Had to have our 15 yr old Hudson put to rest. Dr. Clark talked to me on the phone personally. We used another vet previously who retired. Dr. Clark took us the same evening I called. We are snowbirds and are only here 5 months every year. I have to say that Dr. Clark was so nice and caring to us and our Hudson. He gave him an injection of phenobarbitol so we could spend some alone time with him before he fell asleep. He also dimmed the lights in our room. Then Dr. Clark came back about 20 minutes later and took him to another room and inserted an IV and medication. He brought Hudson right back to us and left the room. Hudson took his last breaths within 30 seconds while asleep from the phenobarbitol. It was just so peaceful. Our vets in Pa never gave our other dogs a relaxing injection first like Dr. Clark did. I highly recommend him. He made us and Hudson feel so good, under the circumstances. 5 stars to Dr Clark...thank you! He is on Jackson Street in Indio.

He promised us that we are going to pay $150 then he charged us $535. He is super expensive and not recommended at all and not going back.

I brought my cat in to get nurtured a year and a half ago and ever since then he's been getting painful UTI's and problems with his bladder. Earlier this week ge got very sick so I took him to vca emergency vet and he had a bad blockage in his bladder and he died this friday at 2 years old. The doctor asked me if Dr Clark put my cat on a special diet to prevent it from happening but he never did.

I called today to request records be sent to the vet clinic I work at. As a receptionist myself, I am held to high standards. Dr. Clark picked up the phone and my respect for him went down as soon as he opened his mouth to say, "call back at 1230," and hung up on me. Absolutely abhorrent sense of customer service. I expect high standards from a receptionist, but I expect MUCH much more from a DVM with a degree in pet care.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: Dr Clark's is a great place to go get your pet seen. Dr Clark and the associates there have done well for our family and pets. Always well spoken and clear about their messages. If you have any questions they I normally answer. Pets sometimes leave messes for whatever reason, but the office normally cleans up the mess. The office inspect the waiting room and the outside to pick up and drop off animals. During that time if they say anything they'll clean it up. Appointments are made over the phone and are hassle free from my experience. Through limited research it seems that their prices are fair and sometimes lower than other vet. My only real complaint is the working space. - Their office is pretty small. - They're waiting room is also very small. If there are too many people there then those who have been seen and are waiting to be viewed by the workers there, they will have to wait outside. - The parking is very small and unorganized. This isn't that big of a problem if there isn't more than six cars, but it gets a little more hectic the more people that are trying to find parking.

Dr. Clark is a great veterinarian. He has always taken care of our pets. Very honest and professional. He has a great team . I've been a satisfied customer for about 12 years now.

They got me in for an emergency. Glad they did, my dog has a scratched cornea which could become very bad. We had a long wait (about an hour) but I don't mind as they squeezed us in. I saw them doing the same for others trying to help as many pets as they could. I'm very appreciative! Everyone was friendly and thorough in explanations. Price was reasonable.

Interesting place. Took really good care of my dog when he was neutered. Cost effective and kind.

Every one of his staff was so friendly and helpful and kind and understanding..... We had a wonderful experience and I will be returning with my cat if ever a problem arises with her health.....

Busy place but they go the extra mile to take care of your pet.

I was there with a friend who had to put down his best friend, a 14yr old black lab, and Dr. Clark was very caring, sensitive and made sure she didn't suffer any longer.

I had seen and spoken with many people who simply love Dr. Clark so I decided that he might be the perfect vet for my dog. When I arrived at my appointed time, there were about 8 families and their pets waiting outside in the front yard. This was during the Covid situation so I understand not being in the waiting room. When I checked in it was difficult to find a receptionist to notice we were there. The tiny waiting room smelled like old urine. Once I was able to tell them I was there, I was told to wait outside (it was fairly cold) for our turn. Two hours later they finally called my name. I would have up and left but we had a time constraint to get our dog examined before a flight (he needed his health cert to fly). I saw the Dr. walking in and out of the clinic saying hi to everyone and transporting dogs into the clinic. He seemed like a very friendly man and I'm sure he is a dedicated doctor because it got to be quite late at night while I was still waiting. Once I got my dog back, I paid my bill and went on my way. He was supposed to get a booster shot but my invoice did not reflect that he had. I have contacted the clinic several times over the last 4 months but I never get a reply. I need to know if he got the shot. They don't answer e-mails or voicemail and rarely pick up the phone. I have now asked my current vet to see if he can get the records sent to him. He might be a wonderful vet but not so wonderful that I am willing to wait for two hours for our appointment and another hour in the cold and dark for the dog to be checked out and have records about his treatment that might be incorrect.

Wonderful! Took my dog in for an ultrasound. They were very patient and caring.

Some times you have a long wait but it's worth it

Great overall experience. Caring, fair prices, honest. Went above and beyond what he mentioned he would do and it was cheaper than i was quoted over the phone. Will definately tell my friends and family. I will never go to the VCA again.
