Been going there for over a decade. Long time employees.. Beanie gets the care his highness deserves.. I love the big room for the “littles”…. I get mesmerized watching them play from the large window .. different levels to sleep , relax and 2 employees in the room ..❤️

Stopped in looking for a job, was only needing office cleaners at the time, so I left, they looked busy a lot of dogs.

they're supper picky!! can be a little annoying but i guess it is a good thing. they wont take your dogs if one vaccine is missing and they are always on top of records. groomers are great!! we love that place.

They took care care in explaining their facilities, and what was included with our dog’s stay. Pick up and drop off we’re swift and smooth. It was a little bit of a drive but worth it for the care received.

Had an appointment that took a week and half to make it and was only told to bring my vaccine records only to show up a get told that they couldn’t see me because my dog didn’t have the shots they required. Instead of telling me when I booked the appointment of all the shots that would be required. On top of that they leave you standing outside waiting and it’s up to you to assume that your appointment is canceled while you wait expecting for someone to come and finalize the conversation.

We recently boarded our 14 year old pug for 8 days. We have boarded our dogs here several times over the years. As always, The Grand Paw delivered exceptional service, a comfortable and happy place for our senior dog, and a piece of mind for us so that we can enjoy our vacation. Our sweet dog returned home in great shape, and we are so thankful to The Grand Paw for taking such great care of her.

Pandemic Up Date-The Grand Paw is doing a pretty good job as they work through the issues associated with the COVID Pandemic. They now pick up you dog from the car, you do not go inside at all. They bring your pet out to you in the evening, so it is more-or-less touchless. They also have both masks and sanitizer out in the parking area so that you can sanitize if you like. Good job. But I miss the little shop and talking to the folks while waiting for our dog, Bailey to drag out the poor lad that has to tear him away from his play date. This is the doggy daycare and boarding place in the East Coachella Valley. It has nice facilities and reasonably good hours. They are not real flexible on times and policies. Not a deal as far as pricing goes but seem to take reasonable care of the pets. They have a little pet gift shop, mostly dog oriented full of overpriced things you can’t live without. The grooming function is not the best or least expensive. Ask about purchasing multiple use packages. Tuesday and Thursday they have pool time for Fido if your dog is so inclined. Separate small and large dog areas. They charge $25 bucks to qualify your dog’s behavior before you can bring him. Have all your shot information ready.

Our pup has been going to Grand Paws for 5 years or so. He absolutely loves it. Whether he is there for a day of play or is staying for a week or two he is always happy and healthy when we pick him up. The staff there are always happy to see him and are truely wonderful dog lovers. We have had nothing but 100% positive experiences with each stay.

Bryan, Rosa, Joseph and the rest of the staff are amazing people and really go out of their way to make our girls welcome!

They were very kind and accommodating to us and our dog who takes multiple meds. Warm and customer service oriented, we appreciate this place and would bring our dog there again!

Great place for doggy day care

Great Facility! We went in a week prior to our pup staying there for a tour and a temperament test, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we dropped our pup off for her stay she was excited to be there again. She was happy when we picked her up and quickly fell asleep when we got home. The grand paw is reasonably priced and I highly recommend! Thank you Grand paw for taking care of Cocoa!

I was so happy with The Grand Paw and so were my two kittys. They had a comfy room with plenty of time to play and lounge in. Also they posted pictures of my babies for me to see so I could know 5hey were doing well as I missed them. I will definitely board with them again when I need to in the future.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly... after 3 days and 2 nights on "vacation" my dog came home happy and tired !

They are fabulous here. My plane was Delayed and I called to tell them I may not be able to get her yesterday and they were just great. Very flexible. It turned out I made it with 30 minutes to spare but I knew Maisie was safe-and that they would keep her no problem. This was Maisie’s first time boarding here. She was so happy when I picked her up she seemed to have a good time and I could tell the staff treated her really well. Even though I did not groom her this visit she smelled wonderful. I could tell she was her and loved. No kennel smell, actually more like a flower. This place is fantastic.

My dog had an amazing time here! I could tell because as soon as I would say "do you want to go play with your friends..." she would get all excited and start running in circles! My husband opened the door of the car and she immediately jumped in! And once there, jumped out of the car! Great facilities!
