Lissette and Derrick have been THE reason our pup has made improvements in behavior, nutrition and sleep. As brand new dog owners, we had no clue what we were doing. At the first visit we developed a plan of what we wanted to work on and learned skills that se day. Not only do they make the time to come to our home when needed, they are available for (sometimes) daily texting of questions, updates or clarifications and actually encourage the communication. One of the most important things they taught us in the process is that progress is 100% based on our commitment to doing the work. When we don't do our homework or are not consistent, it shows in his behavior. Then they come back and get us back on the right path again. This definitely an investment in our pup and it isn't cheap. Sometimes you get what you pay for, in the case of Bark Busters, you get so much more. They are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Your dog will thank you!

my sweet puppy was struggling with resource guarding. we couldn’t have guests over because he would have so much anxiety, would lunge at them, bark, air bite. derek and lisette came in and helped us, not even an hour later my roommate had a friend over and he was so chill and calm about it! we’ve been having people over with no problems since. thank you so much bark busters!! ❤️

Both dogs are doing well. We don’t have any problems controlling the door. Both dogs doing a good job of walking at my side. Herb still won’t go far from home. No growling until this morning. Clap growl followed by water squirt shut it down within 5 seconds and Herb walked away. Evening walks with boy boys don’t require water bombs. We still only go down the street and back. For a service that cost me over $1200, I expected better. Don't get me wrong, a good amount of the information that was given to me was very useful and has made a difference with my pet. However, my trainer never introduced himself, wasn't wearing a mask when he arrived and kept taking the mask off when I asked him to wear one (I work in a nursing home, and I wore a mask the entire time.) I was told that the appointment would take 3 hours, but he was in and out in 1 hour 45 min because he rushed through everything, seemed extremely anxious and jittery and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. He texted me dozens of links to various expensive toys or foods or accessories that I can't afford (especially after the hefty price tag of dog training). I understand that I paid for a lifetime of dog training, but I don't want the trainer back in my house or in my presence again.

Bark busters is awesome. They have been working with our English bulldog since he was only a few months old. Not only have they helped us train him but have also given us advice on the proper food, leashes, and any other product you could imagine. All of their recommendations are amazing and have solved our dogs problems whether it be throwing up or dandruff. They also are ALWAYS available to answer questions, I always get a text back instantly when I have a question. They also are great at re-enacting real life situations in order to do hands-on training. For example, we were having a problem with our dog when we took him to Target, so they met us at Target for our training session and helped us on the spot! We are so thankful for them and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I had some help from Derek to train my dog and he gave me some really helpful tips to walk my dog and reassured me that he is playing rather than being aggressive. He also helped me with a dietary supplement for my dog so I can keep him healthy and happy (: Amazing guy!! I recommend 10/10 and I just appreciate him so much.

Beyond thankful for Lisette for helping our dog transform her behavior and become more comfortable. All of her help and support is greatly appreciated. Our dog would not be the same without her expertise and her willingness to always help us with whatever we need. SO glad we have her help!

Derek has taught me so much about dogs and their behavior. Not to mention how to take better care of my sweet girl so she lives a better life! Amazing! Within 1-2 sessions my dog Maci already made changes. And within 3-4 sessions she’s a whole new dog and has improved a ton! It’s so nice to see something work quickly, as long as you put the work in. Lissette has always answered my texts quickly with any questions I have about training. Would highly recommend!

I have to admit.. I didn’t think barking at my dogs and talk their language will work the way it does. But the more I think about it, the more it makes sense to me! I have tried so many trainers and different approaches before and they all were disrespectful and harmful to my dogs, e collars, prong collars, all using force and not communication. THIS GUYS ARE DIFFERENT!!!! They are so professional, true animal lovers, none judgmental, informative and totally available 24/7 100%. Best service I have ever experienced by far!!! We had our first lesson yesterday and just by following few simple exercises I already see a difference in my dogs. Derek is really good at teach us and the dogs. Very knowledgeable and helped introduce our two dogs together and they had fun!

We've only had two sessions with Lissette so far, but we've seen major improvement with our dog already. She listens to us more, she respects us when walking, and distractions don't faze her as much. Lissette is very knowledgeable in what she does. She can extend the life of your dog via diet!

Derek and Lissette are amazing trainers. They have so much patience, they care so much. I have had other trainers in the past, they were not able to communicate to me the way I am able to communicate with my dogs now. They have the biggest hearts and so much knowledge about how a dog thinks and reacts.

We are so grateful for Derek and Lissette. Our two female dogs had severe sibling rivalry and Derek and Lissette helped us resolve this issue in just a few visits. They also helped us with food and vaccine options. We even found a holistic to switch to. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping dogs.

Derek and Lizette have changed our lives! When Wagging Tails Rescue united me with my fur baby, I was overjoyed. About a month after rescuing my stubborn Great Pyrenees she starting displaying extreme protective behavior over the house and me resulting with aggressive behavior towards other dogs and men. She had severe anxiety, was barking non stop, and was out of control on walks to the point where I was afraid to walk her. Derek and Lizette taught me how to train my dog and how to communicate with her so that she would respond to my commands. At first I was self-conscious to make the growling “BAH” sound to correct unwanted behavior and didn’t listen to the training they provided. I was losing hope and thinking about returning Sadie to the rescue. After a second training session I changed my perspective and decided to buckle down with the training they were instilling. It wasn’t easy and it took about 4 months of dedicated training to see ALL of the results I desired. Following their guidelines I have seen incredible results with my dog. We now walk every day, she does not bark, she shows zero aggression, and listens to all commands. Going above and beyond training they guided me with everything from nutrition for my dog to products to use to elevate anxiety. Derek and Lizette are very responsive and genuinely care about the well being of animals. They are always there when needed, even just to provide advice and guidance for small concerns when texting. I highly recommend the lifetime of the animal training package.

Lissette helped me with Milo and his potty and chewing issues. She made it very easy to understand and even my skeptical wife was blown away! Our biggest hold back from getting training was we didn’t want any collars on him. Bark Busters didn’t use them at all. Call them for dog training!!

I was desperate for help when we brought a younger new dog, into our household with our older dog! It was at the point that we were considering on returning our new Rambunctious Dog Ocean. I called Bark Busters as a last resort because Ocean was lovable for a PUP that had spent part of his life as a street stray. Lissette came and gave us tools and exercises to train him and our Dog Luna enough so they would listen better, and so that we could control them when they had outburst with each other. We had Lissette come back a second time to help us reinforce what we had learned, and she reeducated us for forgetting some of the stuff she had taught us. The Best thing about Bark Busters is the Lifetime of training available. We had a few other issues a few months later, and Derek was able to come and encourage and guide us through. I appreciate him understanding that our training goals might be different then other clients. I recommend Bark Busters for People who are serious about training their pets, with loving techniques.

We got our puppy months back and couldn't be happier. After a month or so she started to just completely take over. She had zero respect for my wife and didn't listen to either of us at all. So I looked on yelp and contact Bark Busters. What can I say except Lissette with Bark Busters is amazing! Within minutes of her coming over the our baby was changed. It was like a night and day difference after that first visit. Wrigley was a different dog. Don't get me wrong she is not perfect (yet) but they will give you the tools to succeed in training the perfect dog. If you need help for any dog, any size, any age or pretty much anything at all you need to contact them immediately. You will not be disappointed!

My parents have only had great experience with Bark Busters Canada and when my husband and I got our new puppy, we thought we’d start training him at an early age to ensure that he won’t develop any behavioral problems in the future. I did some research and saw that they have Bark Busters Las Vegas!!! I got in touch with Derek & Lissette! Amazing people! Derek already started Divot’s training 2 weeks ago & wow ???? everything has been a breeze, so far! Everyone I talked to spoke about the difficulties of potty training or crate training but for us, Divot has been very good! Of course it’s not always perfect but at a young age our puppy really knows how to listen. Even teaching him tricks became so much easier because he really listens. What I like best is training without having to use a treat to bribe him, it’s a matter of trust and respect between you and your dog. Just like a child, it is always best to teach them at a young age... so if you are thinking of getting a trainer who is knowledgeable, patient, and cool! Well!!!! You have them right here!!!!! Without a doubt this is one of the best investments we’ve made for our puppy! Looking forward to more learnings in the future!

I am a new customer who really needed help with my min pin chihuahua, who shows aggression towards people and other dogs. It got so out of hand with the nipping and the barking that I was about to just give-up on him. I had already done dog training before awhile back, but it didn’t fix the problem and wasn’t much help at all, but with Derek, there was immediate results in the first session. I was utterly so surprised. Usually, my dog would be barking and growling and going crazy, but with the tools I learned from Derek, he immediately fixed the root problem, which was leadership and dominance and corrected my dog’s behavior. Then we went outside and trained him on walking and that was immediate results. he used to pull on the leash and bark at every stranger and dog, but my dog did not bark at all. If you’re looking for results and are tired of trainers that don’t train your dog’s root problems, then go here. So friendly and so good at teaching you how to train your dog! Worth every penny!

Could not be more impressed with Derrick and Bark Busters. To begin he worked with us to get scheduled quickly and even came to our training session on Thanksgiving day! His training tips were fantastic and doing our homework every day we have already began seeing a difference in our dog’s behavior.
