This service was the best thing ever. The doctor and her staff were very respectful and showed dignity not only to me but my suffering baby. I highly recommend using this if you have to put your beloved pet out of their misery. Worth every penny.

Dr. Sarena was a Godsend over the holidays when my beloved 13 1/2 year old best friend took a turn for the worse. He had a jaw tumor that was rapidly growing and with no treatment options available at his old age, we knew his time had come and contacted Peace for Paws. Dr Sarena responded (on a holiday, mind you) and was able to accommodate us so that our poor boy didn't have to spend another night in pain. She was very sweet, gave us time to say goodbye, and I got to hold and cuddle my cat until he took his last breath. As hard as it was to say goodbye, I am so grateful for her to be able to have done it at home where he felt most comfortable. Dr. Sarena is amazing and she even messaged a couple days after to check in on us. When it is time for our other furbabies to say goodbye, we will definitely not hesitate to call Peace for Paws.

Kind, compassionate and empathetic is summing up the dark, dreadful moment we all experience in the moment of transitioning are fur babies. Serena has the gift of comforting your baby and the bigger baby, YOU! 10 Stars if allowed :)

Dr. Sarena took great care with my dog's end of life transition, made sure that I understood each step, made the effort to ensure it was as painless a process as it could be, and was very respectful of my grief. I'm glad I chose her, and will recommend her to friends and family when the need arises.

Dr. Sarena was an angel walking to our front door and Felix greeted her a smile. To have our boy gain his wings at home and in short notice was something we will never forget. She was kind, gentle and although she just met our boy her presence was amazing. Dr Sarena went over and to ensure our last moments were genuine. The price was affordable and we have 3 more boxers. She is now a part of our family and I recommend her to anyone that’s in a position to lose a loved one and the opportunity to have it at home is priceless Faith and David Moore

Dr Sarena was the best decision I ever decided to put my dog to doggy heaven. She was compassionate and made me and my Dakota very at peace. She gave me the time to love on him and I felt at peace. Even thru all my tears she was very patient with me. She decorated the back of her SUV that felt so warm to put him. She has his name on a little stand flowers and a lantern with a light that made it feel so warm and cozy! She also wrapped him in a nice blanket which was a great touch. If I can give her stars there aren’t enough!! Thank you Dr. Sarena, Joann Marinelli Dakotas mom

Dr. Sarena helped make the difficult time of losing our beloved Sully more bearable. She treated him with care and attention to the small details that helped us begin our grieving and healing process. I know that Sully was comfortable passing being at home with his family and familiar scents and sounds. Thank you Dr. Sarena for taking care of my boy on his final journey across the rainbow bridge.

Dr. Sarena was amazing. She made a very tough time so peaceful. Our dog Pancake had been part of our family for more than twelve years. Our friend recommended Dr. Sarena and is was the best decision we made. Dr Sarena checked on my wife a few days later to ensure we were OK. I would recommend Dr Sarena to anyone having to make this hard decision. We are so appreciative of her prompt response and that she made this experience the best it could be.

Putting a pet down isn’t an easy thing to do but I would say that whomever you put in charge of the process can make it more painful or more peaceful. I found Dr. Serina on a Google search and from the moment I reached out she was kind, empathetic and patient with all the questions I had. My dad, the pet owner, had additional questions and I was able to text her and she responded right away. It was easy to schedule, easy to pay for the service and while I wasn’t present for the actual process, my sister who was there, said that everything went smoothly. She said it was a peaceful transition for our kitty and was grateful for Dr.Serina’s kind nature. Our family thanks you for your wonderful service! If you’re looking for a peaceful and loving way to put your pet down, I highly recommend Dr. Serina.

My old lady kitty, Butter, was 16 years old, could barely walk and it was time to do the right thing. I tried to call the 2 vets in Boulder City and no one could get her in. She was never a fan of the car and I really didn't want to put her through anything else, like taking her to her regular doc in Henderson. One of the vet offices recommended Peace for Paws and she was able to get to us the next evening. Dr Sarena, and what she does for people and the pets they love, is absolutely fantastic. She helped make a heartbreaking situation less painful than I thought possible. I'll call her for every pet I have if I can and will recommend her to everyone I know.

We were shocked and saddened when we learned that our dog, Delilah, was ill with an incurable form of Anemia. The symptoms came on suddenly and our veterinarian advised us that she was terminal. We brought her home so she could be with her people, comfortable in her familiar surroundings, and to give us a chance to say goodbye. We chose in-home euthanasia for Delilah. Dr. Olsen and Peace For Paws was our solution. How compassionate and professional her services are. Dr. Olsen made our family feel at ease and the process was very humane. Thank you Sarena for your caring and tender treatment towards all of us. We will grieve, but you and your organization has made the pain and the grief that much more manageable.

Dr. Sarena was the best! This was our first experience with euthanizing a pet. We really did not know what to expect. It was a very emotional and difficult thing for us as a family to decide and follow through with. Dr. Sarena was patient, understanding, and empathetic. Because of her we had the opportunity to say goodbye to Brownie in the comfort of our home. She made it the most positive experience for us and Brownie. Thank you Dr. Sarena. ????

Dr. Sarena made a heartbreaking decision bearable. She explained everything thoroughly and treated us with kindness and respect. Being able to have my 16 year old dog Riley pass away in the comfort of her own home helped me deal with some of the heartache. Dr. Sarena is truly an angel.

Veterinarian was very compassionate, patient, caring, and understanding of what we were going through with the decision of euthanasia. The experience was a beautiful one in the presence of our home where our beloved family member finally received the rest he needed. I would highly recommend their services.

Dr Sarena came to our house and helped our 14 year old bulldog cross the rainbow bridge Monday evening. I couldn’t have hoped for a more peaceful transition for him. She showed our boy so much respect and honor. Truly a blessing.

Dr Serena was recommended to me as well as a few other at home services. I called everyone and they were all comparable with pricing so let’s not get ahead of ourself and shoot for “the best deal” when making this decision. What made me choose Dr Serena was her patients with me and my million questions that were probably repetitive, she paid attention to what I wanted and when I completed my order form (before you pay) she questioned a mistake I had made and corrected it for me. I also really wanted the ink nose print that comes with her services. We made an appointment for the next morning and she gave me a time window for arrival. I had asked her to text me when she arrived so I could meet her outside so my other dig didn’t bark and she did. She was very thorough with the explanation of what she was going to do and how what to expect. My boy didn’t want to get off the floor so she did it with him on the tile. Making sure he was comfortable. She explained step by step what she was doing next and was very gentle with Thor and made sure he didn’t feel the first injection for sedation. When my boy Thor was taking his last breaths, my other boy Duke laid beside him on his own and laid his paw on his head, dr Serena made sure to capture this sweet moment. She gave us the time we needed, never rushed us, made sure to have a puppy pad under Thor for when his body released any fluids we didn’t have a mess to clean up. She gently with the help of Nick, picked up Thor, put him on a stretcher and took Thor out to her car where she had a very cute “memorial” set up in her back seat. We said our goodbyes to him once again, covered him with the blankets Dr Serena provided and took him straight to the crematory. This happened Tuesday before thanksgiving and even with the holiday we got our boy back home the Monday after the holiday. 1000% recommend Dr Serena and will be keeping her info for the future.

I am so pleased about our baby girl Zena’s send off. Goodbyes are never easy but Dr. Serena was wonderful and all the little things made it such a great experience. Tuft of hair, paw print, covered in a warm blanket and a personalized set up in the back of the vehicle in memory of our baby girl Zena. She fought a tough battle with cancer but we were able to send her off in the most comfortable way possible, at home surrounded in love.

I was in search for an in-home euthanasia vet during this holiday. I called two places. I was immediately answered by Dr. Sarena on Thanksgiving day. She sent me information to help me access my concerns and was available to help me in a very timely manner. She was very kind and described everything she was doing, I highly recommend her services for anyone. Much better then going to a vet's office,

It’s was very hard to come to the decision to put my dog rocky to sleep and Sarena was very kind and caring during the whole processes and checked on me afterward . I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend her services when needed.

Dr. Sarena was very kind and comforting during our visit and even afterwards. We knew this was the only way to say goodbye to our beloved Benny, as we wanted him to feel our love and not be anxious as he always was every time we went to the vet. I have no regrets and instead more peace knowing I was able to help him to go to rest at home, with his family, being comforted the entire time. We highly recommend those who are in this situation to consider using this service as we believe it was the best last gift we could offer our Ben. Thank you Peace for Paws
