Nice place,.good customer service but is so long for appointment and for walking you should prepare to be there the whole day, but the people are really nice and price not bad

My family has taken our pets to see Dr. Kim for many years. The staff is very friendly and clearly love animals.

Said only take walk ins and that they are from 9-12 and when I arrived at 10 they moved them to 2-5 what kind of service is this. Will not be returning and don’t recommend. Don’t come here.

Today I took my grandmother's dog in to get his shots. I had to transfer accounts so I had to bring my elderly grandmother, who can NOT walk into the building so she can show proof that she'll be the new account holder (seniors discount). They MADE my grandmother come into the building for less than 20 seconds to show her ID. I asked if someone can come to the car (I had my car in the front of the building) so she doesn't have to walk. The lady at the counter told me nobody can leave the building. The building was NOT in ADA compliance and my grandmother could have fell in front of their building. They could have worked with us maybe someone could have gotten off their lazy behind and came to the window and looked in the car. It took me 10 minutes to get my grandma out of the car just so she can hold up her ID. I'm not going back to this place. If you're in a wheelchair or using a walker THIS PLACE IS OUT OF ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ) compliance. (You can view from the picture). I do not recommend coming to this place. I found a stray dog and wanted to get it checked out and get booster shots before letting it be with my dog. They were accommodating in that they let us come in same day but the vet is a joke. He didn’t even do a full exam. He took her temperature and basically said keep her for two weeks and see how she is. I clearly said I can’t have a stray around my senior dog. His exam was a rip off. It wasn’t expensive but I would never go back. They don’t se to cate for dogs considering it’s a vet!

I've been taking my dog there for almost 13 years, since they were in the other location and the father used to be the owner and run the vet. Stuff at front desk is very polite. But about a year and a half ago I requested some tranquilizers for my dog when we do the grooming. They gave me 10 pills for $18. A year and a half later this week, I just went to request a refill and they charged $19 for 5 pills this time, so I called to ask why they went double the price and half the amount of pills. They said prices go up each year. Well, they said they had two solutions, either pay $19 more to get 5 more pills as last time or refund me the money and stop providing their services to my dog in the future... Wow! So disappointing. I understand prices go up, but to go up in a year and a half from $18 to $38 is ridiculous and abusive.

My dog had an emergency coughing and wheezing that was really wearing him down. I Google'd all the local vets around me and a majority of them are either closed or not answering their phones including the one I usually go to. Not only did someone answer my call they were friendly. I decided to take my dog in that day. The process for check in was so easy and quick. They had my dog in and out with x rays and diagnosis in no time. The vet assistants are so knowledgeable and kind. They answered all my questions and ensured me when I was uneasy about my dogs diagnosis. They also were patient and kind when I was considering what I had to spend to get my dog treated..They did not try to shame me for not wanting to spend money as some vets have done in the past. They helped me talk out my options. They even followed up with me and provided xrays and Dr notes as requested. I was so impressed by my experience here that I think I will just continue to go here even after my prior vet office opens. The prices are pretty decent too. The vet assistants seem to really love animals and their jobs thats how it should be and the primary reason I will return.

I've taken my animals here for years. Recently I had to put my 17 year old cat to sleep. The staff was so compassionate.

Denied my dog service and actually referred my dog to another vet. Said they were unable to perform the services we needed to diagnose my dog. Went to Advanced Pet Care in San Bernardino and took my dog right in ran test. NEVER AGAIN to Inland Central Animal Hospital.

Great place! I always go here and its wonderful.

Been going here for about 8 years give or take with our 4 dogs. Every time the doc knows whats with our dogs and how to go about helping them. We've also had to put 1 down (liver failure) and time is nearing for the rest because of old age :-/ we will Continue going. The rest of the staff is also great. They are always extremely kind and immediate to the point. They are incredible people! ????

Called to ask if they could give my dog a splint because he was limping and in a lot of pain. They refused to see me because as they said they didn’t deal with other vet’s dogs. Even though I was clear that the original vet I went do didn’t have any splints in their clinic. Makes me sad they’d be willing to refuse to help a hurt animal.

My dog had 14 teeth taken out and had to go under anesthesia. They would not let me talk to the doctor. And gave me no information on how to take care of my dog after such procedure. Their customer service is horrible the nurses there act like they work at Walmart.

The staff and the doctor are all super NICE!! They tell you what the price for the things you need beforehand and are very fast. It’s a great place to take your dogs. Highly recommend!!

Even with the social distancing factor, the staff had an awesome routine and were able to take care of my dog quick yet thoroughly.

I took my cat there because of an tooth abscess, I couldn't pay for the procedure, but they did help me to give my cat the medication he needs to bring the swelling down and pain medication for a small fee, he's doing alot better, thanks inland central animal hospital, and they direct me to a cheaper place for low income families.

Brought my cat in because another vet was packed. They are excellent. I will now bringing all my animals here from now on. Prices were more than fair. Service even with the pandemic were great. They are caring and professional.
