Very caring staff. I know it’s hard for them during this Covid time, but if we all have patience everybody is seen in a timely fashion. The prices they charge for services and supplies is the best you’ll get in the valley. We recently had to put down our beloved fur baby. Because of the crowd that was there there was confusion as to if they were going to be able to perform the deed. Since there’s no appointments made, and it’s first come first serve it was suggested we come just before they close and they could handle the procedure more easily. Oh well we got there they told us because of short staff we couldn’t do it till the day after. Needless to say there was some emotions that were shown. After explaining it couldn’t wait till the next day because of his declined health the doctor agreed to proceed. I understand because of Covid they don’t let anyone in the facility. But we were able to make do out by the back door. Not the desired arrangement we wanted, but with all things considered, and the genuine caring of the doctor, we were able to take care of his last vet visit. ????

The wait was horrific opens at 9 you better be there by 6 or 7 to sign in to be one of the first ones they don't make appointments for routine exams /vaccines, waited 4 hrs different owners. They use to be a low cost clinic thats over. Staff is very nice but the doctor was very unprofessonal brought my dog in for 1nch lasseration Dr Merderna basically said 1200.00 take it or leave He was more interested in the money than treating the dog would not even give a commpression wrap very disappointed in his skill level would never ever bring my animals to that hospital or recommend him to (Any One) had to go home and treat my dog Myself Got a Mussel & Super glued the dog Myself.healed very well no thanks to that so called medical expert I was willing to pay a decent amount.. So I would be very carful when bring your Pets there

My dog who I considered my son died because they refused to see him because they were an hour and a half from closing when I told them that my dog was having horrific seizures they told me there was nothing they can do and take him somewhere else. words cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with this hospital I've been going there for the longest and never had issues up into recently. definitely never going back again

The worse service.it takes hours to be seen.seems disorganized

They treated my dog with a lot of care and the surgery went very well. They explained to me everything I needed to know post surgery. The price was great and less than what other hospitals had quoted me

I wish they have more Doctors to shorten the waiting time. Me and Pablo waiting in my car on a scorching afternoon.

I didn't like that I couldn't make an appt

We have been going here for quite a long time. New owners about 2-3 years, they are great. Only issue is you wait a long time but it's for our animals which is family to us

My dog have a cherry eye and needs cirurgy. But they don't answer the phone to make an appointment. Please answer the phone.

People are great and they take care of your pets. Because it's first come first serve, you're likely to wait two to three hours if you arrive later in the day on a Saturday. But that's also the benifit that you don't need an appt. Consult if affortable. But items do add up quick on the vet bill and you're out the door a couple hundred dollars later.

They only offer walk in appointment now

The Vet is walk-in only. Get there at least 30 mins before opening or 30 mins before they come back from lunch so your pet can be seen.

This is a walk in hospital so expect to wait to be seen. I rate it a 4 star due to this reason. Service is great though! It is very affordable. For that, I rate it 5 star.

1st time here for my English Bulldog puppy and I. They handled him well ???? thank you for the great service felt like family. Prices were awesome too other places were at least double theirs.

It’s all walk in and the waiting time was way to much. I got here 30 minutes before they put the waiting list out to write your name and I ended up being 5th in the list. They called multiple pets before mine who were clearly after me. I arrived at 1:30pm and they didn’t call my name until 3:43pm. I WAS 5th IN LINE !!!!!! When it comes to their waiting time to check on your pet this is not the place to come

The staff is caring, understanding and informative. The only downfall is that it is severely crowded and they don't take appointments.

It's kind of hard to give a vet a review during this pandemic. Every single one I've passed by has been actually packed with people sitting outside. And have all been really really busy. Is no exception. The staff is quite exceptional, but sometimes it's really hard to get them on the phone. They've taken care of my cat really well the times I've had to take her there in the past year, and I'm just looking forward to the days where you don't have to wait outside in a line

Walk-in veterinary was a plus. I needed my dog checked. Thank goodness they did and with the most kindness.

Always nice. Long wait due to Covid restrictions but before Covid very prompt.

Well it's with a heavy heart that I write this review. We had to put our dog, of 11 years, down. ???? He was sick and we brought him here, which is his normal vet, and it turned out he had advanced kidney disease. It was gonna cost a fortune for treatment and it wasn't a guarantee he was gonna live very long after that so they advised us it might be better we put him down so he don't suffer. My wife who is on dialysis and knows the pain he would've went thru didn't want him to go through what she does so we made the hardest decision of our lives. The staff here were so nice and understanding and empathetic towards us and our dog. They gave us as much time as we wanted to say goodbye and...it was horrible to go thru! Not to mention the treatment and the cremation and the euthanasia was very much on the low side. I highly recommend this place for your loving pet! LUCKY was a beautiful white & brown spotted pitbull mix! Very loving towards those he loved and a EXQUISITE protector! R.I.P. ol boy! ????

There was a lot of people waiting but this place is very professional and very affordable. I trust them with the animals.

No clear direction when you visit for the first time. Average wait time 1 - 1.5 hours. Once you are seen the service is great.

I like they have walk in I was the 19 person to sign in at 8 am and did not get seem till 12 30 pm 1 pm or so. I did not get my questions answered or my free visit fee waived for my first time no one picks up the phone and did not speak with the vet directly to know what was wrong with my dog which I absolutely can not stand. The assistant was nice don't get me wrong I was pretty done waiting around but if I need a walk in visit again I would be more firm to talk to vet and not the assistant who could not answer any of my questions.. I would go again just wish I had a better first time experience.

Been coming here over 15yrs with all my dogs and the staff has always been so friendly. The prices are better here than pithy local vets

3 plus hrs to be seen...I think it was wayyyyyy too long!!! Then when I asked what my baby had, the girl had no clue what to say????????but she went right away in the bill!!!
