Happee Dawg Highland, California

I contacted this company about feeding my Great Dane explaining how much he typically eat per day and the response was rude and belitting. My Dane has been on raw for years now so I think I am aware of how much he eats. I was going to give this company a try but their customer service is terrible.

I've been a customer of Happee Dawg for over 2 years and would reccomend their products, however, I've noticed their customer service online is terrible. Also, they been leaving my 40 lbs box outside my gate which could have been stolen if I didn't have checked on the delivery status. They could have called me or text as my number was provided to let me know they left it outside the gate or they couldn't go through. Their packaging for each rolls are low quality. I had some rolls that were nearly opened or leaking meat juices. I no longer purchase from them because I found a cheaper alternative which is as healthy for my pooch.

Great dog food, ships fast

My dogs (and cats) love this food. Their food is 80/10/10. They have a wide variety of meats, Tripe, most things that appropriate for dogs. There's bulk options. Shipping is reasonable.

I spend $400+ every month at Happee Dawg and when I had questioned why the tripe that I have bought for the last 2-3 years had so much liquid in it Chris accused me of wanting something. Well, I do want something and it is that the 5lbs. of tripe not to contain 2 lbs. of liquid and 3 lbs. of tripe! Extremely poor customer service!

My 130lb. Cane Corso puppy loves his diet from Happee Dawg. He also loves marrow bones, cow necks (his favorite), ox tails and duck heads. The chicken feet gross me out too much but he didn’t mind them. Customer Service has been great when need arises and they deliver it frozen to my door a good distance away. Great quality and value. I’m Happee too!

Just ordered from happee dawg website, I wanted to say that the staff was very helpful in answering question i had before purchasing online. Happee Dawg offers next day shipping to any location in California. I encourage more people to check them out.
