My dog was fixed there. I am glad I went there. Professional employees and I really liked the veterinarian. She was very informative.

I believe they were the cause of my dog's death.. I took him there and within 3 days he died from the medication they gave me to give him. I was not allowed to check his labs, only received urine analysis after I went in and asked for it. I was told my dog's glucose was 700 (veterinarian said it should be 0, which is false) when it was actually 100. They never called to follow-up to see how he was doing either. I agree with some of these other reviews that they take your pet out of your control, out of your site, and come back and say that it's gonna cost you thousands of dollars to treat your pet. I was also sent home with paperwork on how to treat your cat with medications at home. When I asked about that the lady at the front desk said well it doesn't matter a dog and a cat are the same. I think I may do some further legal investigation into this is this animal hospital.

I have been taKing my Yorkie (Cash) to this Vet for the last two years, I have had no complaints until now. I recently purchased pet insurance “Companion Protect Insurance” one of the nice girls at the front desk told me about this insurance she was very nice and professional, this was in July, shortly thereafter I called “companion protect insurance, I signed up after they answered all my questions and after they told me what the insurance covered. So I called to inquire about the insurance at Horizon Ridge Veterinary , the girl that answered the call her customer service is horrible very unfriendly and knew absolutely nothing?! She handed the call to another rude girl!!! I have never been so rudely taken care of on a phone call regarding the insurance and the two not knowing anything I asked them! This call was on Wednesday August 18 at about 6:30 pm! All other personnel from the receptionists to the Dr’s have been professional, knowledgeable and gave me the time of day as a customer. And trust me I have paid expensive bills here, the least as a customer I should’ve been given better customer service than this!? I am waiting to call when a manager is available. These two need retraining in customer service, also the second girl I spoke to told me twice I have clients her that I need to charge out!!! Biotch!!!!

My dog Penny get horrible ear infections. I have had to stop in once a week the last 3 weeks to get her cleared up. Beverly at the front desk has been there each time and is always helpful, professional, and caring. I appreciate everything she does to get us in and out quickly in addition to the doctors and nurses on staff helping get everything cleared up. Thank you for all you guys do.

We have been using this vet for years. They take good care of our dogs and quickly respond to emergency needs when open.

I couldn't get in to my regular Vet ,but they did recommend Horizon ridge Animal hospital. So glad they did .Great Doctors especially Dr. Stanton he is so informative and takes his time to explain things.I hate going to a new Vet but so happy I did because I now have a great new Vet for my baby.I have had no problems getting in and wait time was but a few minutes, everytime!! My neighbor went with me to be another ear, let's just say he is now thinking he's changing Vets too. Thank you Horizon ridge Animal hospital/ Clinic for everything! I'll end it with this, if your Vet is gonna recommend a place for you just make sure they are not a better business than yourself cause that's how you loose business.

I left my dogs for boarding and both came home with copious amounts of diarrhea. After three days I made an appointment to have them looked at and they can’t get me in for another two days. It’s horrible that they cannot make an earlier appointment considering they was fine going into the boarding (fecal samples taken prior boarding were fine). Really disappointed that I have sick dogs and also they are expecting me to pay for the appointment.

Rude staff. They care about money, not your pet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Really an awesome place to go everybody is so nice

Recently had to put our perfect little boy Scotty down.. They were so careful with him while he was sick . They called to check up on him. As difficult as it was they were there to help us through it. My next baby will go there!!

Staff are friendly, lobby is clean and very welcoming. Nurse and doctors are very professional.

So far the boarding has been great. I am very disappointed with their attention to detail however. My 3 dogs have stayed 3 times, 2 stays with standard baths and nail trims, and 1 with full grooming. So far they have "forgot" twice and the third, nobody knows why they weren't taken to their grooming appointment in the same building. Very frustrating.

Always make you wait in a waiting room at least 30-60 min past your appt time. Never going back

Even though my dog was barking at her own echo and everything that moved, they were super awesome about it (minus the grouchy customer glaring at my son and I and loudly telling us to shut up before walking out). Prices were very reasonable compared to vca and they were great at getting me in very fast. Our vet was GREAT! Thanks Horizon Ridge. We'll be back!

Overcharge for meds (double what they can be bought for elsewhere), they take your dog out of the exam room now to be examined which I don’t like at all. $500 estimate to have your dogs teeth preventatively cleaned (when there is zero dental issues). Brought my dog in for an eye issue presenting symptoms and they were very vague on what they thought it was or could be or treatment options. I pressed The issue and they asked another doc. Had I not I would have simply burned an hour of my time and $60 to be told, dunno? I haven’t had to bring my dog to the vet here in about two years. It used to be good. I won’t be back, this place is a place of profit first and a place of animal medicine much further down the hirarchy of business plan. Keep looking, cross your fingers your find a vet that has knowledgable docs, gives a hoot about your animal and isn’t looking to rip you off for sake of lack of options.

Great staff, a little pricey

Good Vet and Staff, Can see Vet/Vet Tech if not emergency within 2-3 days, much sooner if emergency, clean facility, not the cheapest vet but good over all.

The team here is very compassionate and helped my pet through his illness.

They don't respect the appointments

I did not end up working there like I had hoped, but the staff was so friendly and the facility was clean, upkept, and beautiful. Seems like everyone has a positive additude and very professional. Wish I could've had the job.
