Each time I call the girls are always quick to address the problem.

Really nice group of people. Helped me with a last minute appointment.

Needed to have my dog checked out due to allergies in her skin, they were very helpful in working out a reasonably solution that didn't cost us a fortune. She is doing much better after 3 days. Staff is helpful, though I wish the doctor would try to seek less expensive treatments to help pet owners that can't afford 600 dollars for 1 visit, fortunately ours was worked out to 280, still, I wish they could be a little more understanding during times like these when money is tight.

Do NOT waste your time coming here. All they will do is take your money and refer you elsewhere because this place is NOT a hospital. They should properly name themselves a Clinic, for minimal services. I thought I would give them a shot since I was new to the neighborhood, but I will continue to go to Hamilton Animal Hospital 2 miles down the road where they can actually treat your pets and not waste your time & cause more lingering trauma to your furbabe.

The staff is very rude. Clearly they don’t care about animals because when we asked to help one of our pets and give a small rescue rate, we are a nonprofit organization, they refused. To me that says a lot about them. It’s not that we wanted their services for free. We rescue hundreds of dogs, we always pay our bills and as a nonprofit who is doing constant great work, we should be able to get a small discount . This vet only cares about profit.

I came in to get my puppy spayed in May 2020. They were so nice and polite. They called me multiple times letting me know how she was and really made me feel comfortable with them caring for her. I will definitely be coming back.

The people are very good with my dog, who tends to squirm. With them she is quiet and well behaved no matter what procedure they are doing.

I am extremely pleased with the care that my pug puppy has received at Adams Pet Clinic. The whole staff, but especially Dr. Gill, have answered all my questions about raising a healthy pug puppy, and none of my questions have ever seemed too silly to them. My puppy, Domino, us never unwilling to go to his regularly scheduled visits. I highly recommend the Adams Pet Clinic for veterinary services.

I have been with Adams Pet Clinic since before Dr. Gill took over. He has taken care of 9 of my dogs/cats over the years. He is very honest, knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. Staff are always friendly. Never have to wait very long, unless there is an emergency.

I see several people here that say Dr. Gill overprescribed meds and he did the exact same thing to my dog. He had a bad infection and the doc prescribed several steroids. My dog ended up with Pancreatitis and Diabetes. He was a healthy dog when this started and now my poor boy needs twice daily shots and prescription food. We have taken both our dogs here for several years but never again. If you love your pet, you will find a better vet.

Dr. Gil is an amazingly knowledgeable vet. He saved my dog from a terrible episode of 3 bacteria that she got at a boarding facility. She coughed for over 2 months but with his treatment she came through and is fine. Highly recommend Adams Pet clinic.

Excellent servant loves pets also keeps great records and gets to know your pet by name and what he's done and what he doesn't need to do very delightful dog doctor excellent customer service at door.

Dr Gil is wonderful clean neat office

Took my cat in for an overdue visit to see Dr Gill. She was checked out and it was decided she needed to have a blood test. All went well and everyone is so nice and helpful that it makes it a pleasure to bring her here . Highly recommended Vet !

We needed a fresh start when we got our new kitten just recently. Adams Pet Clinic is in close proximity to our home in the Mesa Verde area of Costa Mesa. We decided to give this clinic a try and were very pleasantly rewarded. The staff is so friendly and caring. They are gentle and loving toward our pet. Dr. Gill is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He took care to answer all my questions and concerns. The office is an attractive and pleasing environment. Also, the prices are reasonable! We highly recommend you give Adams Pet Clinic a try!

Hello this place is cool place to have your pets treated and taken care of great Doctor and staff.

Great vet. Also, you can get your pets shots up to date without being charged additionally for an office visit. Not many vets do that. I've tried a few local vets, but these guys are my choice as the best.

Dr. Gill and staff are absolutely the best. After seeing many Vets in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley, and being disappointed with their service and charges, Adams Pet Clinic was recommended to me by a family member. After one visit I was convinced that they would be my Vet Office from then on. Everyone is caring, professional, and never suggest or charge for unnecessary services. My little Maltipoo loves them too.

We have been taking our dogs to Adams Pet Clinic since 1996. Our 3 dogs love going to see Dr. Gill and his staff, who treat them like they are celebrities.

they do not even deserve one star. THIS CLINIC KILLED MY DOG BY GIVING HIM TOO MUCH MEDS FROM A TOE NAIL SURGERY. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG DEAD

Damn i do laundry next to this business and today there were 3 different cop cars. Apparently there was a guy who brought a dog for some sort of infection of the paw. And this business killed his dog by giving too much medicine. They were suppose to put dog under for a surgery but his dog never woke up. So it died. The dog owner put up a memorial for his dog there and business clinic owners kept removing it. So allot of cops were called. So sad...
