My cat had an absess that needed to be treated. The original bill was almost $900. While I was appreciative they were able to negotiate a lower cost, $550, my cat developed a respiratory infection from their facility that has now passed onto my other cats. If you need to go to a vet, maybe go to one that doesn't make your animal ill.

Most expensive pet clinic visit you will probably do in your entire life. Rates are not posted anywhere, and when you ask, all you get is no straight answer. The Bob and weave treatment. Holding on to your wallet won't help, because they have your pet heeld hostage until you at least pay the initial fee, which currently is $220.00. You can do so much better anywhere else on the planet. Also, charter members of the shepopal crew who live their lives in fear. Extreme covid paranoia lives there, you cannot go inside for any reason. You are camping out in the parking lot. Sheer Stupidity, in my opinion if you go there. Terms such as Rip Off Artists, Shysters, and if you haven't had enuf yet, just wait til you meet the no live Krew on the phone ops. Pounding thru menus just to get to voice jail. Yeh, it's like dhat, in my opinion. Run. Away. To anywhere else with your pet.

This vet is only motivated by money- they have no interest in helping to stop the over-population of animals or assist any lower income pet owners. They are charging over $300 for a simple cat neuter!! Disgusting and wrong!! No wonder Southern CA is pool of unfixed and over-populated animals. Its just sad that people are only in the vet business for money!

Very caring with my new baby. Amazing hours...7 days a week. Referred on the humane society site as low cost, it was. I had to wait longer than expected, but I think they had a couple of emergencies, so I was ok with that. They took the time to answer all of my questions and as a new mommy, I had a load of them. My little "Molly Winks" didn't mind her exam or treatments, they were very gentle with her.

I took my young male cat Hansel there, to get neutered. He came home well, and is recovering great. Service here was prompt, and accommodating, considering that we were walk-ins.

They love your pets, worth affordable priced care. I recommend you double check medication dosages, the vet prescribed amoxacillan at 1,000 mg twice daily. The dosage for my 11 month old puppy should be 335mg twice daily, that's 1,330mg overdose daily. Double check medicine doses for yourself and for your pets.

I've taken my dogs to this vet many times over the years, it is always a bad experience. Horrible customer service, I don't feel the vets really care about my dogs. I only brought them here because the appointment fee is cheap, not going to continue bringing them here.

I started taking my pets to this location years ago over time the service has become worse and worse. My pet has serious health issues and Dr Beltros refused to call me back even though he initially treated me dog for her heart condition. I went in yesterday because of issues my dog was having, my dog was seen by Dr Constantine who has a horrible bedside manner. They have my pet on multiple medications, seven to be exact, and refuse to call me to discuss the various medications and how they can interact with each other. I have called at least 5 different times over the months to ask Dr. Beltros to call me back and never received a call back from him. I called today to ask about the medications since they prescribed four more. Hours later I still had not received a call back. I called back only to be told I can give my dog all the medications. I asked to speak to the Dr. since it seemed like a lot to give a small dog that weighs under 10 lbs, but the Dr refused to call me back. The staff is very condecending and kept repeating that I can give my dog all the medications, however, staff members are not Dr's nor are they licensed or qualified to answer questions related to the dogs medications and possible side effects.

They are kind, compassionate and have reasonable prices. Being less than a mile away from my house is a big plus also. I've been bringing my pets here since the 1980's.

Great service. My dogs were attacked by another dog and bringing them in for treatment was easy and hassle free. They even helped clean and wrap my husband wound from the incident. Love the attention and care they give to my pets. Will continue going here

Open on all week even Saturday Sunday. Also open early on week days. I walked in with my pup on a Sunday and the vet was very thorough. We didn't have to wait long.

I'm at a loss for words... what a scary time to have such awful service... my cat was hospitalized there for 4 days and there were lack of updates (I literally had to call myself every time) was kept on hold, had to wait in the room for 45 minutes for a simple urine sample on the check up and prescribed dry prescription food when after a blockage, CATS SHOULD EAT WET FOOD! Thank goodness for Google. You'd think over $2,000 later I could have gotten an explanation of the results. I had to call for 3 days before I got a bullsh** voicemail explanation. Unless it's an ABSOLUTE emergency, I wouldn't ????

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. PLEASE. i took my cat in there and now he has a deathly emergency due to their mishandling of my boy. They returned him limping with scratched and untreated for the condition he had. Do yourself a favor and never come here

This is the best Vet in HB! My regular vet missed the Scabies and got super sick he had Mange by the time I took to AAA and they diagnosed and fixed him up right away! He is 19 years old and doing great. I will keep going there now.

I just want to start mentioning that my hearth brakes for writing this review. I been taking my dogs to the vet Samir Botros for many years. I already expended a thousands of dollars on this vet and I always came back because Mr Botros was always nice and caring so this bad review is not for him but I hope that he can address this issue. I had my 2 dogs on June 8 for annual exam, fleas and one of my dogs for his leg as it may need surgery. On that day I requested to also have the bordatella and DAPP vaccines but dr Samir told me to wait till they expired( the end of the month) and that he will put them the vaccines and recheck the leg ( I asked if I have to pay again for a visit and he said No- just for the vaccines- ). I called on July 3rd and they were closing early and off on the holiday which was fine with me. Today July 5th I called earlier to make sure they can do the vaccines on my dogs and they say 3 hrs wait time. Which I was ok too as I was only able to go after work. I drove 31 miles (50 minutes cuz I got traffic) and I sign in as a walking. I sign in around 6:15 pm and I was hearing all the people complaining for being 3+ hours waiting. I was ok with it too as I had a long drive and was told that earlier. Around 25 minutes late I was acknowledged for one of the ladies and she said that I will need to see the vet in order to get the vaccines for my 2 dogs. I mentioned that I was there less than a month and my previous conversation with the owner. The lady said that they can’t honor that as a new law passed 2 weeks ago and they license can be removed if they don’t follow the law. I asked for the manager to see if she can help and she gave me the same answer. I politely asked to get the phone number of the board of vet to check with them and she got very angry. She said that they refuse to provide service to me because I was treating them to call the board of vet and while I was calmly explaining that I just want it to check what the new law was about. She said that if they provide the vaccines I have to pay again to the vet and I said that I was ok with it. I Agree to pay again and she mentioned in a rude way that I still have to wait 3 more hours which I was ok too. I mentioned that I still want it the info to check with the board what was is going on with the rules about vaccines and she totally asked me to leave and she said that they refuse service to me and that I was not welcome anymore and that they can transfer my paperwork to any vet I want. I was never been mistreated like Nicole did to me. She did not care that I been a long time customer neither that i drove for 50 minutes to them. she has no customer service skills neither respect for people. Mr Botros did you want any of your friend and family been treated like this for trying to get info about the new rules and regulations from the vet board? To me this is very disrespectful in my 40+ years of life nobody had refuse to service me for trying to get information that is important for me. I requested the lady to asked you to call me as I know this is not the way you conduct business. I see too many bad reviews on your page and I am not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews but I just want to make sure you get my message And hopefully don’t let the people you have working this afternoon ruin your business. I also want to mention that manager Nicole agreed with the vet on duty which she refused to provide her name to write about it. Dr Botros how are you going to handle this issue)?

Terrible service they clipped my puppies nails and cut her toe so short they made her skin bleed on every nail they also gave out private information and my home address out. They also have the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will be filing charges against them for giving out private information.

This is abgreat hospital and the staff really cares. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are so busy I don't like the wait. But service otherwise is excellent! I've been bringing several of my pets there for over 10 years and they always keep them healthy are loving and solve issues well. No bad experience I'm just a bit impatient on the wait times..lol. I guess that should be expected for a good business
