I really like the staff here! Very nice. Normally my dog is very anxious during grooming/vet office appointments; however, my dog has the least amount of anxiety when she is at this vets office.

It was a great experience, even on a day they said they were slammed. Dr.Wehbe answered all of our questions and was very helpful to talk through any concerns. The way they handled my cat was very impressive, and I would recommend Crescenta Canada Pet Hospital to anyone with a furry friend.

I’ve been bringing my pets here for the last 18 years. Dr. Speas is THE best doctor, ever! But also a shout out to Dr. Dodson and Dr. Widdop. They are also amazing with my boys. They are all so caring. I adopted two boys a year ago after my sweet girl died of old age and tumors and Dr. Dodson gave me a lot of insight and pointers to understand and help them. The tech staff is also very caring and amazing. The ladies at the front desk are always very accommodating. Mary is the sweetest lady on the phone and in person. If you want a vet hospital to care for your animals to the best of their ability, this is THE place to go. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. ❤️

They are pretty incredible here. About a year ago I had an emergency situation with my dog and his primary vet couldn’t get him in. Crescenta Canada was able to see him right away even though he hadn’t ever been a patient. They check up on him frequently. We recently took my other dog in and they showed the same professionalism towards her getting her in quickly without being a current patient. All of the staff is so helpful. They also let you go inside with your pet if you wear a mask which helps ease my worry.

I have taken my dog there in the over the last year, in on one occasion their medical records were completely in accurate. They have had the wrong date for the issue that was appearing on the medical records when I told him Evan the office manager that it had happened on a different date he kept dancing around the issue. I have called them over two weeks now and have left numerous messages and I keep getting the runaround. I am very disgusted in the way they have handled the situation rather than picking up the phone and calling me back to rectify the situation Evan who is the office manager has been giving me the run around and keep telling me the office administrator is going to call me back and they never called me back. I don't trust their judgment the medical records for this dog or the situation at all. I think they're trying to discriminate against me and my dog. I've asked on numerous occasions to get the medical records from the doctors notes and they keep refusing to send them to me when I have a right to get them. I've never met an office treat customers with such disrespect and ignoring them. Also I don't trust their billing process that tell you to go to Billing for one thing how many come back to pick up your dog other bills are on there without your permission. All they have to do is to have someone call me and go to the medical records to rectify the situation that's all I ask for them..

First time visit. Fairly long wait due to emergencies so understandable. Staff was friendly, concerned and addressed my questions. Great vet. Will continue being a client.

We just got a puppy and I had heard so many incredible things from this vet just from many friends and locals it was a no-brainer to give them a try. I called and made our pup's first wellness check appointment and the gentleman on the phone was very kind and professional. I was then sent a text with my appointment info, and a link to click on where I would fill in the patient's information prior to the visit. It was very straightforward, took a couple of minutes, and saves you all that time and paperwork at the counter (also kudos for the paperless, environmentally friendly system). When my puppy and I arrived checking in took 1 second. Their waiting room is very clean and I did not feel uncomfortable sitting in there. Our name was called and we were guided into a room where the lady sanitized the table in front of me and I noticed they were also playing relaxing classical music for the animals which was so adorable. She took the basics like weight, etc. and then we waited for the doctor. Dr. Baker came in and was so friendly and loving and amazing with our pup. Our puppy loved her. She was very efficient which I loved. Nobody wants to linger for long periods of time in a doctor's office (unless you - then ok), but I don't so I loved that she was efficient yet still ensured my questions/concerns were answered. We wanted to microchip that day and I was so nervous it would hurt our puppy, but she didn't whine or yipe, I was relieved. I can tell Dr. Baker is a total bada$$. Anyway, I left knowing my new puppy was in great health and was given tips on what to do keep her that way. Also, silly me forgot her vaccine information from the breeder, so we couldn't do shots that day, but they sent me reminders to get this information from me via text and email, I responded and sent them the info, and we made a new appointment to come back for her next shots. Overall I was very impressed with my experience here. I am looking forward to returning, and I know my puppy will be happy to come back too (she was wagging her tail for the staff when they were talking to her - which I did appreciate that they talked

Adored this place for my first dog- he was treated wonderfully. However after adopting my second dog who is one year old and has spinal damage requiring him to use a wheelchair- the vet has remarked not once, but twice, that we may as well put him down. Mind you- this is a puppy with no other health concerns that leads a very happy, healthy life outside of his somewhat limited mobility. Really disturbed and unhappy with our last few visits.

What I love most about Crescenta Canada Pet Hospital is their quality communication and responsiveness. This is so important when you have a pet that is not feeling well because you are looking for answers. CCPT has 7 day a week service, with multiple vets and staff. Even when I couldn’t get an immediate appt- I was placed on a cancellation list and was notified within 2 days of an opening. The front staff is polite and attentive. All of the vets we have seen have been great especially Dr Baghoyan who has taken care of 2 of our 3 dogs. She is thorough, caring and knowledgeable.

Needed to find anew vet when our vet retired. Friend of daughter suggested Cañada. Have been bringing Jackie there for several months and though the drive is a little far the fantastic people there make it worth it. Have no plans to look for another vet. As of august 2021 still going to Crescenta Canada and have no plans to look for another vet as they have been taking care of our Jackie with the best of care

Mary was so wonderful in securing an appointment for our cat, who was suffering from an infection due to a fight with his roommate. Dr. Widdop, Madina and the entire team were friendly, professional and demonstrated care and concern. Our little "trouble maker" recovered quickly and is back to his feisty self. Will definitely recommended and seek CCPH out when the need arises.

I have been a client at Crescenta Canada Pet Hospital for about a year and a few months. Typically the care my dog received from the vets and their staff was great. However the last 3 visits have left me wondering about the care my dog has received. My dog recently had an emergency surgery on his tail, which was performed at another veterinarian hospital. I was bringing my dog in for follow-up appointments to have his bandage changed and have his tail examined every 3 days as advised by Crescenta Canada Pet Hospital. I was told his sutures should be removed 10-14 days after his surgery. During my first follow-up visit post surgery, my dog was seen by a vet and we had a great chat about my dog's care. Each of the additional follow-ups my dog was seen by a vet tech, as the staff referred to these visits as "tech appointments." From my conversations with the staff, these appointments were really nothing more than a bandage change, that cost $50 each visit.... If I asked if I could speak to a vet about the visit, I was told that a vet did not see my dog. So by the 4th follow-up (bandage change) I was already over $200 in charges just for bandages. When it was time to remove my dog's sutures, I was told my dog's tail was still a bit inflamed so I would to need to come back 3 days later. This time they did not re-bandage his tail. But being that his tail was visibly red, inflamed and most likely painful, I cleaned and bandaged it myself when I got home. Not sure why they didn't re-bandage it? The reason I was told by the vet tech was that a vet said his tail "would need to air out." When I asked if I could talk to vet, they said a vet did not see my dog... So where are these instructions to "air it out" coming from? Also why you wouldn't wrap a still tender wound on a dog is beyond me. Now comes the day to have my dog's sutures removed. It's another "tech visit" so my dog is not going to be seen by a vet. I brought my dog with his tail bandaged. Once his sutures are removed and he is brought out to me, his tail is not bandaged and is visibly red, inflamed and is bleeding. I ask for the tech to take him back in and bandage him, which they do. Once he is returned to me, I asked again if I could talk to a vet and out came the dead-tone response that I would need to schedule a vet appointment to speak to a vet... Then the office called (I believe he said his name was Evan?) and informed me that, take a guess everyone! I would be charged $50 again for the bandage change... After explaining my experience from that visit, I was told by Evan that there was likely scabbing that came off and that explained the bleeding. When I asked if I could speak with a vet, I was told again that a vet did not see dog, since it was a "tech visit." So once again, where is this information coming from! When I asked for the charge to be waived since my dog was brought to me bleeding and should have been bandaged to begin with, he refused. So you allow your patients to leave in a worst state than they were before the visit? Great work! I asked if a vet could call me back, as I was not happy with the care my dog received. Evan said he would note that in my file and have Dr. Baghoyan call me back. I didn't receive a call. As veterinary professionals, I would think they would have not let my dog leave their facility in the condition his tail was in, but it's another $50 for them and I will not be coming back.

From the front desk - to the vet techs - to the veterinarians... This Pet Hospital has the most professional, thorough and compassionate staff of any facility I've ever been to (and there have been a LOT!)

We have seen a handful of doctors at this practice over the years and have always had good experiences. We have been taking our two cats and pitbull to Dr. Wehbe regularly and think she is fantastic! She and the staff is always so kind and helpful. I feel full confidence in this team and you can certainly tell they are animal-lovers! They fuss and adore my pets almost as much as I do!

I walked in this morning for an emergency. My dog had a broken nail which was bleeding. The nurse turned me away because I didn't have an "appointment". I didn't know an appointment is needed for emergencies. She didn't even ask the reason for my visit. I took my dog to Big Tujunga Vet and they happily helped me with no questions asked.
