They Have been very caring with my pets. Heavenlee, Julie and the rest of the staff are wonderful, caring and helpful. The Veternains are amazing and do house calls when you can't take your fur kids in! Most of all they're affordable❤????????????

Friendly & caring Dr. Is great.

I drop my pet off to have them check a small skin eruption. They called me back 2 hrs later and wanted to charge $300 for medication, anaul cleaning, flea treatment but could not tell what the skin eruption was which is the only thing I wanted checked. I wanted to talk to the vet but they were not available. Do not take your pet there.

My daughter was taking her dog in to have her nails clipped and i took my dog in too. They where so kind to accommodate her needs. You see, our dog Sophie suffers with seizures and they made very comfortable for her. A worker came to the car and did her nails! And Sophie was fine! Thank you.

They took great care with my nephew's puppy Chance.

Do not take your pets here! It took them 3 hours to even diagnose my two dogs, and only after I called them for an update. Then it took an additional 3 hours to give two shots each to my dogs. Then they told me one price, but when I went to finally pick them up, they asked for a higher price. I will never bring my pets here again.

If you are looking for a place that won’t break the bank and get good care for. Customer service is pretty good sometimes you are left on hold and have to call back. Other than that I can’t complain my yorkie broke his leg and after a few days a specialist came out to perform the surgery everything went very well and he is back to his normal self. My pit bull goes for vaccines and they are very kind to him. You can usually get a same day appointment which is a plus!

I had an 11am appt today for my dog and after almost 3 hours I call for status and the dr has not even showed up. I called a couple times and they told me they will call me when she ready. I wish I would have been given an option to reschedule. . I understand emergencies happen but what upset me was I didn't even get an apology. I'm disappointed because I finally found a vet I liked for my dog, but I noticed the last couple times I was misinformed on procedure and pricing. So this would be a good time to shop for another vet ????

Good prices and good with pets, but TERRIBLE wait times. Stuck on hold for 20-30 minutes to just check in over the phone each time

After calling my kids original hospital and being told there was no available time till next month. I went ahead and called Southeast Pet hospital and they were awesome! Booked my pup the next day. The staff is very friendly and they take great care of your fur baby. Also understand that due to covid you'll have wait in the parking lot. Please bring treats and doggie bags dont be that hooman.

They are excellent with my dogs and price range reasonable

Very friendly awesome place to take your animals

The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and caring. His transparency and honesty about the condition of my baby cat was appreciated. Office representatives was cold and rushed through the payment and everything she "has to ask" like if we want the ashes. Her coldness and uncare told me its just business......well my animals deserve to be taken to a veterinarian who has office staff who are warm and caring. When I told her how I felt she shut me down talked over me saying the payment was approved. When I told her I will never come there again she said thank you. Would never recommend. I did not mention her name on purpose because it would be cold and cruel and I am not that person.

Dr. Stu Bhalerao is exceptionally kind and professional. I had no idea he was the doctor, just thought he was a tech. He was so pleasant and very nice. Sidenote: They also offer in home euthanasia if you ever need. If you ever have to cross that bridge, PLEASE, for the love of your pet, go with this option. It's so much peaceful for your beloved pet and easier for the family as well.

I used to take my pets to Pico Rivera Animal Hospital the last time it got too pricey there I believe they're thinking about more than money than our pets I came to self he's a couple years ago thought I'd go again good doctor came out with my hand and asked me what was wrong with my dog the young girl in the doctor took my dog back to the back room about 10 minutes later she came out with the sheets of what the doctor recommends the doctor came out about five minutes later and sat down and said this is what I recommend for your dog but what are you really needs is just only two of the items the other two we can wait to see how the dog goes I thought that was really nice of him so I paid for the two items three weeks later my dog is doing excellent I would recommend this place

Doctors and staff were professional and compassionate to my pet and myself.

Dr. Stu was sensitive and patient to hear out our concerns about our senior dog. He made us feel at ease about handling our dog.

It's great for an appt same day

I have never had a problem here. The Staff here is teriffic, even with the inconvenience of Covid-19 restrictions, they always answered the phone and provide information with whatever I needed for my little poodle.

Staff and vetenerian were kind, friendly and patient. It is curb side service right now do to covid but they are organized and keep you informed while your fur baby is inside. Had a pleasant experience. Thanks to the staff ????

I love the staff here. I feel like everything you do for our fur babies as well addressed and we always get the best options for care.

I would suggest other places

Dr. Stu’s knowledge along with all the other warm and inviting faces were what convinced me to get my dog’s surgery scheduled through this clinic. It was a pretty major surgery, so I did tons of research and listened to my options from several vets all over orange and la county. My beloved senior citizen dog would have to put down if Stu didn’t save his life with this surgery. Now he is happy as can be, even with a giant cone temporarily around his head! Thanks Stu and all the lovely ladies there that took great care of my dog and made both of us feel completely comfortable throughout this stressful ordeal!
