I've been taking my cats here for many years. The Doctors are knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Maki listens and has helped my cat with her various sicknesses. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And I like that they have good hours and open weekends because I work and I need flexibility in my appointments.

Very impressed wit Dr, Elamir’s bedside manner for my cat Josie. She is a spitfire but was very calm with the Vet and didn’t require sedation for exam.

My German Shepard is well cared for at Irvine pet hospital. He is a huge dog but is terrified of going to vets. The staff and docs take it all in stride making my dog feel comfortable and welcome. . I wouldn’t go anywhere else for the medical care, bathing and boarding of my dog. Thank you.

sadly the staff that work at this facility act like they are only there to get as many pets through the doors as possible. they don't actually seem to care anymore. we felt that they were extremely rude to our family so we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope the experience you have there is better than ours was.

The people that work here are not competent and they do not seem to care about the animals they treat. every pet seems like just a number to them and they are disorganized and they should be avoided. Skip this place.

Took my big dog Dylan for her vaccine and check up. This is her first time visit here. We had Dr. Chad Maki. He is very patient and my dog returned to us happily after vaccine. Assistants are polite, so are front desk lady who is helpful too.

My dog is 11 years old and I finally found the best vet in Irvine! She's back to puppy age. Thank you everyone for your help, time and support!!!

We have been bringing our pets here since 2012. We have great Dr’s & ok Dr’s. We recently met with one, Dr.Sheri and she is AMAZING!! She was honest, thorough, she provided a low cost and a higher cost option, professional, patient with our questions, responsive and great demeanor. What a difference this does in being able to trust a Vet with your pet’s health. We have worked with other Vets that push what feels unrealistic in cost and they pull on emotional heartstrings. If you can get Dr Sheri, we would highly recommend her.

We have been taking for many years our pets to the Irvine Pet Complex and are very satisfied with their service and their attention and the love they provide to our little family members.

Any other veterinarian is usually a month out, but besides that I love all the professionals here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless they recommended me.

Love this place! I have a Pug and Dr. Kirollos Abdelmalek is the BEST! He remembers us each time and is very attentive to my dog Apollo and strives to always provide the best care to him. A+++

I spent about 80 + a day everytime I come I come a lot they should have a VIP place where people that spend like I do other than that is perfect I forgot his like me have cash don't like waiting I just called across the street to spend my money on another place my dad taught me you never beg nobody to take your money

They are the absolute best they only care for your animals I have many personal experiences of tragedy on my end and they have made every step of the way easy for me Dr. K is the medical director as well as my veterinarian and since he’s taking over the place it’s just really turned around it was good before but now it is great

It was really easy to make an appointment, they took the time to answer all of my questions, and were very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend, especially for first-time pet owners with many questions or who aren't sure where to start!

Great experience for both me and my cat. Both the staff and veterinarian were welcoming and helpful. Irvine Pet Hospital's veterinarian gave their recommendations and was straight forward, not trying to advise additional services that aren't necessarily needed like I felt at VCA. My cat was well cared for and pricing for vaccinations, grooming, and first visit was fair. Highly recommend this pet hospital.

I have taken my dog to different veterinarians. For convenience, I took him Irvine Pet Complex for an ear infection. The doctor wanted to do an ultrasound. I declined. They took my dog to the back for the agreed ear treatment. When I got home, I realized a lot of the medicine had been smeared on the outside of the ear! When we returned for the follow-up, my dog was so scared that he literally clawed at the door to try to escape. Whatever they had done to him they did to him in the back room had traumatized him. I have never seen him act like that! And then my leash came back broken as though it had been cut at the handle.

We continue to appreciate the service and care provided to our dog. Recently took our small dog to Irvine Pet Complex and asked for annual exam. Doctor reviewed our past history and mentioned we didn't need some blood work but another test could be helpful. Went along with her suggestion and our dog was diagnosed with a skin bacterial infection. Cost to treat was minimal and he's dong much better. The doctor saved us money by eliminating unnecessary tests and focused on what she thought was source of issue. We have been coming here for 5 plus years and though we see different doctors, they all have been great.

The vet was very sweet and personable. He went over everything with me and helped me consider the pros and cons of neutering. Hotch, my pup, also gives 4 paws up!

Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Kindness above and beyond. Genuine, honest and always goes that extra step for my pet and me. Everyone there is definitely committed to excellence in medicine and customer service.

I have taken a few generations of my fur babies here. Many of the staff are the same as years ago, which always says a lot about a place. I always count on them treating my pets as preciously as I do.

Superb veterinary care. Just wish they had extended business hours. They were able to properly diagnose my dog's medical issues, thus preventing an unfortunate early euthanasia. So far they have been very accommodating with his prescriptions and dietary recommendations.

Wow- all I have to say is that this is the best veterinarian there is. The people who work here are truly the kindest people I have ever met. I get tears in my eyes just thinking about their compassion and kindness. We had to put our dog down Button (almost 19 years old) and the staff and vet were so incredibly kind and made it the best situation possible. I was balling so much and couldn’t stop crying and they gave us a lovely room with beautiful classical music and candles. They were such good and kind people and truly cared about us and Button so much. The vet did a full exam to see what his status was in front of us and sadly it was Button’s time (his heart and lungs were failing). They let us stay with Button the entire time and gave us as much time as we needed. Although it was horribly hard and such a sad day they were so incredible and went above and beyond. Even on such a dark day we were able to find peace because of how incredible the vet and staff were. We were so touched by their kindness. We just received a beautiful condolences card from them too. They are so incredible and I hope everyone will take their animals here for care because they actually care.

We've been going to Irvine Pet Complex for 4 years having left or previous two vets due to deeply dissatisfying experiences. We have always been happy with the quality of care, professionalism and concern for our babies by the providers and staff . Irvine Pet Complex never disappoints.

Been going here for years. The doctors are so good they were able to diagnose my dog with a rare neurological disorder within minutes of looking at her. They won't do anything to your pet without first getting your approval and will show you the pricing breakdown before decisions are made and payments are taken. This is the best vet clinic I've been to ever. Hands down the best. I recommend this to everyone I meet. Keep up the great work guys!

Irvine Pet Complex negligence is the reason my dog Jasper died. My dog Jasper had been going to daycare at IPC for the past 3 years. They have notes written in his chart that he cannot have a cot in his kennel because he's an escape artist and because he chews. When I was moving apartments I received the phone call a pet owner could NEVER prepare for. They told me they found him pinned against the wall and the cot (the story itself doesn't fully even make sense) and that he was having trouble walking. There are no cameras in the facility to find out the true story. The dr told me don't worry, that he'd "pay for everything" and he himself would drive him to the emergency clinic. He didn't say how exactly dire the situation was. By the time I got to the VCA Jasper had passed away. My best friend for seven years is gone. Jasper suffered from separation anxiety so I left them in their care for his safety and within 24 hours of doing so he passed away. The negligence of this veterinarian/boarding facility is why my dog is gone. I don't want to sue I want people to know about Jasper so they know what type of facility IPC is. When I asked Pet Vet corp to install cameras and send out an email to clients he told me they wouldn't do it. This is my experience with IPC. To the response: What’s scary is if this is true, if this is the owner and you truly don’t know about a healthy dog who died while boarding at your facility there’s a much bigger issue at hand.
