I wouldn’t recommend. My dog wasn’t doing too good so I brought her in, the vet asked a few questions and prescribed antibiotics. She got worse so I took her to another vet and asked a series of detailed questions, turns out my dog needed surgery ASAP. This was my experience with them and I will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Something just didn’t feel right, I’m happy to have found Sunny Hills Animal Hospital

I had to put my family dog down . It was hard for me . They were very upstanding. They explained what was going to happen. And gave me time with my dog alone. Everone was so nice . And I appreciated that . Thank You Animal Clinic in LA Mirada . And the doctor and staff.

The staff and Vet are so nice and got us in and out pretty quickly.

Did take my animals, but things have changed? Opens late, closed most the middle of the day, will not answer their phone, hang upon us when they do. No Choice, gotta GO!

Reasonable pricing. Expect some waiting time

If You're planning on going to this facility, make sure that you arrive early because people will be waiting outside before it opens. I arrived 15 minutes after they opened and i got lucky to have received a spot for my pup. They're very busy. I waited 1.5 hours until they attended us. It was a great experience overall because everyone was kind and the vet explained everything well. The receptionist also broke down the cost of each service on the receipt which was nice to see what i was paying for. I was hesitant to come here at first because of the negative reviews but because of the majority of the reviews were positive i decided to go, and I'm glad i did. Good luck everyone.

My go to vet for my cats and dogs over the past years because of the reasonable prices and minimalists yet quality care. Dont expect friendliness of docs though, not rude, just not friendly either. Expect long waits as they are walk in only. Lately i only notice only one regular doctor from the past. Other docs filling in are a bit pricer and methods of care a bit different. Waits getting longer, about 1.5 hours.

We took our pup to get neutered and the next morning we find him with his backside covered in blood and his sac completely filled with blood. On top of that the vet also cut his nails way too short, you can tell that they had no care at all and just cut right through all his littles nerves.

Wouldn't take my pets here if you love and truly care for them. Staff is not very attentive or helpful, I've taken 2 of my cats to get spayed/fixed and each came back traumatized. No longer wanted to be around people, afraid to be handled/petted, some sort of extreme anxiety when they weren't like that prior to being fixed. Not only that but after the procedure they just seemed very off. I really thought my cat was going to die. For one of them they left some sort of stitches or something. I could tell it bothered her so I took her to a different vet to get that removed and they were so shocked they just left them there. Idk what goes on in there after you drop off your pets but never again. I'd rather pay tons more for actual quality and sincere compassion for my animals.

This place is well worth the trip they are a small hospital but big in there care and services friendly staff Doctors are very nice . This place is inexpensive in comparison to bigger facilities highly recommended this place ????????????????

Hello animal lovers of which I am one. I found this animal clinic to be very fast with attending to coustomers, friendly service and knowledgeable. They are busy and I would recomend you get there early on Tuesday mornings 9:00 to 9:30 the line starts and they open at 10: sharp. I recommend Tuseday because I've found its the least busy. They are opened on Saturday and you can call for appointment but not always able to get through I would again recommend to call around 12:00 noon it's the best time to get through. Sounds to complicated well believe me you want to try this clinic you wont believe the incredible unbelievable low prices at this clinic you will save a whole lot of money compared to other animal clinics around. I didn't believe it myself until I took my kitty there. Try it for yourself and see. Bye bye ???? and be good to your furry babies and other pet you might have. ❤????

My husband and I have been bringing our pets to this vet for over 20 years but the last couple of years now the quality of customer service has really gone down hill. For many years they had a real nice lady at the front desk that was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, that is not the case now, I’ve had two bad experiences where the staff is lazy doesn’t follow their own policy, never answers the phone and never returns messages. (Sent by fax) since they don’t answer the phone. I had a price inquiry and I had to actually drive there to ask the question. When I expressed my dismay for the poor service, the woman in the front office just laughs. I tell her that’s not very good for business she continues to laugh and says we have enough business? I really like the Veterinarians here and have known them for quite a long time now, so it’s sad that a loyal customer is not valued. I guess their so busy, they can afford to turn down business?

We have taken our fur babies here for almost 30 years. We are always happy with the care they receive.

NEVER answers the phone. Otherwise good service, reasonable prices, clinic is super small, I like that they don't try and run all these crazy tests. Just the basics. Been coming here for 10 years with cats and dogs, always left satisfied. They really need 2 people working and- in a bigger office.

My doggie baby is 15yrs old with a heart murmur and it is because of Dr Lopez that she is still here! Thank you Dr!

I wish they would have gave me pain and sedation pills for my baby girl after being spayed. She opened her wound the next day because they used the glue and cone method only which works for low energy dogs, and I told them she was high energy. In my person experience they are nice people and good to the pets, but they have way to many pets and cant have the vet or the vet tech talk to you about things you need because of number of people they have. Thank you though so much for doing a good job at the surgery, the after care you proved though is not good enough though.
