All of the trainers are incredibly nice and willing to work with you and your pup no matter what it may be, from obedience to agility, my pup has had a great time training and it's been a great bonding experience for us as well :)

Love the training so far! Great price and friendly staff! Excited to have found a training place that is about positive reinforcement and letting your pet learn at their own pace. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been to the facility before, asked if they were hiring and didn’t have the open schedule. Now with all that has been flipped upside down as a college student I’d be extremely interested in interacting with loving awesome pups and cats. Zoom and In Person :)

I started my dog Ronan at Zoom Room HB wanting to do agility so we could have some structured fun together. The trainers and staff are all so great, and we're having a blast!

We started at ZoomRoom at 7months old (he’s almost 8mo now) and in just a few lessons Dempsey progressed by leaps and bounds. Me, the dog mum/handler needed the extra work and he needed the repetitive engagement to become so proficient at the tasks. My pup gets so excited to attend and me too! He got his first little taste/intro to the obstacles the other night and loved it! Thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They really care about helping us learn the skills necessary for a safe, happy, healthy and well disciplined pup! Well done Zoom Room HB!!

I have 2 dogs that attend classes at Zoom Room. Nova is 4 and has been going since she was in puppy school. She is very shy, but the trainers are so patient and give me lots of great pointers on how to interact with her in class. Bella just started in the puppy classes and is super wild. But again the trainers are so great with her as well and teach me how to handle her and keep her attention on me. It’s a really great experience and I love being able to have that time with my dogs at the classes. It’s a good time for all of us!

We absolutely love Zoom Room! We started bring our puppy when she was just under 1 years old. We had been working with a private trainer online but it just wasn't working for us. We love the in person group classes and the variety of class options. The group classes our dog in new ways and we have learned so much. It's a great value for all that you learn and the trainers are very friendly. Classes fill up fast but you can almost always get into a class you want through the waitlist.

We LOVE Zoom Room! The trainers are awesome and my dog learns so much. It's fun for us, too! I recommend Zoom Room to everyone I meet with a dog.

I have enjoyed training my puppy Jack at Zoom Room. He loves coming to class and has learned many commands in a short time. The best part is that all this quality time I have been spending with him in and out of class has helped me have a better relationship with my dog and better understand his needs. I feel this has made him a true companion

We love Zoom Room and so does our puppy Rosie! We have learned so much and have received so many helpful tips ! We have a Corgi who has a stubborn personality and with positive reinforcement and patience we are seeing a big difference. We took Obedience 1 with Andi and even though it is a group class we received a lot of individual support as well and our puppy has fun ! We look forward for to continuing to learn here !

The zoom room is a great place to take your dog for training, really at any age. I have a 1.5 year old German Shepard who is a bit nervous and being in classes has really helped her training and comfort level. We are able to practice the skills learned in class, at home and help boost her confidence for the next class! I highly recommend training at the Zoom Room!

My dog graduated from their Puppy Preschool and is currently enrolled in their obedience program and I could not be happier with the results or the kind and amazing staff. Having a well trained dog makes such a big difference in their quality of life and yours with them.

Classes for the prices were pretty reasonable in comparison to various other group training classes. Dogs can only focus for so long so having the classes less than hour helped. Unless you have been to multiple session of a particular class, it sometimes takes awhile to get used to what exactly is being asked to practice and demonstrate. Sometimes it can seem like it's more of practicing versus getting advice on how best to teach/train you and your dog if they are struggling with a particular task. One drawback is that because you are also having to demonstrate in order to pass to get to the next level, while practicing at the same time, it lends to having to sign up for more classes.

The Zoom Room team is very helpful in directing what services best suite your dogs need. My dog has become more confident around people and other dogs! Caring and loving environment.

We love coming to Zoom Room as much as our Rhodesian Ridgeback Bruno does! He is 4 months old and has already learned basic obedience commands (sit, lie down, wait, go to crate, etc.) and has been provided socialization with other puppies. The class sizes are small and the trainers call dog & owners by name and provide personalized feedback. The trainers also make themselves available to answer dog-specific questions. The entire staff has been so friendly and accommodating. We look forward to continuing our lessons at Zoom Room!

The Zoom Room is a very good choice whether your dog (and you) need training or enrichment. An incredible array of classes are available for any dog, large or small, timid or confident, puppy, teen, or adult. Classes include puppy, obedience, agility (my personal favorite), scent, etc. Private gym time is also available. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The training is based on positive reinforcement (for the dog and for you). The trainers are knowledgeable, calm, well informed, good communicators and lead by example. It is very clean, organized and safe for your pet. I like that the classes are kept small and they are very well 'time' managed. Another great thing about the classes is that each type of class begins with the basics. When my dog had mastered those skills, he was graduated to the next level (complete with certificate and photo)! Each new level of class builds on the previous level. It is awesome! Also, every in every class I have been to, the other participants heartily support each other. In addition to two training areas, there is also a great little store with a wide array of pet products.

The staff is knowledgeable and respectful when teaching class. They show their patience while interacting with my dog and take there time when I have any questions or concerns. Definitely would recommend classes for anyone wanting to have their puppy trained.

Having gotten my pup during Covid I was sad to not have had the joy of social get togethers with other folks and their dogs. The Zoom Room really came to the rescue. Trixie loves her gym and runs and plays to her hearts content. I don't have to worry about other people and dogs and find that spending this bonding time with my pup in such a fun atmosphere has really made our connection even stronger. I will be doing some training classes with her soon. Zoom Room facilities are clean and staff is so welcoming. I really feel like I struck gold finding this safe environment for myself and my dog to have fun in.

I signed my pup Rooney up for puppy preschool & it was the best decision I’ve ever made. They train you to train your pup. She was able to play with pups her age and learn the proper way to play, no latching on to other dogs. It’s such a fun bonding experience for you and your dog. They also have a great selection of treats, toys, and gear at their shop. If your curious about the Zoom Room, they have a seating area so you can watch the classes to get a feel for everything. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: Removed a couple stars. I like Zoom Room but I'm totally put off by the fact that classes I've purchased quickly expire. I often have to waitlist classes which makes it difficult to use the classes in time, but I don't even think that matters. They have my money, I purchased a package of classes, why do they care if I enroll now or in 2 months? I paid for it. So, to be totally honest, this one aspect of Zoom Room does feel like a scam to me. Sorry. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Having always trained my dogs alone in the past, I was really skeptical of the Zoom Room and signed up for just one class for my new puppy to try out. I loved that first class so much I bought 4 more. At the end of those 4 classes I realized my puppy was transformed - I’d learned how to teach him not to pull, how to listen better, how to heel. So I signed up for 4 more… I’m now 20 classes in and I’m singing my praises of Zoom Room to anyone who will listen. They do not train your dog for you, they teach you how to train your dog yourself and it really works. My dog has learned incredible obedience and moved on to agility courses. He’s so happy, well-behaved, and well-adjusted, and I think I have Zoom Room to thank!

I love the Zoom Room. Mike is the best trainer, and has a lot of great tips and tricks to train the owners first! The girls at the front desk are always so kind and friendly. Overall, this place is AWESOME for dog training, and the staff is great. I have had a minor issue with the waitlists; if they call you, make sure to pick up immediately. I was left a voicemail telling me to call them back for a spot in the class. I called back 4 minutes later, and was told that the spot had been filled by the next person they had called immediately after me. Totally understandable since I didn't pick up the initial phone call, but perhaps allow a small 5-10 minute window between calls, or just don't leave voicemails.

I enrolled my pup in puppy preschool when she was 12 weeks old because I wanted her to have a safe place to socialize with others since she wasn’t fully vaccinated. Plus, I’ll admit it, I felt in over my head lol! Blaine, the trainer, really knows his stuff and we learned a lot! I can see my pup improved AND I’m also learning a lot. They also gave tips on what acceptable puppy play is, and what isn’t. I didn’t know some of those things. It’s a bit far for us, but it’s been so worth it. She has now graduated puppy preschool and is enrolled in puppy training. The staff here is very warm, friendly, and welcoming. You can see how much they care about and love your dogs!! I recommend giving them a try!

My dog and I love the Zoom Room! The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the classes are fun and rewarding. There’s a pleasant environment and the facilities offer a variety of classes at a variety of times. I couldn’t think of a better place to take my dog!

My mom and I have attended several classes and our dog has really gotten better at obedience and listening to commands, as well as learning new ones too! Our instructors have been great at giving advice and tips throughout class and giving us/our dog positive reinforcement on what to do regularly while at home. We are excited to try the agility and tricks classes once we get more familiar with the obedience classes.

Great staff, they work well and are very patient with our dog as we have gone through training. Easy to schedule and change appointments I necessary. Would definitely recommend to others and they do have a variety of treats, snacks, puzzles, and toys for dogs.

I have taken two dogs to Zoom Room since their earliest levels in puppy pre-school and I am convinced that attending Zoom Room is an absolute necessity for those raising dogs. The facility is large, clean, and fits the needs for a variety of different classes and events. The staff is professional and passionate about what they do. Their approach to training is all positive and rewards-based. These are people I trust instruct myself on ways to train my dogs.

I've been taking my puppy who is now 6 months to Zoom Room for about 4-5 classes now. I appreciate how thorough the trainers are and how they really don't take shortcuts in having your dog succeed. The dogs either know it or they don't! In addition, the amount of classes that they offer are really flexible to any schedule which is the reason I switched my puppy to the Zoom Room.

I took my 3 yo labradoodle here because I’m interested in doing some “fun” classes like scent work or agility. They said we’d first have to “pass” through their obedience program. We went to obedience 1class. I found it not helpful for the following reasons: 1. We were trained using different commands. It was confusing using new commands for learned behavior. 2. We use a marker word not a clicker. ZoomRoom requires you use a clicker. 3. We’ve done most of our training in an Dogtra Arch ecollar . ZoomRoom does not allow this type of tool. My dog is collarwise. When it’s off he will test boundaries. Similarly, treat trained dogs often do not listen if there is no treat forthcoming. My dog can smell a treat from far away (even a milk bone!) and will behave accordingly—main reasons I abandon treat training. Bottom line- for us ZoomRoom was a waste of our time & money. I got a $45 clicker I’ll never use. I choose ZoomRoom on recommendation of a dog owner I often walk with. She spent lots of time & money at ZoomRoom training her Aussie shepherd mix—the dog listens about 75-80% of the time. If she has treats.
