The staff and doctors at Warner Ave Animal hospital are the best in the county

They never answer the ph I need since covid Impossible

I love the care that the Dr.s & tech give to the animals.

Had to wait 50 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the vet. Then dinged with a bunch of charges.

Just said goodbye to my girl after nearly 16yrs, they are wonderful here. They help me so much so thank you.

I go here when their sister Clinic Beach City Animal hospital is too booked up. Absolutely love Dr. Renfro here.

Dr. April Esquivel is wonderful, and is very detailed and answers all your questions. The team is great also. I have been taking my dog and two cats for the last three years.

Not good. Very young vet, doing euthanasia on my 8yr old GSD. Her injections were a couple cc's of air on sedation and dog went into convulsions. She ran out while I held my dog to get more dosage. Not sure that they weighed her. I had to calm the vet down in the room we were in. No assistance.

We are new here but so far this place is great! The Doctor and her staff that I have been in contact with so far are very nice and helpful and answered my questions. They gladly gave me a detailed quote for my cats surgery and pointed out the things that were not medically necessary but nice to have ( like certain blood work and pain medications). I'm looking forward to doing more business with them. ????

Seems sketchy. Still not allowed in to meet a Dr even when scheduling surgery as a new patient. Feels like vets are hiding behind Covid protocol because it is probably easier than dealing with dog owners. Not clean. Not organized. Had some questions regarding my dogs pre surgery process and vets wouldn't bother calling me to discuss.

Dr Renfro is AMAZING. I cannot express enough how much she cares for the animals she treats. If you want your fur baby in caring hands, bring them to her.

I took my cat there 04/05 for a check up and estimate for dental cleaning. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and everything was clearly explained. Because my cat will be having a dental cleaning under anesthesia, she needed bloodwork in advance. They did the bloodwork at this visit. Her doctor, Doctor Renfro, called with the results a few days later, at 8pm! I couldn't believe she was still working that late!! We really like our new doctor and vet practice and look forward to a long relationship.

The staff and the Doctor are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would trust them with my pets any day of the week.

Left messages and also went on line. No one ever called back. Had to go to a new Vet.

Great staff and affordable pricing. The hoirs are great too. One of the only places in the area that has night time hours and will not gouge your wallet. If your fliffy is in need of attention, this IS your place to go.
