They did a lot to work with my dog who is very skittish when it comes to getting hair cuts. But they handled him very well and he got a wonderful hair cut and he looks great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Man they did a great job with my mini schnauzer this morning.. I had to ask for it to be done asap...and man they were fast...great job and shout out to the nicest manager I've met in a while!! Thanks again!!!

Manager gives major attitude in her problem solving skills. She will lie on you as to what services you ordered instead of admitting she made a mistake. Be careful!

This was our 2nd visit and it was just as good as the 1st. The quality of grooming & pricing here is beyond better than any of the chain groomers. This is our go to grooming spot here in the HD. I highly recommend it for older difficult pups! My little one has issues with gunk by here eyes and they were able to remove it safely. She also isn't a fan of her paws messed with and they are able to trim all her nails (which another groomer that starts w/ a P failed to do & caused pain to my pup & failed to notify me of). Here I was notified of what they couldn't do, which was perfectly understandable. They are absolutely wonderful with both of my pups.

when i first started taking my pet there prices was fair they over charged me this time trying to say i have not brought my dog since January and in fact i took her last month while i dropped her off this morning they charged a gentleman 80 for 2 dogs an d charged me 65 for one if you do not want ripped off i highly recomend taking you pet somewhere else STAY AWAY THERE RIP OFFS

I can't say enough good things about this place. My dad has been taking his dogs here for over 5 years. I'm looking after his pets while he is healing and so we went. He has two shih Tzu dogs, Star & Moses. They are beautiful but the long hair is just too much to keep up with. I asked them to shave the dogs, their faces, their ears and their tail especially but also the rest of them. They did an amazing job. I can't imagine the amount of work it was. This review is my honest opinion. I'm not getting paid or any promotional value for writing it. It is my way of thanking them for doing such a great job and letting other people know where they can take their pets. They are very fair & honest & trustworthy. Your beloved pets are in good hands. Great miniature schnauzer cut with amazing customer service.

Don't come here we took our dog here 1st time they barely cut her fur saying she's too small for a hair cut they didn't want to traumatize her Fine sounds about right Her fur looked brushed and trimmed I wasn't mad at the situation they said next time itll be better since she'll be used to it 2nd time they did a terrible job her fur was so uneven it wasn't even funny It looked like they got a blade that was wayyy to short and tried to fix it later but the damage was already done They didnt brush her teeth or cut her nails Honestly wouldve been better to leave her with long hair and nails We gave them another chance but when my puppy came back the last time she has a sore on her neck I couldn't even put her collar back on without her crying even when I pet her she flinched idk what they do here but will not be bring my dog back

I take my terrier mix , Amy and Rosie my cat, Jack. They did a great job! My 2 dogs are there now getting their summer cuts. The prices, including teeth brush is very reasonable. I love Perky Pooch! All of the staff are fantastic. I will always take my fur babies there.

Staff was really friendly...they were so quick to give my dog the works, she was only there for an hour. I'm definitely taking Canela there every month.

Took our maltipoo Olive there for the first time, he came out looking great! He didn’t come out shaking or scared like he normally does! He looked & smelled amazing…everyone was so nice & helpful! Even when my 4 year old saw him he said “mommy this place makes him look so much better than the other places” thanks again & this will be our new place to go!

First time taking my elderly fur baby here for grooming.He has special needs and they were all very accommodating. They did a great job and I will take my Tigger dog back for sure. Thank you Perky Pooch!

I brought my 12 year old kitty, Champ in to be shaved to get rid of matted hair. The owner took her time & brushed him out without having to shave him. They are amazing & didn't tell me sedation was required as most others did. He looks 10 years younger! ❤

Aside from the 5 hours it took, my baby looks adorable after his 1st haircut.

This was our first time visiting the Perky Pooch. Our baby is not the easiest with making friends. We were concerned but wanted to give them a try. Once she was picked up, our worries were gone. Callie didn’t look distressed at all. I don’t remember who our groomer was but we are very satisfied with their work. Our baby returned soft, clean, and smelling great. The price was awesome! And a bonus... Callie returned with her toes polished... that is a first for us. We know Callie does not like her paws touched so to see this added bonus, we were very pleased. Will definitely go back again and tell all my family and friends. Thank you ALL for this great experience.

I'm so disappointed,I took my dog and I asked them if they can do a teddy bear look on my baby. I even showed the girl a pic of how I wanted it.The girl was so confident oh yeah we done it before ect and when it was time for me to pick him up. They cut all his hair ugh and didn't even touch his ears. Now my baby looks so weird and his hair cut was so uneven. I honestly thought it was going to be good since i read all the good reviews but ugh????
