Great place to do-it-yourself. Have not been there for grooming, but it’s clean, they provide everything you need, and the staff are helpful, courteous, and always nice. A great local small business to support. Keep up the good work Andy’s!

Great DIY dogwash, guybwas super friendly n provided everything we needed including towels and a hot air dryer. Our dog hates getting washedat home,, but she seemed ok here

THE GIRL GROOMER IS DRUNK

I left my dog there for 1 hour and when i came to pick it up i got a cat. Its not even the same animal dont go here.

this place is HORRIBLE. as soon as i entered i could smell the gross scent of PEE. there were roaches on the walls and there were rats doing a ritual in the back.when i approached the groomer i saw she was drunk and had bugs in her hair that were doing the deed. when i checked my dog in and put her on the counter and came back 2 hrs later, the dog was levitating. caterpillars, roaches and rats were surrounding her. the girl that was supposed to be grooming my dog was also levitating. when i asked the groomer to come down and give my money back, since my dog wasn’t groomed like at all, she screamed at me in a demonic voice saying “ TAKE YOUR DOG AND NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!” i ran out in fear. never again.

Killed a dog by letting it escape and it got run over. Left another dog alone for hours while taking a nap out back, dog only half cut and left that way. Awful place

Intoxicated workers that have zero care for the work they are doing, managed to KILL a PUPPY instead of grooming it. Have no shame and will put your pets in danger. Do not go here.

Took my dog there a while back,the worker was drunk on the job,and wouldn't wake up. My dog was half done,I will never go back! Do not take you're animal here!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!As soon as i entered the store the rats and roaches started to do a satanic ritual right in front of me .When i tried to leave the rats and roches picked me up and tried to use me as a sacrifice the. The drunk girl behind the cash register started maniacally laughing and threw me in a dog cage. I was missing for 3 days until i got ahold of a phone and called the police.Very disappointed with me service 0/10.

Terrible groomers place- the groomer is intoxicated while they’re working! So unprofessional

We love bringing our dog here for self-wash. Amy is so nice, very helpful and accommodating. We don't go anywhere else now that we live in La Mesa.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! She left my dog in the salon for 5 hours ALONE because she was drunk. Almost killed my dog

horrible place!!! my dog almost died in their care!!

I brought my dog Arya in to give her a bath. I was tired of breaking my back trying to wash her in the shower (and not too find of slathering my time in peanut butter to keep her happy!) Arya is a border collie/flat coat retriever and she weighs about 55lbs. It was a little tough lifting her into the tub, but once she was there I had an easy enough time bathing her. Everything I needed was provided. The best part was the blow dryer, which allowed me to blow out so much of her fur! I started the dryer on low and worked up slowly so that my dog would feel comfortable. Overall the facility was clear, the staff was really helpful, and I will definitely be back.

Great place to wash your dog.

We bring our 80 pound female German in about every 3 weeks. The owner and groomer are so friendly and they just love my pup! I drop her off and get her back nice and clean without having to do anything! She’s quick and reliable and I wouldn’t take my doggo anywhere else ♥️

Great self dog wash, high pressure water, provides everything you need, dryer was nice too. Amy was a great help. Shes super nice. The place was clean as well
