I feel like they are always out of everything I need & every fish I buy here dies. I have pretty successful cichlid tanks. I shouldn't have fish die in a few days.

I usually take my dog to be groom somewhere else. I pay 45$ for bath, brush and flea shampoo. When i pick up my dog up shes (Smelling so good), i can tell she loved it.. I heard they did a better job at petsmart so I wanted to try it. Let me tell you I hate leaving a bad review but I pay 60$ for the same package I pay at the other place. I picked up my dog and the first thing I do is check my dog. My dog (Smelled like dirt) still, like if she was just rinsed. Didnt smell the shampoo at all. She couldn't stop scratching herself after her visit to petsmart. All night and next day she was the same. This will be the last time going here

I wish I can give them a zero star. The engraving machine was malfunction. The staff was there first time. My name was engraved wrong. I put Jill and it was confirmed Jill in the end. But then, the tag comes out as Jin. Be careful not to come here. Stay away! The manager wanted me to buy another tag. No way! I left this tag there. This ruined a day.

The phone service needs a hugh improvement. Call after store opens at 9 to set up a grooming appt and no one answers the phone. Furthermore no one answers the phone on the main store line either. Management needs to address this as customer service is part of the life blood in any business. Management at the FV store doesn't believe this is important since they cannot seem to emphasize that their staff must answer the phones whether they like it or not. It is someones job and they are not doing it. They send you to their website but the service I need is not on their drop down menu so I have to call each and every time!

This is one of very few places where I can get my veterinary prescription only cat food from. The staff members are pretty good about helping you it's easy in and out.

Best place to shop for your little ones. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of choices. Never too busy, and if the lines start to get long, they open another register fast.

Always nice and polite staff. Usually a bit of a wait for checkout but I feel like a lot of places are just short staffed so just be patient and wait your turn.

There's a place where you can visit cats. I tried to enter but was rudely barred from entering by two elderly woman and they told me don't do 'casual' visits. So does that mean they only do appointments? There was a sign that showed their visiting hours and it said nothing about appointments. Why even have that sign up in the first place

There must have been a big labor day sale because the choice of friskies cat food was little. I have gone on there before and the same thing for fancy feast.

Always helpful, well-stocked, not priced outrageously. Their THRIVE vetenarian services are the best in Orange County - top-notch care at the very best price. They've been great for my 19-year-old cat as well as my eight week old cat. A special hats-off to Jennifer, who is just beyond awesome!!

Store was surprisingly lower in product than I have ever seen during my recent visit. No one to help me out to find product and only one person at the register.

Great place, friendly employees, I like stopping by to get all the essentials and be able to shop in person with my pet allows him to pick his toys.

I love this petsmart this the only petsmart I usually but things for my hamster , really good prices sometimes there deals !! There this one specific women with colored hair she very nice and heart warmed always greets !! I love this petsmart ! I been shopping at this petsmart since I had my puppy since 2013.

The best place to purchase toys treats and food for my fur baby

I went in with my MIL so she could get somethings and they were out of so much stuff. And it seemed like those that worked there were not so interested in the customers or store appearance. Not sure I will go back to this store.

I usually like going to this particular store. Never had issues until now. I couldn't find what I needed, I came across an associate and (when I usually would get a "hi, do you need help finding something?") I got ignored. Even when the guy was directly next to me. Obviously he was not in the mood to help. Then when I asked about the items I really wanted, I was told that whatever was in display was all they had. So I left and went to another store (not petsmart) and paid a lot more for what I needed ????. Truly disappointed!
