I’ve only been there once so far but I had a great experience, Dr. Kuppek seemed very knowledgeable and pragmatic about treatment for my senior dog

What can I say about Stonecreek Vet .... well they helped my little kitty with his chronic ear infection, but unfortunately the infection is back. We haven't been able to solve the underlying issue yet. Once that happens, I will put 5 stars.

Took a friend's dog. Quick service and labs done. Very friendly and helpful.

I have been taking my dogs to Stonecreek Animal Hospital for 20 years now. They are always there to help and keep my dogs healthy. The doctors and staff are so professional and caring.

We have been indebted to this vet for nearly 20 years, and we have memories of our past dogs. And even now, a 13-year-old dog and a 3-year-old dog are indebted. The hospital here is rapid and friendly, so I am very relieved.

I have been taking my lab to Stonecreek ever since she was a puppy. They have always taken such good care of her. I trust them and think that they are a great animal care facility.

Dr. Melville is kind and patient with both me and my fur baby. I'm glad I found her.

We've been seeing Dr. Glass and his top-rate team for more than 20 years! First with our two schnoodles, and now with an adopted chihuahua. One of our schnoodles had oodles (pun intended!) of health problems, including getting hit by a car, and Dr. Glass's team nursed her back to health with love and expertise. We can't say enough about our favorite (and only) vets!

The team at Stonecreek are truly awesome ???? They care so much and treat your babies like their own. I am so grateful for everything they do to keep my little ones healthy ???? ???? God bless you guys!

So far great! Covid distance so I drop off cats, they called me to discuss issues/diagnosis and the doctor was very informative and generally interested in my cats. I am waiting on lab results but they gave good directive until results return.* here is an update many weeks later. cat had surgery and all was told in advance with notes letting you know costs etc. I trust them. the doctor is great she calls you and talks ot you like an old friend. very kind.**update - bshots are doing good for her- -

Dr. Glass is in one word...AMAZING!!. He truly puts pets first. The front end is staffed with wonderful young ladies that are very nice and welcoming. The one vet assistant I dealt with the most is Rhonda. Wow she is also super. You can go to places that cost a bit less or have rewards programs. Before you do remember I am telling you at Stonecreek animal hospital your pet is there favorite patient. Dr. Glass and his wonderful staff saved my dogs life.

I’m not going to Stonecreek on a regular basis anymore because my vet moved to a different office. One thing I really miss about Stonecreek is their WONDERFUL support staff. The gals at the front desk, the lab techs - everyone made me feel like Daisy was super special. More times than I can remember they stayed late or bent over backwards for me. It is even more apparent because this new office is the antithesis. Maybe it is just growing pains, but if it wasn’t for Dr. Mac, I’d still be at Stonecreek. You all do a great job!!

We Have been going to Stonecreek animal Hospital for a Good 20 years . We are Very happy and have never had any issues !!! Everyone is wonderful and they take extremely good care of our babies!

I went to them long time ago for a wellness checkup & Dr. Mellville was great. But since the plandemic, they are not accepting walkins. So I get there & try to either make an appt or ask for a walkin/to be seen & they wont even answer the phone after calling multiple times. Meanwhile I see staff coming out & delivering dogs back to their owners in their cars, but they can't pick up the dang phone & procure more business? EPIC FAIL. Just like the Holocaust....NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The place is great, they really care about your animals. The doctors are really nice and so are the nurses. Now with COVID restrictions, things have changed a bit. Instead of going inside to check-in, you wait in your car outside and give the front desk a call to check in. Then, they'll come out to you and take your animal in. They call you with updates and reassure you that your animal is okay. My dog went in two weeks ago, unable to bark and overall not herself. From the visit we learned she may have an infection in her throat. A week of antibiotics got her all better!

Best vet in California!! They care about your pet just as much as you do!!

Stonecreek is a wonderful Animal Hospital. I love Dr. Glass as I did our Dr. Cole who recently retired. The staff is great to work with and always kind and honorable which is even more important during Covid when we were not allowed to go in to see the doctor with our pets.

I brought one of my 2 kitties to Stonecreek Animal Hospital after getting a seemingly high estimate for treatment at my regular vet ($1,900-2,400). Stonecreek provided a significantly lower estimate (~$950) and answered all of my questions when we discussed her treatment. I wasn’t dissatisfied with the quality of the care at the prior vet, but they seemed to keep getting more and more expensive. Dr. Kuppek took excellent care of my little girl and the team kept me informed of how the treatment was going throughout the day. The process was organized (COVID protocols were new to us) and they followed up after I brought her home to make sure she was doing well. They have been great about answering other questions I’ve had about the care of both kitties. I am thrilled with the care I’ve gotten at Stonecreek at a more reasonable cost and recommend their services.

Was a quick process and procedure for my animal. The follow up calls were very assuring and comforting. My pet had good quality care and felt better after his appointment.

The vet gave my dog a 3 year rabies and then gave me a certificate saying my dog needed another rabies vaccine in a year. An underhand money making machine! The front staff and nurses were very kind though.

The only thing I can complain about is the cost of services. They do not have installment plans here and as a college student, it really hurt my wallet trying to pay for my cats medical needs.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Latest visit for Stella's Bordetella Vax refresh came after a postcard reminder. Scheduled over the phone for next day, hand off in parking lot and ten minutes later we were on our way home, receipt by email.

We took my daughter's kitty here and the Dr. was very nice going above and beyond r expectations for a vet ty for ur kind helpfulness

I moved here from LA a couple years ago and finding a new vet was so important. The doctors and staff at Stonecreek hospital are top notch. I trust them with my pups completely. Whether I’m buying food or bringing my dog in for a procedure I’m greeted with the same enthusiasm and care. And I love that the doctors take the time to explain a procedure, medicine or a check-up thoroughly. A+ across the board!
