Stumbled upon this place on accident. Walked in and noticed the owners were Korean. Wanted to support Koreans and booked an appointment. Love that the business uses text messages. They'll send picture updates of your pup getting spoiled if you get the VIP treatment. I'll text them to book appointments. My pup comes out looking beautiful and I don't think she's mistreated there at all. They also sell pups there too.

BY FAR THE BEST! At other groomers our dog Normally shakes and trembles and is clearly upset! But here at SPOILED PUP, she does none of that. They are very professional and send updates throughout session (check out photo of our pups facial ???? )! Seriously a great place to take your fur baby!

Let me just start out in saying that this does not have to do with their grooming. Only with their puppy selling/dealing practices. They claim to be sellers of puppy from home bred litters. This is untrue. They give you zero information on where the dogs are from. This is a red flag. I was naive and believed that they were better than this. I want to also preface by saying that this is my experience and what I've experienced was a LOT of back and forth, lying and now false claims. But I have screenshots. And I have proof. I have attached PROOF of everything I'm saying. So you can make your own educated decision. On April 17, I put the $500 deposit down for a Pug puppy. It started when I called this business because I was confused. Is this a pet grooming service? A pet adoption place? They called me back and said that they happened to have a pug and he was 8 weeks old and he would be $1800. I asked if anyone else was on the list for him and was told no, but FUNNY thing right? 4 other people called before hand about pugs and just suddenly, they had a pug from last night. I go ok, so I go there. Completely unprovoked, the guy, Jesse (who was the main person who I dealt with) said that he'd lower the price to 1650. Looking back, this was such a trick to get rid of the pup. I said ok, what's the deposit. Jesse says half but that he'd allow 500 cash as a deposit. I again, stupidly say OK. I go to the ATM and get that cash for him right away and sign a deposit contract that says that once you put it down, you HAVE to get the dog otherwise you lose the deposit. It is unrefundable and you have to get the dog within 3 days. I come back the next day, April 18 to pick up the dog. I was over the moon. I loved him so much and made sure he never touched anything and was careful because Jesse really scared me about Parvo and how he needs to be careful about touching anything and meeting anyone until he gets his second round of shots. I understood. I took him home and really bonded with him. Never let him leave my sight or home. April 20 early morning I noticed something was very wrong. He was lethargic, had diarrhea, and was vomiting. I was very scared something was wrong with him so I took him to the vet but on the way there, I called SpoiledPup asking for advice. They said maybe give him food and see if he wants it. I said ok, and tried to give him a treat but of course he's so sick he cares little for it. I get to the vet and they want to do a Parvo test and say ok. The test came out positive. (proof attached below). This came out about 48 hours from point of sale. I was conflicted because the bill cost at 7k with a 50/50 chance of living. I was so heartbroken, and I felt this was unfair since the contract (attached) said he was seen and good to go according to a vet. This is untrue. Incubation for Parvo is at least 3 days so you can do the math. They sold me a Parvo puppy. I texted them and they wanted him back (see attached) and I was worried that they wouldn't take care of him. They assured me that they would and if the dog was better they PROMISED that I could buy him back. This is not how it played out. The next day after I gave him back (stupidly because I trusted them again) and yes, they gave me my money back. But this does not absolve them of selling me a sick dog to a known contagious disease that may be rampant in their business. The next day they claimed he was doing just fine, that it was a false parvo test, & then days later they claim that the breeder wouldn't wanna sell the dog back. There's no proof that the dog didn't have parvo, and no proof that the "breeder" has decided to keep the dog. I don't want to make accusations based on what I think MIGHT be happening, but I believe that the dog may be dead due to their extreme negligence, and are trying to cover it up with claiming that the breeder suddenly doesn't want to sell the dog. When I confronted them about it they mentioned that this happens a LOT. So please, be careful about getting a dog from them. I would personally not play with this.

These ppl are absolute monstera from what I've heard about Ziggy. Sold a sick dog and left the owner with a 7k bill.

Scariest moment of my life-insane negligence I dropped off my mini golden doodle at Spoiled Pup, physically handed her over to the worker and left. As we were leaving and turning onto Rainbow, I see my dog running freely in the parking lot. We quickly turned our car around in a panic, and luckily I was able catch and save my dog from running into traffic. It was the single most terrifying moment in my life. And, then when I return my dog to the business, the employee tells me it’s not their fault for our dog running away. I handed them my dog and left, and she got out while in their care, who’s fault is it that she wasn’t secure? Why aren’t there safety procedure and protocols to avoid situations like this. The workers on shift said they would let the owner know what happened and they would call me back, but they never did. Outside of even offering a discount, I couldn’t even get phone call or a written/email apology about what happened. There was genuinely no regard for my dogs life or the possibility of how badly she could have been injured because they didn’t secure her safely. Worst experience of my life. I use to bring both of my dogs, my moms dog, and would happily refer consistent business to Spoiled Pup. Not any more. Not with their blatant disregard for our dog’s safety. It’s unforgivable. I don’t mind paying high prices but Spoiled Pup doesn’t want to take any responsibility for what may happened to our dogs. Can not recommend a business run like this. 0/5

They totally screwed my Pomeranian. They told me they would scissor cut her knowing poms cannot be clipper cut but they did it any way. Charged me so much money without actually doing what they charged me for . Very upsetting to ask them to do something about it like FIX HER CUT and all they do is Write novels justifying why! They clipper cut my dog to skin without me asking for this .

They Don't care about the dogs if you love your pet avoid this place

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! THEY HAVE A PARVO INFESTATION IN THEIR DOGS & THEYRE SELLING SICK DOGS. They WILL take your money and sell you a very sick dog & than take that dog back and keep your money. The dog will die too. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

This right here is a lavish grooming place for your pup. I wouldn’t even call it groomers, it’s a spa for ur furbaby!! I took my baby here for a grooming sesh for the first time and left the place a satisfied regular customer and so did my pup ????????. The place looks sooo cute, it brought positive vibes. But most importantly their service tops everything, they took very good care of my baby and wonderfully groomed her. They give u updates on every step they do and send pictures along the way. The overall experience was amazing, I’d recommend this shop to every dog parent. Shoutout to every employee! We appreciate you! ????????

This place I found after my old groomer moved away. And I needed someplace close by to my house. I looked up many places but this one stood out to me the most. It caught my eye by how adorable it was but when I saw the work they do on toy breeds especially the furry ones, I said ”this is the place”! My pom/shihtzu is a challenge for some people. I have taken my pup elsewhere after her groomer left only to be dissatisfied with their work. This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The groomer is very knowledgeable and gentle with her clients. I loved the whole experience with them! I will definitely be back! ❤️????????❤️

Upscale dog groomer. They don't take large or unruly dogs as their grooming tables are built for smaller breeds. A great place to spoil your dog with infrared dryers, face masks, and carbonated bubble baths. Your little one will love it!

This place goes the extra mile! I love how meticulous they are, definitely my new favorite groomers!

Fantastic experience. Candace gave our little Pom a great haircut! And he came out super happy. I went to another groomers in Henderson but it wasn’t the best experience, mainly because of the customer service. Spoiled Pup did a great job all around! It’s far from where I live but I will be making the drive every time from now on! Thank you!

I usually don’t don’t reviews, but I felt like I truly needed to this time. What a great experience both me and my husband had, they sent updates throughout their spa treatment which gave me a peace of mind. My 15 years old senior dog Kai, I could tell had a great experience, this dog is usually cranky but the moment we walked in he was surprisingly ok. My 2 year old French Bull dog DEKU is just always happy. Thank you all so much for an experience for us humans and our fur babes.

Great customer service and my pup gets well taken care of. She has been about five times now and every time I pick her up she looks amazing. I recommend adding on the fizzy water and avacado face mask for the pup. Will not go anywhere else.

Bought a dog I thought was a Full blooded Yorkie and she's bipurebred price I wanted a toy yorkie I was told % wouldn't get no bigger than my yorkie I already have. They were the only I would let groom him. So I decided to buy aonesm puppy from then ahead is a 12lbs yorkie her son from her first litter 17lbs. WHAT DID YOU ALL SELL ME A MUT!!! She looks more like a silky terrier. You made me pa real price I feel that should have been myay choice. who knows I might still have bought hetr a little honesty goes a long way.
