Prime Care Pet Hospital La Habra, California

Our dog broke her leg in May and we tried 3 different vets and no one would take because it was close closing time, but Prime Care took us in. They X-rayed her leg and put a cast on it. They sent the X-ray to other surgeons and no one wanted to see her because her break was bad. The dr suggested us to go the central Orange County emergency vet where the saved her leg. At prime Care we felt they really cared about us. They made a tough time easier. Now our dog is doing great thanks for the initial care we got at Prime Care.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating! They really show love and concern for your pets! I get asked how my dog is doing even when he's not with me and I'm just there picking up dog food/medicine. I highly recommend Prime Care Pet Hospital and can almost always get an appt right away for my fur baby! Blessings, Lisa

I think I accidentally gave this place 3 stars so editing it to be 5 stars! Been my go-to vet during the pandemic and it’s been a great experience. My dog is tricky, but somehow the team is able to examine her without me present. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable and professional. The team is great too (especially Jen!).

Very nice doctor and staff. Friendly and informative. Seem to care a lot about the animals. Thoroughly explained condition of my 2 month old puppy. Fair price and didn't push me to get unnecessary treatment for my puppy. Highly recommend.

Of all the Vets I've been to in my area, I prefer going here. Professional and accurate diagnosis. Unfortunately, now, because of CV concerns, you cannot go inside. But I've been inside prior to March 2020, and the vet is very cordial and did not overcharge me for an exam on cat's eye. I will continue my cat's care here.

Dr. Lee is such a sweet and caring Dr. We took our new puppy yesterday for a check and she checked he thoroughly and answer all our questions with no rush, we are happy to find Dr. Lee.

The doctor took her time to figure out exactly what was wrong with my baby boy. Before deciding to do an x-ray, she chose a different options, which saved us 200$, and it worked!! Very honest and deligent vet. We found a good one!

I recently took my two dogs to get vaccines and dental. I was very impressed with the service. This brand new clinic is very clean, well organized. I got in the first 100 promotion so happy. Dr. Lee is amazing and nice. I highly recommend this place.

I love this office. My best friend just moved to Fullerton. Her dog is a 10 year old girl. She had diarrhea and looked really lethargic. We were really worried but didnt know where to bring her. We googled some clinics near Fullerton and finally took her to this clinic. Dr.Lee was awesome. The staff there were nice and friendly. They took time to look after patients and seemed to really care about their clients and animals. This dog is doing great, eating well, running and playing all day and no diarrhea anymore.

Dr Lee has been our family vet for more than a year. My timid cat, Shane, really likes her and goes very well with her gentle touch. Dr Lee is very professional and always answers all of my questions spending quite of time in the room. Definitely congrat her new movement and open her own practice! So happy they have BEST DEAL EVER during grand opening!
