This place was very helpful and they were very knowledgeable. The store was also very neat which was nice. They carried a lot of natural products which i love for my allergen dog!

New to the neighborhood and my buddy Phife was in need a good grooming. Came out looking handsome and happy after his visit. Wish I would have noted the groomers name as she was awesome!!! Happy with today's visit. Will definitely be bringing Phife back.

Remember the good ole days, when you could call the store and tell them you were just two minutes away and they would wait before closing? Our dog was out of food,. We were there at 2 mins past and the girl there would not sell us the food. So off to Petco. Now we won’t be going back to Krissers. We made the mistake buying food at Krissers some time ago that only they sell. Better to skip Kriss era and find food more readily available.

Mr. Pigglesworth loves the staff at krisers Newport! Today we couldn’t make it in but Robert had our delivery of dog food and a new dog bowl platform at our door within the hour. He personalized our delivery and thanked us with extra goodies. Thank you for being the neighborhood place where dogs go! We are thankful for you.

awesome pet supply store with grooming services. staff all are super passionate and knowledgeable about dogs and cats. only place in the vicinity that carries healthier pet food brands.

I love this place, I buy chewy stuff for my dog but really expensive though, I couldn’t buy toys from there. Spa is clean and prices are decent too ????⭐️♥️

My cats favorite thing about this place is their feather toys! I always have to stop in at least twice a month to pick up a few for her. Otherwise, this place has a really great selection of both cat and dog food and I always feel like I find the healthiest options for my cat. The employees helped recommend supplements for my cat and I feel like the combination of everything has overall improved her health.

There was a shift lead /supervisor /manager there named Katie who was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in connecting me with the perfect products for my puppy.

Friendly staff, in-house grooming (yet to use for my own pup), and great selection of stuff. Lots of healthy snacks at great prices that don't violate my dog's dietary needs.

The women that work here are super nice and helpful. I really do appreciate businesses like this that are very welcoming. Highly recommend!

I signed-up for the auto ship and had the worst customer service experience. They overcharged me + did not provide me item I paid for...Response takes days...I've been a long-time customer and will never shop her again. 09/01/20-- I have to update my review. The initial experience was pretty awful. However, someone did call me eventually and reimburse me for the overcharge.

This is our favorite pet store! We are actually closed to another location but find the customer service and grooming are better here!! They are always really friendly when we call and ask if they have our dog food in stock. They hold it for us as we drive over! We get both dogs groomed here too! Their availability is great and I can always get both dogs in at the same time which is great! Their haircuts always come out great and they come out of there happy! This Kriser’s does not disappoint! They make us feel really welcome and like family when we get there.

❤️ Krisers! The staff is always friendly and gave me a great recommendation not only for food but also litter to help with my cats allergies. Grain free allergy specific food and litter that still clumps but is made of corn instead of clay (who knew?). My cat is itch free and my house smells better thanks to their help ????

A wonderful team that really loves animals. Shopping here with my pup is always a pleasure. Haven't used the grooming services here but plan to eventually!

My wife and I just got a new puppy and needed to buy food and treats for him. The employees who work at this store were very helpful. We had so many questions as the is our first pet and they took the time to answer all of our questions. We were able to get everything we needed for him and we will continue to buy his food here

Kriser’s Natural Pet has the sweetest, most caring employees. It’s obvious how much they love pets. They offer high quality products for fur babies- including food fit for human consumption. When I went looking for a specific toy, I called in and they had plenty of inventory and a great price. The store sponsors the cutest, cleverest events, like a doggie prom with adorable photo opportunities. Just check out their Facebook page for examples. I only wish it were closer to my house; I would go more often if it was. Folks in Irvine are lucky to have this as their local store.

I've been going to this location for my dog's food for a while now and the girls that work there are great. They are always so welcoming when we walk in the door and ready to help when we have questions. We just booked an appointment for our dog to be groomed so we will give an update when we pick him up

We went there for the first time for the nail trim for my dog. They did the best job!

I came into the store looking to browse for raw food for my new cat. The staff was friendly and helpful and they were able to answer my questions about raw food diet as well as make a recommendation. I bought some Primal raw dehydrated nuggets here and my cat is loving them so far. Hopefully I can transition to a completely raw diet when we're out of cans of his current food. I was also able to pick up a calming spray, a new toy, and a scratching bed for him. It was a pleasant experience and they have a Rewards program so I will likely be back in the near future.

Great variety of products from medicine to organic snacks. Just double check ur buffalo liver snacks for any bugs, too expensive to find out the hard way. Staff was helpful and they also groom.

This location always has a great selection of toys & treats for my furbaby. He loves getting spoiled with all the cute cookies they have. Staff is always friendly & extremely helpful :)

I had a phenomenal experience here. It couldn’t have been made any easier to prepare to get a puppy and go shopping here. Amber helped me and made everything so nice and easy. She really went out of her way to help me, answering all questions I had, and was very professional. They have earned a long term client and I’ll be heading there weekly! Thanks Krisers!
