The people at Ami's grooming are very nice, my German Shepard all comes home smelling clean and looking great.

Great staff and fast service

I took my dog in for a haircut and they ended up cutting his poor face. The owner tried to say that it was already there. I am so disappointed by this place. I am never going back.

She said if I was new I said yes just moved here She said no new clients at this time to busy. Ok?

I was referred here by my moms colleague and wanted to check out a new pet grooming spot so I called and was able to come in immediately. After a few hours my dog was ready for pick up and seemed very happy with the treatment and so I was happy. The only issue I had was my dog did seemed to be shaved very close in some areas and nails were not clipped but overall was very happy with the treatment of him since he is a older dog. They unfortunately misplaced my dogs collar but I saw their eagerness to try and find it and was assured they would call me if it was found. I appreciate their professionalism with handling that and I appreciate the overall care they took with pets as well. They even had fans blowing on the dogs to help cool them down which I thought was great. Update: After the initial first day they found my dogs collar and was happy to hear from them. Told them I would be there after 4 because I was at work and couldn't make it and also asked about nails not being clipped and was told they couldn't clip them because he was moving to much. I was sad to hear this because I've never had this issue before at any other grooming spots and now he has different length nails. Anyways when I went to go pick up the collar they were already closed. I arrived at around 4:20pm and they close at 5pm. Unfortunately this combined with everything else I don't think I will come here again.

This is my favorite groomer!! They always do an excellent job!! I have a Maltese and a Doberman and my dogs always look Great and smell so nice! You can tell that they love what they do. I highly recommend this groomer to all pet owners.

Ami and her crew are great. Efficient space that is clean and well designed. Domino loves his scarf!

I take all my dogs of all sizes and they all have different coats. She takes great care of them and always leaves them looking super cute! Very well organized place and scheduling system.

Took my toy poodle for a bath and to get nails and hair trimmed he came home shaved with patches of long hair all over and bloody cuts to his skin.

After trying to get our medium sized dog groomed at PetSmart in Whittier, our appt was two weeks away and when we came in twice they had horrible customer service and bad attitudes, we decided to look else where, we called Ami and she welcomed us to walk in the same day, she has great customer service and is very friendly with our dog and she is very patient as our dog was scared. our dog cut a groomed and bathed she looks beautiful,she has gained our business and we will not go anywhere else to groom our dog and we highly recommend her.

Very friendly service and accommodating to seeing me on short notice. Not to mention they do a terrific job on grooming.

Took our 2 labradoodles in. Stop by a few hours later to ask what time they would be finished. She said she would call me once they had finished. Left went home, (which took 10 minutes.) She called. I went to pick our girls up. They were still wet. What kind of grooming is that?

It was my first time with another groomer for my long haired calico kitty. I called this morning and the lady said I could bring her in right away. It was quiet due to the rainy weather, but the place looked clean and smelled clean too. She gave me a quote of 3 hours and she called me after 2 hours to come get her and I was not disappointed. Her shave was awesome, her nails were trimmed, she smelled great, and my little girl was a ball of love. Now I dont have to leave the house with fuzz balls all over me, and she wont get hairballs for a while. $85 dollars every six months or so is a small price to pay for my sanity and her well being. That's a win in my book, would definitely recommend.

Ami knows my dog. I like how she recognizes my dog as soon as he steps in, and I love how my dog smells after his bath. One time though, I felt bad for my dog when Ami cut my dog's nails too short and his blood was all over my jeans because he was bleeding and was sitting on my lap on our way home. It happened just once though, so I guess it's ok.

They are very sweet and patient with my dogs.
