We had a very bad experience here bringing our dogs to be neutered. Definitely take your pets somewhere else.

caring people - that's really what is important when part of your family needs help - The doctor and staff is so knowledgeable- I could ask for a better understanding hospital for one of the most important part of any family

This is the most wonderful place to get the quality care for your animals. The 2 doctors are phenomenal and so experienced that you know your pet has every chance to live a long life. Tammy is the best Manger. She is so kind and respectful to all the owners. She shows how much she cares about the animals they take care of. The support staff are very good and work hard to get you appointments. They techs that work with the doctors are very experienced. I will not take my animals to any other veterinarian hospital. Thank you Highland Village pet hospital for the wonderful care my animals get from you.

My pets were well taken care of and the staff is great. They explained everything I needed to know throughly.

The doctors there safe our little dog when she had kidney failure when she had been poisoned. The staff loves animals and are loving and kind. They also have a groomer.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Was shopping at local grocery store and witnessed a small dog get hit by a car. Called animal control and was advised by the animal handler to follow to the hospital as I was interested in finding the owner or possibly adopting the dog. Upon my arrival to Highland Park Animal Hospital, just after the animal control pulled in, I was locked out of the facility to be rudely advised that it is not allowed to follow animal control. The woman who answered door had no hospitality and offered no explanation to only shut the door on me. I called back a day later to once again be spoke down to, questions unanswered and hung up on. Didn’t think rescuing a dog would bring so much grief. I hope the dog found it’s owner or at least brought to a stable condition.

My dog was spayed here and they did a great job (from what I can tell). The ladies at the front counter were friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do.

I was so happy they were able to make an appointment for my dog within a week. Unfortunately, my vet was saying it would be 2 months. My dog needed shots and flea medication. The staff was very nice and the doctor was very helpful and informative. I'll be going back.

Staff is friendly but who ever did my dogs grooming did a pretty bad job. The cut they did is pretty bad. I have no complaints about the hospital services but definitely tu he grooming needs to improve.

Came in for kitten nail trim. Kitten whisked off by grumpy female employee. No eye contact or customer care. Told only front paws done because back pays did not need care. Kitten is still sliding on vinyl kitten floor because of back nails. Front desk (Ree?) very unfriendly. Scheduler (purple hair) was very kind and obliging.

GREAT staff, reasonable prices, and they really take the time to talk to you and explain everything clearly.

Went for Monday Happy Hour. Love the 1/2 price flatbread pizza (spicy pig), happy hour root beer ribs and we add the regular price Nashville boneless chicken wings. Of course we usually take some home. Great for the next day.

Worthless. Wont even give a estimate for teeth cleaning over the phone. Want you to pay $40 for an "exam" first.

Very friendly staff and very clean lobby and exam room. Most Vets stink of dog pee but this one is kept very clean. The receptionist Tammy was super nice and understanding. Definitely will be returning.
