I am first time cat mom and when my cat started to throw up I was so scared. I took my 2 year of cat in and was met with a group of very professional people who clearly knew what they were doing. My cat ended up getting admitted into the hospital to stay the night. The next morning the new ER Doctor, Doctor Laura, called me to give me an update. Doctor Laura made me feel so hopeful for the day. She had such an amazing personality that shined even through the phone. My cat needs to have a procedure done and Doctor Laura did an amazing job explaining her game plan to a young adult who has no medical background what so ever. I could tell she genuinely loves her job and is just so happy to help these animals and get them back to their owner. She is AMAZING!

We had tu put our furry baby down on 12/26/21 Dr and staff were very caring and very professional to our needs. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with your facility as soon as I walked in - bright, welcoming lobby and very friendly staff. I was seen close to my appointment time and was impressed with everyone that I saw. From Dr Cheung, who impressed me with her expertise, her assistant Steve - also extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to, and adorable, funny Carey! I never felt rushed and was given all the time needed to go over the treatment plan and answer my questions. Staff was friendly and spent whatever time was needed to explain things and answer my questions & concerns. This is everything I would expect from a specialty practice!

I took my dog in because he was bleeding and they said they didn't find where it was coming from. I spent 3 hours waiting there and the reception was very rude. They just want your money plain and simple.

This place is a total scam. We had to wait over 5 hours. I had to come and ask for updates several time and nobody would get back to me i had to ask again. Finally they let me in the room. Told me my dog looks totally fine and wanted to do simple blood work and xray for a nice price of over 900 dog. If could would give negative stars. Please avoid at all cost.

We had a scare with our 9 week puppy who had kennel cough. All of our concerns were met. Great experience getting him back healthy asap.

Receptionist was not really helpful, but doctors and assistant were really good and explained all medications and diagnosis very well. Not cheap, but I didn't see cheap emergency care so far here.

Took my Goldendoodle here for a scary event, but the staff put me at ease right away. They took amazing care of him and communicated openly and often. Great experience and would return.

We had an emergency last night around 10pm with one of our kitties. After calling around to several pet ER's that were closer to us and none could see her, we drove into Irvine. Ashley greeted us and took our kitty right in. She was professional and made us feel at ease that she would be taken care of. We were given a breakdown of what needed to be done and how long it may take. Everything went smoothly from there. Luckily it wasn't as bad as we thought but we're thankful for everything the staff did. Will keep them in mind in case any of our kitties need them. Hopefully not anytime soon.

I was so impressed by the care given to my cat Rufus but also to me as a human. Beautiful, clean facility, compassionate and patient staff, the doctors explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly, and gave me options. Regular follow up calls, everything was done in a transparent and honest manner which I greatly appreciated. Rufus was in his final chapter of life and I was able to snuggle with him and be with him at the end, which was peaceful and as well done as that tough situation could be. Thank you, Pacific Care.
