Dr Ellis and staff are always very thorough and caring. They are very busy so be prepared for a wait at times.

We love the folks at Inspirada Animal Hospital. During good times and bad with our cats. The staff and doctors are professional, caring and compassionate. Dr Amanda Hayes is wonderful and we feel confident entrusting their care to her.

Inspirada was recommended to my sister and she recommended them to me. Was a great experience from booking to the actual grooming experience and check out. Dr. Ellis went above and beyond in caring for my hound with an ear infection even though we were only there for a grooming. Will definitely be going back again.

Dr. Loose is the best. Doesn't try and hurry you through. Takes his time to get to know your pet. Can't say enough......thank you Dr. Loose.

Our experience in Inspirada animal Clinic was very poor.Doctors, assistant and receptionist are all unprofessional. The doctor was a liar and they will ask you to do more procedures that needs to be done but nothing happened after that. They will ask payment right away even your not agreeing for the procedure that they want to do, they also ask a payment for the medication even they not sure what your pets needs. The receptionist was so rude, when I tried to contact them to talk to the doctor re my pets condition she even hanged up the phone which Im still on the line and talking. I will never recommend this place, if I could give them 0 star I will do it because they don’t deserve even a one star!

All of my experiences at Inspirada Animal Hospital have been amazing! I first came as a walk-in when my dog needed urgent attention (not life threatening but couldn't wait a week) and they saw us within an hour. When I inquired about their walk-in fees and policies on the phone, they gave me all the information up front, including their pricing (which they stayed true to). I've since established them as my regular vet for my dog and their appointment process is wonderful! You can make an appointment online or over the phone and the appointment fee is very reasonable. They got me into a room within minutes of arriving and checking in. Their wellness procedures are also very reasonably priced. Logistically, this place is amazing. The team is also wonderful. The folks at the front desk, the nurses/vet techs, and the vet (Dr. Angelina Colletti) are all caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They don't rush me in and out, they don't advise unnecessary procedures to charge me more, and they answer all my questions and give me a lot of great information. Overall, I love this place! I feel very safe and comfortable knowing my dog and I will both be taken care of and treated well here.

I just moved to NV in November and someone referred me here for care for my dog, Lucy. My experience so far has been wonderful. The veterinarian is fantastic and the people who work here have been very nice. I am quite impressed with this clinic.

This was my 2nd time at IAH with my 15yo cat, Addy. Both vets and both technicians have been kind and professional and the experiences have been stellar. I will board Addy there when I vacation next year.

Paying bill you stand by the window and 2 of them wait on people coming in for appts. I am disabled and they just looked and said be right with you about 15 minutes later they want your payment.

I was very happy with the examination of my new puppy and discussion of scheduling of shots and health care. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The facility is brand new and very well designed. I would certainly recommend Inspirada Animal Hospital.

I just got an 8 week old puppy and took her in for her first visit. The vet was great, took her time to answer my questions about upcoming shots etc. I went to check out and they told me there was no charge! I know she didn't get shots or anything but I expected $50-$80 for the office visit. That to me, was a very cool above-and-beyond for the first visit.

Been coming here for 5 years and I’m done. The doctors are fine. EVERY SINGLE time I call, I am put on hold for 10-15 minutes. One time I asked them to take down my number to call me back and they just put me on hold again. They are not able to handle my routine issues because they can only handle emergencies. I’m sure the owner makes a ton of money but no longer on my wallet.

Dr. Hayes is seriously AMAZING - there is no better vet out there! She is truly one-of-a-kind - patient, caring, empathetic and has amazing bedside manner. Look no further for a vet you can truly trust! She did an incredible job spaying our pup and even checked in on her after. We will not take our pup anywhere else!!

All the staff here has been so welcoming and friendly. We’ve been taking our puppy here since he was 6 weeks old and we know he is in great hands. Both vets we have seen have been very informative and loving towards our pup and it makes me happy to know we have a vet who cares about our fur baby.

They definitely need more help in reception/front desk. Very bad service upon entering and waiting for your appointment.

Love Dr. Evans. Our dog has needed many visits our first year in Henderson. Luckily, we found Inspired Animal Hospital. Allergies will keep us returning to the vet, but we are happy to have Dr. Evans and the staff to help us out. Thank you for everything. I was so sad when Dr. Evans moved away. I am thrilled with our new vet, Dr. Loose. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. We feel like our dog is being cared for in a wonderful environment. Update: We've been seeing Dr. Ellis for our little Maui. He has been an amazing vet considering all the injuries our dog has sustained from the new puppy. I love Inspirada Animal Hospital. I always feel like our dogs are being cared for like their own.

I started going to Inspirada Animal Hospital earlier this year. They were initially amazing. They were able to get my dogs in the same day and the doctors seemed to really care about my animals. My first issue was when I took my dogs to get their teeth cleaned. One of my dogs had an issue when he was about to be put under so Dr. Reagan advised that we try again another time. We were charged $200 for the procedure and $200 for the blood work even though they couldn't do the dental cleaning. We came back under her advisement and again she could not do it. We had to pay again for that mistake. The problems only worsened from this point. My other dog started to have UTI symptoms. We took her in were told that X-rays were taken and that it was just a simple UTI. We finished out the course of antibiotics and her symptoms had not improved so we took her back. They informed us at that point that they had not taken an x-ray as they told me initially and they would have to do the testing again. So I happily complied as they tested my baby for the second time. Since they did the proper tests this time they ended up finding bladder stones. Dr. Lucas told me if Dr. Reagan had done the proper testing the first time we could have caught this issue much sooner. However, since the issue was not caught early enough we would have to go in for emergency surgery. Now I have paid for 2 vet visits and am about to pay for emergency surgery (2,000). Fast forward to my most recent visit. My other dog was squinting his eye. We took him in to be evaluated and Dr. Lucas said he must have just scratched his eye. We gave him some medicine and were on our way. The issue was somewhat resolved but about a month later I noticed the same issue. I brought him back and again he had a laceration on his eye. More meds were given. This issue happened again right as I was about to schedule a follow-up. When I went to them (3rd visit) they then referred me to a specialist. I went to the specialist that week and they told me that this was a genetic condition that was misdiagnosed. Because the issue went so long unresolved this will require a procedure to fix. I was also informed that they were overdosing my dog on his medication. I called the head doctor who said all he could do was say "I'm sorry". I am the one who pays for the mistakes of the doctors at Inspirada Animal Hospital. I take ownership of my portion of this issue. I was blindly believing the professionals when they gave me their opinion and I kept going back even though it was evident from the beginning that they were inattentive. It was my mistake thinking switching doctors would change the care I received. I am writing this so you do not get scammed out of $4,000+ ($400 for the dental cleaning that never happened $2,000 for the misdiagnosed UTI, $1,800 for the eye surgery ill have to pay for, the list goes on for another couple of thousand too). It is not just one single vet that is the problem but the underlying system that promotes disregard for the animals and owners. I am not writing this to get anything as I have already spoken my piece with the head doctor. I am writing this to warn other animal parents. Be careful!

I have lived in Henderson for 10 years now and have been to over 10 different Vet clinics. I have 4 dogs 2 cats. Inspirada to me stands above every single clinic I have ever been too in those 10 years. Our first meeting with Dr. Amanada Hayes was actually meant for our cats but my girlfriend made the appointment for 2 of our dogs. She was amazing and had an incredible attention to detail and attention to them sitting next to my two furbabies. She took her time and was incredible concerned and I didn’t leave with a big vet bill but a bill I expected that was more than fair. I thought maybe this was a one time thing but nope. Our next visit was for our Husky’s surgery and meeting with Dr. Pamela Abe, and once again I was just so beyond amazed at the level of knowledge, concern and care and compassion she brought. I have been in healthcare for years so I put Vets to the test and both vets were so beyond my expectations. After my husky’s surgery, Dr. Abe spent as much time as I needed to go over every detail of his recovery and further health and wellness, most vets try to get you out of the room decently quick but what was more important to Dr. Abe was fulfilling my every concern and make sure my husky’s recovery was a primary concern. If I thought the Vets were just amazing, nope it doesn’t end there. The girls at the front desk are so professional and understanding and try to help the best that they can. I heard someone over the phone yelling at one of them and they were able to stay calm, calm the owner down and help them through what they needed in the most compassionate and professional way. I wish I could give them more stars I really do because I know if you live in Henderson or Vegas and you’ve been to other vets, once you go to Inspirada you are not going anywhere else. Everyone is just beyond amazing and I am so thankful that there is a clinic like this that hits all my five star markers for their quality, compassion, prices, and sweet and genuine attitude when dealing with my furbabies.

We take both of our hyper and anxious dogs to Inspirada Animal Hospital and have always found the staff to be concerned and caring toward them. They take the time to answer all questions and concerns and cost are extremely affordable.
