. It didn't matter how much I put on my dog, it wouldn't really lather and then after I dried her she smelled worse than before :(
