Doggie On the Go Mobile Grooming Indio, California

My poor cat needed her toenails trimmed in the worst way, they were catching on everything. After calling her Vets office where the phone just kept ringing, no one ever picked up and it didn’t go to voice mail I started searching for mobile groomers. I called Doggie on the Go in Indio, I was able to take her in immediately which both of us appreciated. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, I will definitely make that Boo Bears new place for a Pawicure. We thank you????

The worst haircut my dog ever had...

My friend called for service on her cat. She is 18 years and had fleas. They came out on the third of May. They gave her a very bad haircut and treated her for the fleas. She began showing signs of distress that day and progressed to get worse. We took her to her vet and he said she had been poisoned by the flea treatment. She died the next morning. We were greatly upset and in shock. We wanted the business , Doggy on the go , to realize what they had done and preventing that to happening to any other animal. An apology would be the least they could do or a refund of the 100.00 that was charged. Buffy was the cats name. RIP dear Buffy.

My LuLu loves to come visit and get groomed here with Lucy! She is the kindest groomer and has love for my pet miniature poodle! The place is very welcoming and the is reasonable with the prices! Thank you Lucy for loving my LuLu! ????????????????

Lady very friendly, but, they cut my dogs eyelashes..no good.. I just ask for a little trim around his eyes just for him to see..but not the eye lashes.. lol.. they over did it to the point that I can see MY DOGS skin.. POOR GUY..his cut around his head is not properly done right.. they charges 60.00 for bath, nail trim, and cut.... my recomendation just take youR dogs for bath..they do a great job ONLY ON BATHS..

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! I can't believe the groomer had the audacity to still charge me full price after she slit my dogs skin leaving a pocket! I have heard of others complain their dogs were cut at this groomers, but I decided to give it a try. I brought my dog here about 2 times and this was the 3rd time here and unfortunately this incident happened. I agree accidents happene but of dog was moving don't force it. I would have much rather pick up my dog with missing patches of hair then a pocket cut. Lesson learned, I will decide to go elsewhere. I will say owner offered to pay for vet bill which I will be doing to avoid any infection.

They did a great job with my toy poodle. Affordable and I only had to leave her for an hour!

My dog has been getting his grooming by Lucy for over 10 years through the mobile unit and in the shop once she opened. She treats my dog great and works hard at getting him comfortable. As my dog gets older he snaps at her. She just calms him down and does what she has to do. My dog always walks out with his little tail wagging, all happy. I do recommend her.

A blind person could have groomed my dogs better. - - ☆. And, she had the nerve to act like she had done me a favor! Not to mention the $110 I paid. And, my dog is hiding under the bed could be cause the hair cut, but I think they hurt him!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

They do an amazing job and very affordable, Great service.
