It sure is a nice pet store for animals and I want to thank Ellie for interviewing me. I hope this stocking position would be the best fit for me.

My experience was not the best. It was my 1st time here & they were NOT VERY ORGANIZED. Some staff members were helpful, but one in particular was bossy and not helpful. Jeanette was awesome!!

Products that I purchase for my pets are all sold at the store, staff is friendly, and I haven't had any issues.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I love finding bargains here. Today it was Christmas toys for the dogs at $1 each. I bought many To donate to animal rescues.

Take pet to get vaccines here and it is not bad. If you make an appointment early you are in and out in about 10 mins. The Vet sets up in the back of the store by the restroom. They are on the sales floor and there are no curtains or anything, but they are quick.

I had trouble finding the items I was looking for. No signs to direct you. I asked for assistance and he asked another person to help us find the right product. They did not have any item I could use. I even attempted to buy worm removal for my neighbors cat and found nothing.

Store was clean team members were friendly and helpful and it was easy to find what I was looking for but maybe they should have one aisle full of clearance items so you don't have to search for simple clearance stuff through the whole aisle when you don't have time

Pricy place but the customer service was really spot on!

I came in to get my dog groomed. They did a great job. They really care about the health of my dog. I will be taking him back in a few months.

They rescued one of my fish after our new pump broke down.

Great price on toys and food for my new Boxers.

Everything for my dog needs

Dirty, understaffed. Gourmet dog treat section was bare. The treats that were their were still in the packaging, employee must of been busy/ or lazy to remove and display properly.

Convenient place for dog, cat and fish food. But a bit anemic on the reptile front. If you have a beardie, might consider ordering food online somewhere otherwise the poor thing might starve if you rely on the inventory here.

I went last week to adopt a cat and after a week of thinking it over, went back today to go through with the adoption. I asked for help and was walked over to the lady who is in charge of adoption. She was not wearing a mask and was sitting in a group of 5 other people just talking, the associate told her we would like to adopt a cat and she looked at us, put her mask on, then scolded us for not wearing masks and said we would not be helped unless we were also wearing masks. Let me repeat, she put her mask on to scold us for not wearing masks. People don’t adopt more often because adoption center employees are rude and arrogant.

I found good products and good services.

I hate how they only sell crickets in the container that they are already half dead and for the price it isn't worth it just go to petsmart they have the old way of selling crickets and none are dead when you buy them.

They where kind and nice and helpful

They are more on the pricy side for pet supplies but they have what i need most of the time. They have a good selection of fish and fish supplies. Other then that i get my dog and cat supplies else where. If you don't mind paying the extra dollar they have a good selection of dog and cat food.

I usually shop at the Pasadena (Arroyo Pkwy) location and enjoy the staff and service there. I happened to be in Whittier on this occasion and they were equally as pleasant.
