Cute lobby, sweet staff. Scheduled a full groom and they were nice enough to let me know my pup only needed a partial groom so I saved money AND they called me right when he was done which I know can be hard to come by with groomers. They got my boys nails shorter than I thought they could considering his quicks were pretty long and trimmed his paw pads without me even having to specify! Bonus points for the cute bandana.

Took our dogs here a little while back. They did a nice job on the actual grooming of our dogs, but it took much longer than the estimate they gave us. Also, one of the groomers had their dog with them off leash and it started snapping and growling at our dog who they were taking back on leash. They did apologize at the time for their dog but it made me a little concerned. ****Response to owner - if it was not clear from my original post (although I thought it was), it was an employee's dog that she brought to work with her, she identified it as her dog, and made a comment along the lines that it was nice to be able to bring HER dog to work with her. If it is unpredictable how a dog will react it should not be wandering around off leash.

Can I just say, "very good vibes!" This place is awesome, you can tell they are animal lovers, not out there trying to charge outrageous amounts of money for things. I needed my puppies nail trimmed, the vet wanted to charge me $70, I found the BARKING LOT on Google, and BAM- $10 FIR nail trim. I will definitely recommend and go here from now on.

I didn't know I had to start asking for my dogs privates to also be cleaned during a bath. The 1st time I noticed it was missed, I just thought it was a minor oversight. 2nd time was a little annoying but again, I'm not one to fuss too much. Picked my dog up today to find her privates crusty and matted. Feel like I def gave 1 too many chances for something that should have definitely been taken care of. It's unfortunate because when I first started going to them, they were great. My dog always came out looking ???? but like so many other businesses, covid has impacted quality ???? also sux because the girl who helped me was nice but I don't see us going back.

I cancelled my appointment because I am not allowed to accompany my pet on the grooming floor. This is very shady especially because some reviewers here suspect that their pets were mistreated. The animal shelter I rescued my pet from warned me about such cases.

Hair cuts looked like a mess for my poodles and they mistreated them. They drug them around by the collar and said the floor was slippery. My dogs are older and walk and have always done fine at the groomers. You're the first to complain and the first to mistreat them to the point they don't want to get groomed. Refuse to go back. They act fine when you drop off your dogs be beware they are not fine. Highly do not recommend.

The staff was friendly and polite. They listened to what I wanted and did not deviate from the services I requested. Overall, my cat came back looking and smelling great. 100% recommend taking your cat here.

My dog is not nice but he was so calm when he was getting a bath and his nails done. They are very good with the animals

I usually love this place, but when I toom my dog back after quarantine, they didn't so what they usually do. His hair was uneven, I had to take him back and get him fixed. I was disappointed to hear that they changed owners. Not sure if I will go back. Looking at other places first.

Amazing customer service, great experience for my dogs, and the manager is the sweetest!

During covid I've had to schedule zena an appointment. But even with that the appointments are readily available in a day or two. During normal business hours they are pretty good about squeezing her in last minute. The barking lot always taken great care with her. I don't take her anywhere else. I like that they make her feel comfortable so she doesn't get scared. Even when she had her tummy surgery they were very careful with her stitches. I would highly recommend them for your pets.

Easy appointment set up by phone. Everyone was very nice and they were done when they said they'd be. We'll be back.

Took our little Husky puppy there for his first cleaning of puppyhood. The actual time was a little over the quote but we had a happy pup on our hands afterwards. We'll be back.

This is the most I've ever spent on a grooming.... it was worth every penny and Andrea was amazing!! I have a corgi who sheds more than I believe his little body can possibly contain. I paid for the extra deshedding and it's incredible! I can ruffle his coat and barely any hair comes out and my hand comes away clean. I will continue to brush him between groomings and he will definitely be going back!

Oh, they did such a Wonderful job on my Bichon mix.They told me 2 hrs and finished in 1 Mohammed was Maxi's Technician n was a Happy camper when I picked him up. Definitely found a purrfect (not a typo) Groomer. I have found out our cats can a a spa bath to. The need the Love too. Especially with the stress they are under. They're tired of me home Every day, All day.

Left a message via their website to set a first-time visit to get our cat's nails trimmed. Steven promptly responded and scheduled our appointment. He also answered the questions I had thoroughly and professionally. When appointment day came, I was concerned because we just recently adopted our cat and she was still very shy and skiddish even around us. But it took about 15 minutes and did a wonderful job. Our cat wasn't any more afraid (than she typically was then) of being there, or being handled. Will be making the next appointment for cat's nails and shampoo for hopefully sometime this week.

This place is great! Been twice and my dog seems to like the experience too. The groomers and owner are dog lovers and it shows. ☺
