Bad service, to arrogant staff

The staff here is the absolute best!

#1 Animal Hospital in the valley, quite possibly the earth. For fifteen years we have trusted this business to care for our pets and they have never let us down. Dr Carlson and her staff have always been there when we needed them. They have the knowledge and patience to care for our loved ones.????Great place to bring your cat, dog or any other animal who needs healing.❤

Don't waste your time. They never get caught up enough to take new patients in a timely manner. They are always at the least 2 months out. They will refer you to VCA which has terrible reviews. They should hire an office manager that knows how to run an office.

Great grooming and call back

The best service in the valley. My dog is very happy with both Dr Jeffery and and grooming services. Excellent staff and prices.

Update: Blossom currently suffers from a chronic respiratory infection called Snuffles. She sneezes constantly everyday with no end in site. My family and I are dedicated to giving her antibiotics each day that were prescribed by her previous vet. My previous vet carefully performed a nasal swab test which was never done at Village Park to find the best suited antibiotic to combat the exact bacteria we were working with. As with humans, antibiotics should only be prescribed with definite knowledge as bacteria is becoming resistant to most antibiotics - also not done at Village Park. Blossom's pen is always kept extremely tidy and disinfected with natural cleaners everyday. Snuffles is an extremely contagious disease that is passed from rabbit-to-rabbit, (Blossom is the only rabbit we have). Some precaution was obviously not met at Villabe Park. I am so distraut that my baby is still so sick and will possibly never be the same. Hearing her high pitched sneezes that sound almost like a scream makes me feel so helpless. My heart breaks more and more everyday. My rabbit caught a viral respiratory infection from this place. She doesn't live with any other rabbits and always has had a clean living quarter. When asked for help, they gave her medication without even a check up. I asked how they could prescribe medication without running any tests and they responded by saying she had had this before and treatment was successful. Never has she ever had this infection before or been prescribed this anitbiotic. Three months later my poor baby is still sneezing uncontrollably and may never fully heal from it. Went back to our old veterinarian in another county and confirmed it was from lack of sanitation. The viral infection is highly contagious amongst rabbits, but could've been avoided with proper sanitation. Stay away from this place if you love your fur babies. They fabricate medical records and don't follow sanitation protocols.

Marvelous staff. Great doctors, pharmacy, grooming and boarding. Dedicated parking, pet supplies, food. Pet care for Cats, Dogs & exotic animals. Very pleasant and respectful. All calls are handled and / or call backs are prompt. Staff takes ample time to create the very best care.

Yesterday I had a pet who I thought was choking and looked everywhere to find a vet that would see her. And I ended up stumbling upon these wonderful vets and vet techs ! Right away me and my husband could feel their love and concerns. They treated my fur baby like they’ve known her all her life and loved her so much even up until the very end. Everyone was so kind and had such big hearts. I’m really grateful for the treatment of my fur baby. I will be coming back here and bringing my other two pets and make this place my regule vets office!

Great facility for your pets.

A wonderful clinic with a special touch on my cat, who doesn't like to be touched. My 14yo curmudgeon actually let the technician brush him, which is something he's never let me do in the 13 years I've had him. They are also one of the few vetrinary clinics that do cat grooming with sedatives if needed. That makes it worth the drive all the way from Palm Springs. Also, I understand they treat exotic animals like reptiles there. They are great folks, highly recommended.

Boarding was very good just a tad slow returning our pet

Been using this facility for many years. Loving vets and staff. We have used the boarding as well. Our picky pup loves this place as well

My experience has always been positive! VP had taken care of my Yorkie, Rocky, as an emergency case when cholla stickers were deep in his paw. They saw us immediately and took great care. We have been their clients since then for the last 2 years. Great staff!

They won't see you unless you are a current patient. If you are visiting try somewhere else.

The only place I will take my dog!

So I had an appointment booked for two weeks out, a Saturday. One of my two days I’m available to do anything. They called me the day before my appt, not even 20 hours before my appt, telling me the doctor is not there that day and there gonna have to reschedule. Also telling me there booked for the next 3 weeks so I have to set another appt 3 weeks away from my original appt day now. So that’s over a month they want me to wait to see the doctor. Bs, very unprofessional and disrespectful. Considering they want at least 24 hours notice if you cancel or reschedule an appt. but they don’t have the same policy if it’s them canceling on you. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

They are great but the Covid protocol is a pain!

This is the place to bring your pet for compassionate and professional care, especially if your pet is elderly &/or has chronic health issues.

COVID UPDATE The Hospital is open and seeing clients, but you can not go in. You check in from the curb and someone comes out and takes your pet inside while you wait in the parking lot. That can be rough when it's 108 or so, but it is the way they are doing it. Usually the vet who sees your pet will call you on your cell phone to discuss the issues. I can't say that feels like personal service, but hey it is a strange time. To check out the receptionist calls and takes your credit card information, or someone comes out with a portable reader and takes the information, then an assistant brings your pet to your car. They want you to bring your pet with no collar or leash. On a positive note, we have started having our Golden bathed there with Jared and he is really good. Jared actually brings your pet down to you, and as I said, we have been very very pleased with his work. Saw Dr Bradshaw and was impressed with her. Through exam, personable manner and she didn’t try to squeeze every dollar out of us before we left. Had a sense for our dogs anxiety, but real made sure she had checked him well. Waiting room is comfy.

My golden had a skin rash and some other irritation and Daisy and Dr.Smith got him in and out with the needed medicine quickly! They addressed all of my concerns. He can be a handful! Very happy with the quality and how helpful they were! 10/10 recommend!
