I will never bring my puppy back to this place!! Terrible service , I had asked for bath and face trim if they CANT handle a dog why not call and let the owner know his dog isn’t cooperating or why not put a muzzle on. I got my puppy returned and his eye was hurting for the rest of the day, at night he had his eye completely shut.. he wouldn’t open it , I was desperate and so was he that he couldn’t SEE today I finally took him into the hospital he got an eye exam and they saw a scratch on his cornia. WE DO NOT NEED TO BE GOING THROUGH THIS BECAUSE OF A PERSON WHO CANT DO THERE JOB RIGHT!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL THEY DO IS TAKE DOGS IN FOR MONEY AND DO THERE JOB IN SUCH A HURRY. ????????????

They did a good job with my Husky baby, her fur was silky for weeks!

They did a great job cleaning up our very matted hair Newfoundland and Labrador mix.

I brought my golden doodle here 4-5 times already and he’s still a puppy (8 months), and the 6th I show up they tell me they can’t take him because he bites!! Absolutely ridiculously!! He’s a puppy and he doesn’t bite he opens his mouth when he’s excited and he’s obviously not wiggling his tail being playful. They just aren’t willing to do their job if the dog moves around. Disgrace of a place for being a dog groomer! Take your dogs elsewhere

This place is TERRIBLE !!! They abused my puppy and called me saying she wouldn’t be able to be helped because she was violent but she was shaking and terrified when I arrived !! and they wouldn’t let me stay to wait . NEVER TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE YOU

My dog Maggie is always happy when she leaves. She's not too crazy about bring in the cage though. But I understand it'd for safety purposes.

First time visiting this grooomer with my Husky--Samson. They welcomed him like he was part of the family; I loved that!! Samson seemed to like it there and was fairly calm...For a energetic Husky that is!! The employees are wonderful with all the dogs. They were done timely and when I picked him up he was excited to see me, but not going crazy like other places I've taken him to. This is now my "go to" groomer!!

I have taken in my husky one other time before, and she was groomed ok. This time 2 weeks ago she went in and was left with several patches of hair and now after taking her to vet for severe cough and gagging which she never experienced before she has Kennel cough with major gagging. Very disappointed and I will not be returning. I have been with other groomers , never experienced this.

1st time there. And oh my goodness, they did a perfect job on my girl..exceeded my expectations (and that's hard to do). I'm only sorry I didn't find them sooner. But she gave her the perfect cut for going to go live in snow/cold country. Thank you so very much.

I absolutely adore this place and so do my babies. The owner/groomer is super sweet and kind to our babies and she and her team do an amazing job styling both of my shihzhus hair! We love the design when they leave with their boots on. We always get so many compliments. They will drop off and pick up your pets, and you can always expect them to be treated the best. In addition, they are one of the few groomers that will take walk ins.

Had to find a new place since covid Closed my former groomer. I've gone 2x now and booked my 3rd appointment..Fast,efficient and safe!my little poodle has sensitive ears and they take such good care of him

Very bad to go my 3 dogs were clean no fleas or tick when I picked them up they were full of them ! I do not recommend going they .

I have taken our dog here a few times & they have always been good to her. They are patient with her hair she gets knotted real easily. I found my permanent dog groomer. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

This place is awesome! The lady that has groomed our pup has done it twice now and we are staying. We had done Petco for years and got tired of their attitude and poor results. We have an Australian shepherd so she has a long coat and is not the smallest! Golden Paw has treated her wonderfully and is attentive. They take their time and ensure that she is clean and beautiful before we take her home.
