Best place to go to.

This place did not do a good job. My dog came home with her nails cut too short and they were bleeding. She also had a bur right in front of her mouth when they gave her back to me. I will not be going back

I love the way they cut my dogs hair.

If your puppy is not coming to happy tails than your wallet is not happy! ????????????

Great little grooming shop with amazing prices! I stopped in without an appointment, and my pup got his nails clipped within just a few minutes. One thing I love is that I could watch from start to finish. Maintaining eye contact with his human definitely kept my pup calm.

Good and friendly service always busy

this was my second time taking my dog (maltipoo) both times they cut my dogs hair. the lady never asked me what I wanted to get done for my dog, she just said ill call you in 3 hours write your number down, so I told her what I wanted both in English and Spanish but she clearly didn't understand, she didn't even ask for my dogs name, after the 3 hours I went and she still wasn't done with my dog, she asked for 20 mins. more about 30 mins later I went to pick up my dog. all of his hair was gone! I didn't even recognize him. there are parts where she shaved more and cut my dog, half of his nails were trimmed some are shorter then others Horrible place to go. if I could rate them 0 stars I would. Horrible job! would not recommend!!

Second time I took my kitten there for a wash and claw clipping. That is my last time. They said 2 hours estimate. 5 hours later still no call. Drove back and they had mixed me up with a different customer. After I got home, my kitten still didn't have the claws clipped, only the wash. I am looking at other grooming places around here

I was looking for a new groomer for my dog and cat they both get 7k all around. I gave a call to see if they do cats cause some don’t and I was very lucky to hear a yes from them. I called around 11am to see what was their availability and surprisingly they took as in around 1pm and picked them up at 6:30ish. I didn’t expect them to be done ASAP like some of these people on here. If you want things done right you must consider time. Overall I was pleased with my dog and cat haircuts no cuts or scrapes. Very nice and understanding. Also I like how there’s no walls so you can see how they treat the animals it’s a plus for me.

Finally found my go to place! Buddy absolutely loved it. He was barking when we got there and when we left but he was able to stay still for his summer cut. They were patient and caring. Will bring him and my other 2 here ????????????

Terrible job on my dog they cut gouges out of her fur and they didn't finish trimming her tail! They said 2 to 3 hours after the 3rd hr I called and they said 1 more hr. 10 mins later I called to cancel and reschedule for another day, and they said Oh she's finished! It's obvious they rushed her cut. Horrible place! Go somewhere else!

I love the way my dog looks and smells when i pick him up.

I've been taking my dog here for a while. But seems like they have a problem listening. I clearly told the man to not cut my dogs nails. And that's the first thing they do. Now my dog is limping and in pain!!!!!! This is not the first time they do this, that's why I told him not to do cut them. I should've known better since he was just talking with another man for a long time and he had a dog in the table shaking and waiting for him. They don't have any consideration for our pets! I do not recommend this place!!

Normally when you call a place they answer with the name of the business and/or the name of who’s answering. This didn’t happen. Then when I asked to book for today, the lady said they opened at 10 and could fit me in at that time. Cool. However she never asked me for my name, breed of dog, had we ever been here before nor asked about vaccinations like every other place I’ve called or been to. Now when I showed for 10 the place was closed, no lights on, nothing. Waited about 15 mins and even tried calling. Still nothing. If it’s the one who was supposed to open and was sitting in front of the place in her vehicle on the phone, clearly she cares more about a phone call than the business. If they fail at these simple tasks, I wouldn’t trust them with my dog... going through the reviews, there’s plenty of others who had the same problem. I do NOT recommend this place.

I would give them a better review if it weren't for the few times that I picked up my dog and the cut that I asked for wasn't what I asked for. Last night 12/22/2018 I told the girl who btw is actually nice, that I wanted his hair cut short, except for the ears, and his tail. I told her twice not to touch his ears, and she trimed everything including his ears and tail . And this isn't the first time this happens. So next time I will write it down for them. Because obviously she cannot remember. She needs to have a note book to write down what a customer wants. With so many dogs that they get, is more of a reason to do so. If it wasn't for that, I would give a better review and even recommend this place. But I can't because of that.

Very bad experience!!!Never again they cut our puppy and left open wound took 7 hours to get her back when we went in to check up on her she was in a cage all wet and hungry!!worse feeling ever!!Will never ever go to that place again!!!

They are AWESOME.I have been going here about 4 years and been always HAPPY with my dog's haircut. I always tell my family and friends to go here.
