A month for an appointment and “the doctor called out” seems to be a common trend

They made my cats condition worse. He had a dislocated jaw and when they messed it up tried to get me to put him down. I took him somewhere else but was told they had damaged it beyond repair and after taking every dime I had put him down.

These people don't care about your animal. They care about money and that's it. I paid 700 for a check up on my dogs foot. There's a big growth, after that I never heard back .I call and nobody calls back. They told me he needed surgery so why not call me back!!! I got a new credit card. And nothing. Why charge a person 700 to not finish the job.

The worst experience EVER!!! Left pet for a dental cleaning estimate. Promised a call back 1/2 hr when I can pick him up. Call never came. After a 4 1/2 hrs wait get estimate for $1700’low $ 2100 for high cost! Really for a small yorkie! I do not print money as they think I do. I have never ever seen something soooooooo ridiculous. I could go to a regular vet probably for 1/2 a price. Very unhappy and frustrated with today experience ????????????

Took dog for shots, was in and out within about 10 minutes.

My 4 year old cat is having serious health issues. The people here are fabulous. They got her in same day. My vet was unavailable for 2 months. I will definitely recommend Animal Samaritan in the future

We called on a Saturday afternoon and the people over the phone were very nice. They took my pet in within 30 mins of making the call. When I got to the office, the staff in the front desk were attentive and kind. I had to leave my dog for about 3 hrs and the doctor's assistant, Alexis, kept me updated through phone calls. We are very happy with this facility. We truly appreciate Dr. Gilabert and her staff.

Staff was very king and caring. Had to say goodbye to a family pet.

A satellite office fully staffed. They are attentive and caring and vaccine day is Friday for a quick trip to vaccinate your fur babies. Great location and wonderful caring staff.

Very calm and welcoming staff and lobby. Shots took less than 5 minutes. Lobby very very large. Good for those with not so friendly pets. Very happy. Fees are very low compared to other clinics.

Had to euthanize my service dog, and was told I could not hold her as they gave her the injection. How cruel can they be. 16 yrs. And I can't be with her when she goes?? Some Samaritans they are. Also $280. Plus she had to have an exam.. Why?? She's being put down..Greedy, pure greed!!! No compassion at all!!!

i really thought this vet was going to helpful but it’s not i called in due to my pet have issues with its medication and they said they said that they were going to call back and never did this vet i’m not coming back

I think the staff and doctors at the facility on Jackson St are outstanding. My dog had an urgent matter. From check in to check out everyone was incredibly kind, professional and caring. Steffy is an incredible vet tech. She’s observant, loving to your pet, organized and communicative. Dr Gilibert was amazing as well. She gave my girl and me time and Thoroughness to our urgent need. I wish she could be our ongoing vet but she does urgent care. Vets are extremely busy nowadays and tensions seem high in clinics but this clinic was so kind and professional. I’m so very thankful to have them on my side. Thank you!

Dr. Gilabert is the best. Our little Hatchi had a mass above his ear, she performed his surgery and although we couldn’t be with him do to COVID restrictions she kept us informed by calling us every few hours. Her called voice and the time she took to explain thoroughly what was happening eased our worry and anxiety. We are so greatful for Dr. Gilabert and her team for everything they did for our Hatchi.

Was quoted $1600 to $2000 to have teeth removed from my dog. Payed $56 for exam, $30 for meds and $177 for blood work. I was just waiting for an appt to get work done. Just made an appt. with vet in Beaumont, they said the cost will not exceed $950 this price includes exam and blood work which I already payed $263 for at Animal Samaritan . I thought Animal Samaritan was supposed to be low cost. Recommend taking the drive to Banning Veterinary Hospital, if u want to save money and to be seen right away. Made an appointment for another dog and was seen 2 days later, which is great compared to waiting a month to be seen. $46 for exam, this includes nail cutting. If you are looking to get a deep teeth cleaning only $200 plus $35 for removal of each tooth. Facility in Beaumont is part of Banning Hospital.
