The lady was quiet helpful however they didn't have everything I needed.

I was looking to buy a 30" folding cage for my pet. The price was right and even less than Amazon. The website said it was in stock. So I drove 30 mins to purchase one only to discover none were in stock and had only less than a hand full of cages ( mostly XS and S) in stock. I couldn't find an employee anywhere to ask if there were some in the back stock room. I only found one employee working the register and ask him. He told me they only have what's on display at the moment. I told him their website stated the cage I wanted was in stock, which was why I drove down to their store. All he could say was, "I'm sorry". I guess, I bad for not calling first!

They have everything I need for my dog, including a decent grooming department. It's a dedicated pet store so prices are at a premium, of course. Worth it for the one stop shopping experience.

With four cats at home,along with their own live in FELINE veterinarian; I'm a frequent customer at petco. Choices, and attentive employees bring me back. And all the picky eaters at home seem to agree. Thus, keeping the kitties happy keeps Doc mom happy.I

We use to give this location a 2 star. But they have new staff and Tiffany is AMAZING!!! She has great customer service, she talks to her employeIes with respect as well as customers. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right product for our pets. This location has done a 360 we went from never coming here to this is being our place to buy everything!! Thank you Tiffany and the entire staff for doing an amazing job!!!

Manager Travis was beyond awesome in helping me. I had recently purchased an Aqueon rimless aquarium and the manufacturer had the incorrect clips in the tank. (One too many of one and zero of another). First I called the store and Travis said to ask for him. Immediately upon entering he helped me with zero wait time and fully addressed my issue. After having a good relationship with Carla who has since been promoted for many years, I'm really glad that Petco has made a great choice in her replacement.

I have been taking my dog for grooming services for over a year now but the last two times including this last one, we have been disappointed to the point where we won't be taking our dog back. They clipped my dogs fur down to his bare skin and blamed my dog for being older and foe us to look for another place for him to go to because he was basically hard to handle. They did a terrible job and when brought up to the supervisor in charge, all she did was blame it on my dog and say for us to take him somewhere else instead of offering service recovery or other options.

Just went to get our furbabies some new name tags. Nice store, friendly associates.

Great place to shop if you're looking for a variety of healthier options for your pets. There are also better deals if you use the Petco app.

Went looking for Bettas and they had a HUGE Selection them . More then the other store ????

Not only woefully short staffed but staff they do have ignore waiting customers to stock shelves.????????????

The Reptile guy is knowledgeable, but they're always out of crickets and the crickets are more pricey than petsmart.

Bought a starfish and signed up for rewards program and was told I could return the fish if anything happened… starfish died within two days and they did not honor the return. Even the manager was not aware of the no return policy nor were they knowledgeable on aquatics. Will not return to the store.

My local palm springs petco Is so much better that others I've visited in the valley. Customer service is top priority. I always feel so welcomed. I've always received help in a timely manner. Compared to the Indio store I visited yesterday complete opposite.

We’re a customer of this branch for years. Almost every time we have good food for our cat and dog.

Easy purchase online, in and out of the store for pickup. Plus buying online ensures that you have the product before going to the store. It was 5 gallons of ocean water and the associate offered to carry it out for me.

Did a good job cutting and buffing nails for our dog. friendly and fast.

Great place to get treats for my bird and my dogs

Young lady that assisted me is very knowledgeable. I was able to make my decision on what type of dog food was best suited for my Rat Terrier. Sorry I didn't get the young lady's name. I however make it a point the next visit. She is definitely a asset to PetCo.

The employee that helped us was very knowledgable and kind.He listened and assisted with our purchases relating to Collars, Muzzles, and Dog Food. He deserves a bonus! I wish I could remember his name, we were at the Palm Springs store on Hwy 11 at 7:51 pm on June 11. On the receipt it says we were helped by 403097

Its the only store in the area .so I have no choice to love them at petco
