Best veterinary clinic in the high desert ????!

They NEVER answer the phone. Called like 5 times in order to get my new kitten in and the phone rings before instantly hanging up so can’t even leave a message. def will not be coming back.

Dr Velasco and his staff were very informative and helpful about my dog's health, compassionate and friendly. I appreciated their service very much. The only complaint I have is that their phones are never working, and it is hard to get in touch with someone in their office.

Made an appointment days in advance to come all the way over here to only find out doors are locked and had to go next door and ask the animal shelter next door what is going on and informed me they "no longer have a vet" clearly the manager or the receptionist who scheduled my appointment could of called me to inform me of this instead . There were also other customers Infront of myself who had to deal with the same issue . Extremely unprofessional will never return !

Gave my sister's new dog a hysterectomy before getting her. She's in good spirits, doesn't exhibit any discomfort at all.

The nicest vet technicians ever. I have a German Shepherd and she tends to get a lot of anxiety at the vet but the amazing technicians made sure to get her in and out fast and took great care of her. Thank you Jessica!

Sat on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up and called again to be put on hold for who knows how much longer. How can I trust my pet somewhere that doesn't know how to speak on the phone? Extremely disappointing.

We took our Doggie "Poochie" here for her rabies shot for her license renewal good fast service only issue was we found our dog trying to eat a needle that was on the floor! ! !

I absolutely love this vet! We had just found out that our fur baby has Lymphoma, and the staff has been so sweet and helpful. And the vetarnarian has the best bedside manners. He is so soothing and calming that he literally made both my daughter and I feel much better especially because you can just tell that he truly cares. I highly recommend this vet!

I take my fur babies here for all there shots ???? I so far haven't had any problems with them and they have been great with us and so far kind to my fur babies

Very clean and courteous office staff they were very helpful and they got the visit over with very quickly since my three dogs are a pain in the butt but just definitely will go back there for necessary things

They provide good service but are very slow so there is always a long line.

Just scheduled an appointment to spay. Staff was super rude and hung up on me after I told her to please slow down so I could write down details of my appointment. I understand we can get busy juggling tasks at work, but this is unacceptable behavior. I might change my review after I see how the service goes in person.

This office staff “NEVER” does what they tell you. Promised to call on numerous occasions and fail to do so. Can never get through by phone.

From the moment I walked in, to check in with 6 Cocker Spaniel puppies for health check, everyone was Profesional, helpful, kind and attentive to myself and puppies. Thank you everyone from front office to back office and Dr. You will have a few patient's for life. ❤????????

Descent prices. Not long of a waiting time for appt to spay my cat. Staff could been a little nicer, but my baby girl is just fine. So excellent job.

My family adopted a new cat from the shelter. Part of adopting the cat, they recommended that I have a vet check him out and they recommend this Vet. My experience was not pleasant. I left feeling frustrated. The staff was blasting rock music in the back and sounded like they were playing drums. we waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time and the doctor was just hangin out in the back. The actual visit was 5 minutes. Imagine the anxiety my cat was feeling being there. It’s unfortunate that they’re behavior was so unprofessional and it’s seems that the office likes to party and not take care of their clients.

Great people working in office ,felt comfortable leaving my dog at their care.
