Happy Tails Pet Spa Fontana, California

I've taken both my dogs here. I feel that they genuinely care about fogs and enjoy what they do.

Great place. I felt very comfortable leaving my little doggie.

I asked to not cut his hair from the top of his head and his tail, I've been letting it grow out and when I come to pick him up I am upset they did what I asked them NOT to do.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will only bring my dog Biggie Smalls to Happy Tails to get his nails cut. The employees are so friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are the best in town and quality of work is Supreme. They are Very trust worthy and i highly recommend you check them out for yourself you will not be disappointed.

I love this place but I sure wish they would answer their phones and or call you back. I complained about it a couple of times. They didn't fix it. But I still take my dog there. Because the girl who cuts her hair is incredible and very professional.

Not friendly at all to Blacks, the resort is Really Nice, but the treatment I received was a 2 out of 10, the only reason I gave it a 2 was because 2 yard workers spoke and showed us the way to the pool

I don't like taking my pit to any groomers because of past bad experiences but I am very pleased with happy tails.the staff are caring and passionate about the care of the animals that walk through their doors.they have my business from now on. Thank you so much..

I like for you to know that approx four years ago my Daughter and son inlaw got me a rescue gray pit bull named starla.. And when i first took her to ☺ Happy Tails Pet Spa in Fontana, my pit bull wasnt very happy at the time.. But thru the last 4years that Stephanie has been grooming her she's been a very happy pit bull ever since.. We appreciate the patience & the care tht Stephanie has given our pit bull Starla Angulo.. I normally dont recommend places but if i hve to recommend a place it Definelty wld be Happy Tails.. Thank u for taking care of our pet starla..

I love that they have same day appointments, very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

To make the story short... horriable customer service.. they spoke to the wrong owner when they called to notify the dogs were ready.. both havanese haircuts werent near to what I asked for. They cut their tail hair when i told them NOT too. When I picked them up they thru them out in the lobby and closed the door. I dont recomend this place at all.. this was week ago!
