Petco Irvine, California

Went in this store to buy fish. The fish tanks were all very dirty. The girl that was helping us seemed very annoyed she had to help us and was very rough with the fish. Will not be shopping at this location again.

Routinely have the items that I need for my pet and like the convenience of ordering online or picking up.

I shop at PetCo a lot but I never asked for help, the day I needed help and I wanted to ask for a specific type of muzzle for training and the rude employee told me ask someone else I'm busy!! I was in total shock, I left and got it from a better store..

I very much enjoyed the Irvine store. Large capacity, clean,, helpful staff and more variety of products than other locations I've visited

They carry Just Food for Dogs! Super easy to order and pay online. All I had to do was walk up to the cashier and they brought it right out!

Had a horrible experience with grooming. Came back barely clean. My dog now has a brushing issue at other grooming services. Was never an issue before. Will not come back to this petco. Would have given 0 star.

Thank you to James! He was so helpful when I called the evening before regarding a certain cat food. It was too late for me to get to the store before it closed so he kindly held it for me at the register. Jesus was so kind once I got to the store and promptly had me on my way. Your staff members are very friendly and helpful. Also I found that you are the only store who has the treat bar for the dogs. I am also very happy with the rewards program. I am very happy with Petco

Been shopping at this store for years for fish supplies. They have great hours and the store renovation is great. Prices are on par with online and they sometimes agree to price match. Always fun to walk in and see the adoption cats

Shots shots shots and flee meds, but only one pet owner in the room.

Very polite. While we were there we need to use the bathroom very clean easy to access. Store is very well maintained with a lot of variety.

My recent visit to the store in Irvine was very good. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Michelle , Dog Trainer, was very helpful and had great advice for my new dog addition, Rollo!

I asked the employee if she could help me with online deal since store prices were high,she went over to one of the manager to ask for help not sure what happen but that employee came back saying sorry you have to call customer service phone number to get help we cannot help you. Rude Customer service

The online order process was fast and easy. The items were ready for pick up within two our of placing the order. Pick up was a breeze. Great staff.

This Petco I actually pretty awesome ???? I used to be hard core petsmart, but actually Petco has proven time and time again, they are the ones to go to. Always fully stocked, always friendly associates, and way more variety than other pet stores.

Petco and it's rivals are victims of too much competition, especially online shopping. They are now mainly restricted to expensive and esoteric brands as well as their own limited brands. I have found some brands that my cats will eat and the store is conveniently located nearby.

Typical offerings, but with an on site vet office. Had to come here for prescription dog food. Fast checkout experience.

Order was ready within an hour, pickup fast, waited maybe 5 minutes from phone call when I arrived at the store to products placed in the trunk! Wonderful!

I regret not getting the employee's name directly and am hoping it is Jessie who rang me up. I was looking at the JFFD section and noticed there were some beef and potato large bags available even though the website said it was unavailable to pick up in store. She asked if I needed help and I explained the situation and asked if I could pick up 3 large bags and still get the 25% off and she said no problem. she rang me up and got my online orders for me as well. I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative for her thoughtfulness, efficiency, and pro-activeness. It truly brightened my day.

We first learned of these tags over 15 years ago with a flyer at the vet (Houston,TX). We bought 2 (one for each dog) and they lasted forever...the family moved (CA) and now we needed more tags!

The Petco I go to is clean and the workers are very friendly. I’ve always been able to find what I’m looking for when I go. I also do the online price match so that makes shopping even better if o can save a few dollars.

Store is clean and nice, but cashiers were just casually talking to each other while customers are in front. It didn't look nice.
