Long story short ! I took my sisters dog for some shots she needed. The price wasn’t what they had told my sister when she had made the appointment weeks ago. So I was confused so I called my sister and the nice receptionist asked if she can explain it to my sister what the dog needed and why the price was higher then what my sister was told in the beginning. I gave her my phone and the Doctors wife had took me and my sisters dog into the room, she told me “ We need to agree on a shot or you can leave” well walking out the door. This was so not professional! You don’t talk to your customers/ patient that way. I was not once rude or anything so I don’t know why she was rude about it . I give this place -5 stars .

They are very patient with my dog even when he acts aggressive because he gets scared.

I absolutely so far love this veterinarian we've always had animals and we used to go to Amar Glen which is right down the street but they changed their doctor there and it hasn't been the same ever since we just happened to find hacienda animal clinic and they have been there for us I'm low income I'm on SSI and the vet there does whatever he can even if you don't have enough and he's very sweet and he's really good with the dogs this is a really good place thank you for taking care of our Jack's I will be soon bringing in my other dog as well his name is Max but I just want to make sure that everyone knows I absolutely recommend this place

Little pricey now, vet doesn't have a ton of time to talk with you. I get it though he is a good one, wish there was more time.

This place is terrible. Expect the cell phone line to be busy 90% of the time, you can barely get a hold of them. And the other "emergency" numbers they give you don't answer either. And since they open from 9 to 11:30??? And 4 to 5:30??? it seems they purposefully keep the line busy until there garbage hours takes affect and they close. For a couple hours? Honestly the worst hours I've ever seen with a vet. And to top it off when you get there they seem to rush you out. The only thing redeemable about this place are the prices.

I've been coming to this Vet for years he is great. He never nickel and times you. Prices are fair. I heard alot of people while waiting outside complain about the older receptionist. I've never had a problem with her. But she does have a strong personality. If you can get past her, the doctor is well worth it. He is awesome. I totally recommend this place.

Excellent veterinarian and customer service.

This place is cheap and good vet. Don't expect to be treated great, Vet is old and has old ways too. The way he speaks, you would think he is mad. He's just old, and grumpy. The girls that work there are super friendly and nice and take care of business. If you leave a message they call you back. Overall my dog had no complaints ????????

Dr. Estefanous is amazing caring and very understanding....he has saved 2 of my fur babies one with surgery of an intestinal obstruction and the other from parvo....amazing service care and staff.

Seems like is good vet per the reviews.I was happy to have found a clinic with such good reviews. I just called to make an appointment for my cat.The lady that answered was rude and sounds mad. I was just asking simple questions. She killed my whole mood.

Expensive prices (double other local vet offices for routine work such as xrays, prescriptions, and spay/neuter) the customer service is hostile and unintelligable. Vet is at least competent and caring but can come off as rude and greedy

Low/fair prices. Good service. Small fam clinic. I take all my pets there.
