I don't know what happened but it seems now all they care about is how much money they can milk out of a client $210 later and only a day and the nurse is saying bring your dog back in so the doctor can switch antibiotics something that normally would be done over the phone instead of having to spend another $40 either she never gave the doctor the message or he just ignored us thanks My dog can't handle flagyl throws it up within 15 minutes but hey I guess that's not important if the infection gets worse and I'm forced to bring bogey back in thanks My last visit here was about a week ago are 4 legged friend had an emergency the night before. She went into respiratory distress she couldn't breathe and she wasn't getting enough oxygen which cost her to faint very scary stuff. We took her here and she spent the day there in an oxygen tent and given 50mg of lasix. Dr Sean Alley did a great job helping her to feel a lot better. He sent her home with instructions to lessen her chances of going through this again and so far she has been doing good to great.

New to us as we just got a new puppy. Vet was so helpful in explaining what is needed to care for our puppy and precautions to take when caring for such a young pup. Office staff helpful.

Dr Alley is a blessing. I have a 13 year old semi feral cat who I have never been able to pick up. He's fallen sick and I was not able to get him in a carrier to take to a vet. I contacted 6 vets for help, none of whom gave me very much advice and all of whom wouldn't make a house call. I lost sleep worrying about my poor kitty.. I found Beach Garfield and Dr Alley. He came out, successfully sedated and caught my cat and treated him including hydration, antibiotics, anti nausea meds and he took blood samples. My cat was severely matted and Dr Alley sheared him. My kitty is happy now and under treatment. Dr Alley has a wonderful bedside manner and I could tell this was not his first rodeo dealing with an unwilling patient. He was calm and kind to my cat. I couldn't be more grateful.

This place is old and a bit run down but I can tell you it doesn’t mater the vet and staff are amazing. They give call backs to check on your animals. Staff is super friendly and when I said it’s old and run down that doesn’t mean that it isn’t clean they keep the rooms clean. After using several different vets over many years I think they have very reasonable prices not cheap but not expensive either.

I have recently started bringing my girl here, they are always so friendly and always have availability when she needs immediate attention. The Dr. Is kind and informative

SCAMMERS- they only care about $$. The charged me 2x as much as any other vet in the area for the same service. I mentioned this to them and told them I was disappointed as I had been a loyal customer ( 4 dogs over 20 years) and they didn't even blink an eye!! DISGRACEFUL !

Great place to take your pets for vaccinations. You don't need an appointment and they will get your pet in and out within 10 minutes.

Staff is friendly, considerate and compassionate of the animals. Business hours are convenient. They even have Sunday Hours. They have good referrals when they are closed. Veterinarians are knowledgeable and experienced. Our animals are healthy and happy.

Quick and ecfficient. Seem thorough. Not much wait on short notice.

As many pet owners feel, my cats are everything to me. They are my first “babies” before my own son was born, and I was very worried about sending them off into the wrong hands, even for a routine spay/neuter. That being said, I feel I have made the right decision in bringing them here!! The staff I saw face to face was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the beginning. The phone calls I made before choosing this veterinary office were professional and informative, while always maintaining their friendly manner! They were able to schedule both of my cats at the same time and they were returned to me in a timely manner, which was extra helpful for my busy schedule! Everything went perfectly, and the doctor was even able to diagnose the issue with my female cats skin which I had been worried over! Another major plus, in addition to the general care my pets and I had been given, is the pricing! I found it to be fairly affordable in comparison to other places I had looked! The next day the staffing even called with a follow-up to see how my kitties were doing! Although I hope to not have any reasons to bring them back into the office, I will be taking them here in a heartbeat! Great experience overall!

Just spoke to Kathy on the phone she couldn't have been ruder. I was super excited to get my vaccination reminder in the mail just to go to the clinic and find out they're not doing vaccines for the next 2 weeks. Maybe you remind me before you go on vacation? Because I'm taking my business somewhere else and I'm not coming back.

They were very quick and professional with getting me test results quickly for my dogs.

We absolutely love this Vet. Dr. Alley really does seem to care. He literally saved our cats life when she was having bad asthma issues. Also the staff is polite and helpful. Additionally I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to see Dr. Alley. Prices are cheaper than most vets in the area as well. I highly recommend bringing your sick pets here.

Very lovely staff there! Parking is a bit tight but nothing someone with a license can’t handle! Also saw a very cute puppy there!

The Doctor saved Lupita, my 3 1/2 lb. Chihuahua Yesterday ! Tks. He explains everything he does ! There's no cheap Veternarians, these days ! Money well spent ! My 3 dogs are my 1st priority ! Lupita got the best care & is like brand new today ! Tks.

Amazing staff, great prices, prompt, and caring. Every visit at Beach-Garfield vet hospital have been good experiences for both me and my pets. I highly appreciate a veterinary hospital that cares more about their patients than making money. Will recommend!

Simply the best place to take your pets.

This has been my trusted vet for my pup for several years. The staff is very kind & attentive.

While my initial couple of visits during COVID, when my regular vet was closed, were good (vet techs were great, Dr. was good, reasonable appointment times), they have totally ruined any sense of positiveness I had about them. The first visit with sick cat who also got allergy tested went well, so I thought, until 3 months later when I find out they lied about how to give the allergy medicine and overdosed my cat...having me give him 9 months of serum in 2 months! Then they lie about it, say they will call the allergy serum company about it and never call me back...still waiting on a call since 9/17. I actually called serum company and that's when they tell me that they have no idea why any vet would do that and I have to take it up with the vet. I go back to my original vet because they are open now and he is beside himself with this action as it turns out they use the same allergy company and knows better! Beach Garfield sends a copy of cats records to original vet since I could no longer trust them and see that their notes mention they 'made a mistake but haven't told client yet' on 9/14 and still haven't told me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS there! You have no idea if they will be telling you the truth! I'm truly disgusted with their lack of professionalism, follow-thru and poor performance with this situation.
