Worst experience I've ever had, I get a call for an earlier appointment after waiting 3 weeks, I took the appointment and told the receptionist will I be able to go in with my cat, she said yes, I'm disabled on a cane and my cat is blind so it's a big deal to take her out,it's traumatizing for her, I get there but am told its a drop off, what! Oh I was livid, no excuse to do that to my cat, horrible the way it was shrugged off, I'm not giving them $91.00 to not be with her in the exam, I have questions and concerns, the receptionist had plenty of time to call me back in case it was a sudden change with the veteran, shameful, rude and uncaring, its just about money, I'll never be back, and don't recommend at all.

Used to be very good. It is getting harder and harder to get an appointment because most of the veterinarians have left. I've been going there for over 20 years and I would not recommend them anymore until they are fully staffed again.

Do not go here, I went with my animals to this animal hospital and they scammed us to get more money. They said something was seriously wrong with our cat, and that we needed to go to another place and spend a crazy amount of money to get her tested, but absolutely nothing was wrong. They lied to us to get this money, so do not trust them. This place lies and likes scamming people.

Dr Winn not there anymore. dr. Winn is best doctor I have ever had for my animals. his knowledge kindness and compassion are a 10 star rating he has saved my dog's life now twice once from cancer he did exploratory surgery.I could go on and on but exploratory surgery pretty much says it all for a vet. he found cancer removed 3 tumors, He gave me 4 more years. now we are dealing with heart & kidneys, my little one is old. he is trying.Thank you Dr. Winn for every year I have more with my best freind. STOP all new dr.s my dog is in pain every visit something but never fixed. now there just guessing. And the big thing No Pain medication anti inflammatory. My dog is suffering every night and all day crying Whining. I'm trying my hardest to stay hopeful but that does not get her out of her pain. I expect that's what they go to school for is to stop an animal pain and suffering and know what's wrong with them. Praying that they truly care about animals.just want to add to my review if there were ZERO that would be the rating. All about money. Office Manager ZERO compassion !!! she should not be working with the public or with any animals. The nail tec. was a lest compassionate to the animals. 3 cars in lot this place was once packed, no ones there because of there scheming to get money and how the animals are treated by dr's that are still there and office manager.

I don't like the fact that you have to give your dog over outside and you have to wait on your dog outside. So if your dog has like a little major or little minor deal where they have to go under it's not hardly fair for the dog or me but then to wake up without me anyways everybody there the staff is great

VCA has always been our main vet. They are absolutely wonderful. From the doctors to the technicians, they have always been thoughtful and caring and loving to our pets. I would and have recommended them to many friends and family.

I had to take my elderly neighbor and her 17 year old kitty to unfortunately have her kitty put to sleep. They were beyond kind, and worked with her on the cost, as she is on an extremely fixed income. Would highly recommend to anyone. They have been my vet for years and they have always been excellent.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. One of my darkest hours and they treated us and my beautiful cat Psycho so wonderful. Thank you so much for helping her cross over the Rainbow Bridge painlessly.

Very helpful and kind staff they didn't take my type of animal but referred me to a great place that did!

I had to put down Butterball mcfatty the girls were really good to me and thank you for sending me the card I was really appreciated everyday it's hard not having her under my feet I'll be well missed I miss my sweet baby thank you again to all the girls there you guys are wonderful

We weren't allowed inside. Weren't given details about what was going on. "Check-up" was overpriced compared to what we are used to, and we couldn't even see if anything was done. This was our first (and last) time coming here. UPDATE: I just sent an email to the address you provided. UPDATE #2: It's been a week since I reached out via email, and I have not received a response. UPDATE #3: Still have not received a response. UPDATE #4: Still no response. Not sure why you asked us to reach out via email if nobody is going to respond.

From my standpoint I think that entire staff is great and the doctors are all so I don't have to worry about my dog good deal

They take very good care of my pup and have been far more affordable than others in the same area.

Very quick and simple service even with the virus. Very professional over the phone while they took care of my Daisy. Cost friendly as well.

I will be glad when and if we get back to some kind of normalcy. The staff here seems nice but ya can't really tell when you are waiting in your car. My only complaint is I called to find out how much shots would be for my dogs and was told approx $20 bucks each and there were 3 needed. I took both of my dogs thinking it would be about $160 and instead it was $287. No one had mentioned the $60 x 2 exam fee and I didn't ask. I am just putting this to lack of communication due to our changing world. My dogs get what they need no matter what.

The Vet didn't even do a check up on my dogs. I had t keep asking. Never went back....Worse Vet. Front desk friendly I did email explaining my visit and also took the survey. No one respond back, no follow up.

They have huge hearts for fur babies❤ When my dogs were ready for Heaven (2 separate instances) all of the staff and Dr.s were so kind and considerate. I couldn't afford anything special for 1 of them and the made a card with his paw print and a lock of fur for me. The all were so consoling, they're the best!!!

Not very effective for desert tortoise care.????

They helped our puppies get well and took them right away!! Bruce and Wayne are doing well now thanks to the care and compassion of this clinic. Thank you very much
