Great vet and assistant. And they were right on time with our appointment.

Irresponsible office. My puppy passed while at this hospital. INITIALLY everyone was empathic and sensitive toward my grieving. However, I went to pick up the body and they offered to have craigs cremation pick it up. THEY LOST everything including the animal. They had no answers and said "YUP" hes not here. In fact, I called a few times before they lost him and they told me they are taking care of it. Reception's attitude was very rude, dishonest, inappropriate, dismissive, and accusatory. Supervisor Robby refused to talk to me and sent 3rd party messages AFTER the fact. I wish I went elsewhere. I may have my pet or at least my remains as agreed to. I REGRET coming here.

Being new to the area, we were concerned about getting our dog into a good place. We started out with a very sick dog and needed to be seen quickly. Dr. Gunn took all the time we needed to ask questions. Our follow up for vaccines has been with same great service. Very friendly staff. Thank you GVAH.

Green Valley Animal Hospital is the best. The staff is so compassionate and caring. My dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen. Dr. Saddler was so compassionate and took the time to talk to me about what we needed to do. My dog came through surgery and is doing awesome. Dr. Saddler really knows her stuff.

I couldn't say enough about the love and care my cat Maggie Mae received by Dr Graves and the staff here, Dr Graves went out of her way and donated money out of her own pocket to see Maggie got the care she needed one day, now that is a vet who really cares about animals not the money, also Jennifer an assistant who work's in the back is one of the most loving persons I have ever seen in this bussiness, she worked very hard to clean Maggie up and remove the mattes in her fur over the days to come, Maggie was a very matted very sick cat brought in as stray by a trapper, when i decided to adopt her, I continued her care with them because how well they treated her and the care she was receiving, yes sometimes there was a wait but when it comes to great care it's worth it, there also open 7 days a week, walk in's welcomed so there always there for you furbaby.. before and after pic of Maggie posted , Thank you to all the staff at Green Valley Animal Hospital ! 5 ????????????????????

I like the experience that I had, they treat my dog very nice and found the problem that he has, they also have an app, I highly recommend this place ????

Just got shots for my cat, which went fine. So i cant reallg use that to determine much in terms of the care they actually provide figuring any place that does even the bare minimum , can do that w no issues .

Dropped of my Malinois this morning to get spayed, the Staff was very nice and quick, and the nurse was Super patient with my very nervous pup. Which I'm grateful for. Thank you Green valley and animal hospital! Take care of my baby! ????

Very disorganized front office. Was skipped by rude and entitled "regulars" while trying to.pay my bill and pick up my cat. Staff was oblivious to the rude behavior and just let it go on. Good place to get into a fight over nothing. Care given was satisfactory, dispite the chaos.

I love doc Roberson my little louie was attack on the neck by a German shepherd and on the stomach by a pitbull and my husband pick him up and with all his insides hanging out ran him to green valley we had no money and she took him in and was my christmas miracle thank you Shelly Harding

This is our Vet!! The staff and many Veterinarians are AMAZING! We have 2 Daschunds and a Chihuahua and will only go here.

The staff and doctors are the best ,my dogs have had excellent care there ,you can tell they love animals and there are treated like family.

I've been going here for a while now the workers there are very nice and friendly, I haven't ever had a bad experience there and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly.

I unfortunately had to put my girl down at the end of September. I couldn't have asked for a more kind and loving staff to help me through it, from the Dr who stayed in the room with me until after she passed (and gave her porkchop leftovers as her last meal) to the front office workers who consoled me when I lost it picking up her ashes. I wish I could give a higher rating than I am allowed to this place! They are amazing. I received the SWEETEST condolence card in the mail today, holidays have been a little harder this year without my dog here with me and the kind written words from their staff were so welcomed! Thank you!!

My cat Tuxie was constipated and Dr Saddler one of the Vets fixed him up gave him some tests. He has to have a Thyroid test but he is going fantastic. Thank You

I appreciate the fact that they got us right in, because it was urgent and did the right diagnostic tests. The technician was terrific, the front desk was wonderful, and the Dr Ramlal was logical and thorough. Best part was she really did seem to care, which means everything to me .

I was afraid to take my Lucifer to a different very, but he was in pain so I took him here. Not only was I able to bring him in as a walk-in, I wasn't charged the astronomical emergency fees that most vets will charge. They were able to find out what was wrong with Lucifer, prescribed him some medicine and rest for 2 to 3 weeks. The care and compassion that they show to Lucifer they also extended to me. I think I found a new vet for my Lucifer.

The reason for my visit was not of a pleasant nature. I was there because my 16 and a half year old dog quality of life had degraded to the point where I could no longer allow her to suffer. I called and made an appointment to have my dog seen and explain the reasoning. They were very very accommodating and got me in right away. The vet and I'm not too sure what her name was was the most compassionate and understanding veterinarian that I have ever met. Due to the circumstances of which my visit it was very difficult time for me. I could have not asked for a better experience under the circumstances of my visit. I was allowed plenty of time to say goodbye and grieve. They were so accommodating and caring and compassionate I would recommend them to anybody and often do. Even though the reason for my visit was not a pleasant nature they made a world of difference. I would actually like to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Seth Pitts

I took my 7 month old cat, Harry, in on Wednesday, November 24th because he may have contracted ringworm or it could be an insect bite around his neck. I paid $92 for a test to confirm if it’s ringworm plus $58 for the exam. I was advised that I would get a call back on Friday but I should quarantine our 7 month old kitten just in case it is ringworm. I did not get a call back on Friday. I called 3 times and the 3rd time, the receptionist told me the results are in but the vet would need to call me back as that is the only one that can discuss with me. The receptionist assured me the vet would call me back today, Friday, November 26th. I said you close at 6;00. The receptionist said the vets like to make their calls after 6:00. The time is now 9:00PM and I still haven’t received a phone call. I guess they only care when taking my money but not enough to give me a peace of mind about my 7 month old kitten that needs to still be quarantined even though are sitting on the results without communicating with me.

Was a good experience where all nice and fast would've gave 5 stars but I had to put my dog down because the surgery was like 2 to 3 thousand and don't have payment plans work on a plan and would be better

Went there to drop of a dog and two cats for boarding. While there, they are getting updates on shots, fecal testing for the cats, etc. Very friendly and professional. They went over detailed feeding instructions. Realized we forgot the kibble for them, and they said no problem, they would provide the food. Have used them before and our family remains loyal. Highly recommend!
