Staff are people friendly and professional.

People at the front desk are disorganized and rude. It took a week just to get a refill of my dogs meds because they kept not actually calling in the refill or just not writing down that it needed to be refilled when they promised it would be. One time they tried to charge me twice for the same procedure after i had already paid for it (and the second time they asked me to pay for it the price was different??? Why???) I missed an apointment because they put me on hold once, according to them i was late, but they are the ones who put me on hold for 8 mins. Nothing improved unless i complained to the manager or the doctor, which didnt feel good because i hate being that person. So yeah, if youre ok with people running the front desk that are entirely unreliable, rude, inconsistent, and get upset with you when you ask gor your pets meds to be refilled on time (and then subsequently take a week to do so), then otherwise this is a great vet.

I cannot say enough to express my sincerest gratitude and thankfulness towards Dr. Mikhail. He is professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything in great detail. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty! He truly cares for animals and it’s evident by his compassion and willingness to do whatever it takes to help! Our puppy has been sick, and he has been on top of it from the beginning to make sure she’s getting the best care possible and to help walk us through her care at home. He has seen her often at his clinic and each and every time I walk away, I know he is doing everything in his power to make sure she is okay. I will never take out animals anywhere but here and to see Dr Mikhail. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! HIGHLY recommend!!

Dr Mikhail is the best Veterinarian that we have been to. He genuinely cared about my dog and provided us with wonderful service. He was comforting and professional while he helped my little baby. He thoroughly examined my dog and clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment to me. I couldn't ask for more as a pet owner than to have a vet like him. The vet techs are also so friendly and helpful.

This place use to be great. Once the old vet sold it has gone downhill so fast. Just plan on waiting on hold every time you call then when you arrive you can call and get a busy signal...then when you are lucky enough to get through you wait on hold again.

Receptionists were unprofessional and unkind. I called with concerns for my guinea pig as I used to bring her there previously. Upon hearing this the, girl laughs and tell me the doctor no longer works there (lucky her) so I kindly ask if she knows of another place where I can take my guinea pig as it is urgent. "Google it" she tells me before I disgustedly hung up the phone. Seriously?.....

Poor service, the ladies at the reception were so rude. I has purchased their puppy package and was given specific dates to when I should bring in my pet for her shots, as the due date came I went to get my puppy her shots but was turned down by the receptionist for not scheduling an appoint to which I though was already scheduled when they gave me the dates but not only did they turn me down they told me I came in at the wrong date but the date they gave through email me was on a Sunday, which was the they were closed. So not only did they write the wrong dates on the paper and the email but they also treated me as a stupid and naïve child when I've already paid in advance. If I hadn't paid for the package deal I would've gone to a different vet that had better service.

Had to wait awhile but service was excellent.

Have gone here for years! Recomend to everyone I can. Dr. Beshai is the owner/top doctor and he is absolutely top notch.

We're on a fixed income and Beach City Animal Hospital worked diligently with us to find the most cost effective way to treat our Yorkie's cancerous tumor. The attention to detail, availability, and absolute kindness is better than any vet we've ever had. We've lived in HB nearly 40 years, had lots of dogs. This is by far the best vet care we have ever experienced!

I've owned 3 dogs in my lifetime and I've never seen a better veterinary clinic than Beach City. I had a 12 year old bulldog that was near her time. I had just moved to HB and tried Beach City for the first time. When I made the decision to euthanize my loved one, the doctor was extremely professional, understanding, and sympathetic. The staff accommodated an appointment the same day when they were busy. They gave me as much time as I needed to be with my family member for the last time. I trusted the reviews online and they lived up to expectation. Hopefully their standards never change but, I can only comment on my personal experience. I hope people trust them and I hope they maintain a high level of care. Thank you.

This is one of the best vets I have found.

Brought my furry one in and felt like they wanted to administer and charge for services that were completely unrelated to my girl's needs and symptoms. Without specifics, two suggested services were completely uncalled for, but I appreciate that they eventually have details after being asked so I could reject. Others were beyond my knowledge so I had to let it ride but hopefully I didn't over pay and my girl h over diagnosed. Not the first time, but approaching my last

We had to wait outside for 3 hours because they forgot we had an appointment. Then Caleb Grossman took our cat and did x rays and said he didn’t find anything to bad just old age. He said come back to do more tests and gave our cat medicine. 2 days later we went to fountain valley and they took a look at the x rays and knew right away it was congestive heart failure. And the medicine prescribed by Caleb Grossman wasn’t even helping for anything. Please go elsewhere and don’t get scammed like we did.

My family and a friend's family have lived in HB for decades and have come to this animal hospital for all of our pets. The old owner Dr. Don Tyler used to be a very thorough and generous older vet but he has since passed. The new owner Dr. Robert Beshai is clearly only in the business for the money based on the prices and the level of care his hospital gives. His business model is way less generous than the original and it's honestly disappointing to see one business change so drastically. If you care at all about your animals well being and wish for the best care, it's not so hard to drive a few miles out of the way to skip this place.

My last visit 08.28.2020. was on point, but then again why will it not be. The team there, from staff to Dr. are very caring. They listen and took everything I stated into consideration. With this C19 deal going on, knowing that my favorite Dr. and office is open for service, makes me really happy.

Are you Asian? If you are stay away from this place. Our appointment was at 2:40pm 5/7, got there at 2:30 and there was no parking no one to guide where we should go. 3:00 we called and asked if we can get checked in. Also this was for a nail trim and a regular check up. Was put on hold and no apologies for them running late or did anyone called us to tell us they were behind schedule. We waited in the car for almost 40 minutes before someone called and said we can bring our dog in. While a Caucasian male drove up and was attended right away with special greeted at the parking. Even when it came to paying she was asked to pay over the phone while a white male got a at vehicle payment. This is sad to see such an highly regarded establishment treats minorities this way. Stay away from them.

We had to put our 15 year old dog Lilly down a few days ago. The "nurses" and doctor were gentle, loving and caring in my babies final moments. I was allowed to be with her through the entire process and given all the time I needed to say goodbye. Highly recommend Beach City
