Dr Nieto has been my vet for more than 15 years with my cats and dogs. She is an amazing vet and you won’t find a more reasonably priced establishment. She is very thorough and trustworthy vet!

Dr nato fit us in after my dogs got in a fight. I am in tears, after everyone wanted to knock my 11 yr old bull terrier w a heart condition, Dr nato took care of it with a local... blessed..thank you God????????

Please bring your loved pet here, there kind courteous and caring, my baby new baby passed away of parvo it was too late, they took care of her and made attempts to save her, I have a broken ???? heart.R.I.P. Alegria "happiness" I Love you forever!!!!!

They have always been reay good to my dog and cat. Never tried to sell me any extra unnecessary items/tests. The wait times can be long but what do you expect if you want good affordable service.

I love Dr. Munson, he is the best vet.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They almost never return calls, texts, or emails. They take hours just to see my dog when there is a set appointment.

Nato (owner) is an aweosme veterinarian but the place as a whole... Yikes. Appointment or not, don't make any plans. You'll be there forever. They've really improved the stale animal urine smell in the last few weeks, otherwise good luck getting through on the new phone system (glad the old workers are back to help!) or getting anything you need done unless they feel like it.

I have never witnessed and experienced such arrogant neglect as i have dealing with this clinic. They took a MONTH to finally text me that the doctor would call me. My dog was in PAIN and he has hip dysplasia. The doctor STILL hasnt returned my many messages, texts, e mail, and phone calls. I finally today have had it and found another surgeon who returned my call in one hour. I am SHOCKED that Dr. Naito would IGNORE pleas for help. Leave a dog suffering in pain and a crying desperate pet parent.. numerous fake promises about the doctor calling me leaving messages which NEVER happened. LIARS as well as negligent. Take your pet to a more caring doctor. Their prices are great but their total inability to respond to a desperate patient is so unnaceptable that i really have no words to descibe my horror. If u care about your pet dont take him to Dr. NAITO. She wont get back to you.

Mannix got such a Wonderful teeth cleaning for such a reasonable cost. Great clean breath again and very nice and patient hygienist! Look at Mannix's white smile!

Always under staffed, got there half hour before They opened and 2 and a half hours later, still Waiting,.I left . Not a good way to run a business. If your dig is sick, he might be dead Before they get around to seeing him.

Our family pet had lung cancer. We received the best care at the end of her life. They made all of us feel at ease, explained everything and what to expect. Friendly and comforting, for both animal and owners.

Best Vet in the County. I have been more than happy with them. Exceptional service and prices. I have spoken to people from Long Beach, Mission Viejo and Anaheim that bring their pets there. They are so compassionate.

Fantastic Vet!!! Doc Alison saved my girl from skim cancer at a fifth the cost. She is in high demand, that being said there at times a longer wait. So worth it!!!!

I like the doctors and staff but the weight times are pretty long. My dog needs to have a procedure regularly of draining fluid from his abdomen and another vet charged 250 and here it is 55 without charging me the 50 office visit fee so they are reasonably priced and work with local charitable organizations and with you if the bill gets to be too much. They are very busy always so that alone tells me they are a worthy business and they do care about your pet.

I have been coming here only 3 months and I have the staff's behavior, Vets and patients. I have to say Dr. Naito is an angel who only wants to serve for the health of our furry friends. I came to LOVE her. She has an outstanding passion for everybody. She works 7 days a week for years??? Who could do that??!! Nobody can stand that unless they have love inside. I would have given her double the 5 Stars. I envy her stamina, her drive, her overall persona. Thank you Dr. Naito for the care your are providing Arrow.

Love this place but they need more help with answering phones and support staff. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at times and the wait is also crazy. Both doctors are kind and compassionate we appreciate them both and all they do!

They do an OK job. But it takes hours, it took me 3 hours last time and I'm waiting outside to talk to the receptionist for an hour

The staff and doctor very friendly and treat my pet with care and are honest with diagnosis n medicine .

Best Vet in Huntington Beach. They are very perfenturen in every situation for your pet.

Exceptional traditional and also holistic veterinary medical care. Doctors and staff consistently demonstrate their genuine care, understanding, and respect for humans and pets. Sometimes a long wait but always worth it. The facility is ‘down to earth’: no fru-fru here, and they don’t bill you for it, either.

Only place I trust to bring my puppy. They took care of her till the end of a 16 year run…
