Great Dog people they care a lot????

when we spoke on the phone the lady said she would be here then 10th at 8:30 am so the 10th came and no one showed , then I call and she said no I said the 17th not the 10th so we waited ANOTHER week (the side of their Van literally says grooming within 24 to 48 hours of call) well guy comes at 9:30 which keep in mind lady told me 8:30 Well we had four dogs in total our first dog cut was great , second with our Pomerania was good too. But our last two we wanted a breed cut (guy never done it before but said they would look to pictures) Papillon those two are and he was so CHOPPY with the ears . The guy who did the cuts was great for customer service and had a great attitude needs more experience as we gave dogs breed over the phone while setting the appointment if he didn’t know how someone else should of came . In total the price came to 450 which was crazy to me for pricing. Would definitely go somewhere else next time.

I have had mobile dog groomed in the past And was very happy with the service, so I decided to look around for another one. I have large breed dogs, old English sheepdogs. I called to get a quote for a bath, haircut, nail trim and she wanted to charge me $178 EACH DOG!!!!!!!!

The worst groomer I've ever dealt with my entire life. The groomer Alycia came out and butcher my beautiful goldendoodle. She returned my dog back still with wet hair because it was going to take to long to complete the job. She did not even trim his sanitary area. She didn't cut his nails because she said she wasn't sure if he would like it. She left Matts on my dogs face and when I asked her about it she told me to brush it out. Then she collected her $136 and off on her dandy way. After leaving I noticed she ruined the back of my dogs hair. I finally called the company and explained how upset I was and needed my dogs hair to be fixed. They said that the reason he looked the he did was because he is a goldendoodle and they can't spend to much time on him because it would cost money. What does that even mean. I asked in that case if I may get a refund so I can take my dog to another groomer. She said no because the job has been done. Ridiculous if you read the rest of the reviews they are all the same. They are a nasty, unprofessional scam artist. If you love your dog do not ever use their services. Take your dog to a local groomer they will do a better job and for way less.

My Son Hired them to groom our dog. Bryon came to our house and we showed him pictures of what we want to see after the job and when I saw our dog I was shocked with disappointment. we paid $114 for the service we normally pay $70 and the dog looked horrible. he cut his ears too short, cut the head and face too short, did not cut the hair on paws or his lower area at all , no nail cut, it was just horrible. I asked my son to contact the office and a week later I found out he had not so I contacted them requesting a response which few days later after playing txt I received a message since I contacted them a week later they are willing to send another groomer but at a cost of $62.5. I am actually more upset of the response which is shown the poor level of customer service after such a bad job.

Very positive experience. My cat loved the bath and grooming and looks much better. Tony was great.

If i could give a negative ten review i would! They practically ended our senior dog's life. They arrived 3 hours early when primary owner was not home, sent someone who could not lift the dog (were told this would be required), charged full cost when they left this senior dog sopping wet. Traumatized this 16 year old dog so thoroughly she still hasn't recovered. Thinking of sueing!!!

I haven't used there service but there van almost ran me off the road get better drivers.

They suck. They use ice cold water to wash your dogs. I recommend against using this service.

Late and called me casually letting me know they would be over an hour late - maybe more. Ridiculous. I use a mobile service for convenience not so I can wait around like I’m waiting for my cable company. Additionally, they asked me twice to move my appointment up from 3 to 10:30 so I did. Way to go Fritzy’s; I won’t use this service anymore.

So happy with Fritzy's! They are always on time, do a great job, and are so good with our senior dogs. I love that they come to your home. All the staff is amazing, but I highly recommend Jon and Emily.

this business is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I USED TO WORK HERE. fritzy's made it very easy to get a job here. you can literally just like animals and get a job here. they want you to lie and tell customers that you have been grooming for years but when you're 18 how can you say that ? they make you charge INSANE prices. for things that you could get at a normal groomer shop with people who are way more experienced for about at least $70 cheaper. thank god they cannot remove this review because it is a truth and if ed says anything otherwise he is lying. I had never picked up clippers before and they supplied me with a truck and everything i would need to groom which is nice but they don't understand that it is someone's pet someone's family that you could harm and they brush it off as no big deal. i was trained for 3 days and then sent on my own. not just me but others as well. i would just skip this place as a whole and support your local businesses. it is definitely not worth the money you pay. thank you for your time and please consider for your pets sake !! the only two other reviews are from employees
