I pay $114 every month for my two dogs and every time I take them in for their exams there's always additional costs. I think this is a rip off and am seeking a new Vet for my dogs

They have favoritism with pets, brought my puppy here 3 times. And they always seem to have an attitude. This should be my last time coming here. They like to make promises for things and then take there word back.

I dropped my dog off at 1030am for her appointment. They stated they would call when she is ready for me to pick her up. I went home and waited for the call and @ 657pm someone called me and said and I quote "are you coming to get your dog we close at 7pm"? I let her know I didn't get a call stating that she was ready then she said and I quote "Well are you close by because we did call". I asked how can I be close by when I didn't know that she was ready? I went on to explain that I didn't receive a call or a message from anyone from the company. She let me know we will try to stay for you. Then she hung up. I have never been treated this way at this particular facility. Everyone has always been nice but this conversation with the lady on the phone rubbed me the wrong way. Why wait until 657 to see if I was coming if there was a call made to me earlier as she claimed. The phone call seemed unprofessional and I deal with professional people all the time and there is away to speak to people and that is not it. I like to work with Ruth I believe that is her name. If she is still there I rather work with her.

Friendly staff, good service, decent price

Went to have grooming for my dog after 20 mins or so had a call from Groomer ( Stephanei Petmart) that my dog has a nosebleed which never been happen to my dog before. So the groomer said she took my dog next door which is Banfield Hospital . Of course I’m worried . I called spoke to someone ( front desk) they said the Doctor will call me in a few minutes . So I waited finally I got call from doctor, we talked for almost 20 mins she asking a lot of questions abt. My dog/ history . First I asked how’s my dog? She Said he is Ok. stable . To cut the story short . She wants to do blood work to my dog and charge me 250 dollars and also suggested to enroll into Well ness Program I told the Doctor I don’t have extra money for that at this time .... so after reading all those negative reviews .. made me think move out totally from that place and not give my business to them .. Finally I picked up my dog and he is perfectly fine . Strongly suggest read reviews that helps you decide if they really honest and have care to your pets Lastly I don’t really believed that my dog has a nosebleed...

We absolutely adore Dr. GUERNICK! We are dropping the Banfield Wellness program after about 20 years and numerous pets. I give the Doctors 5 stars but the rest of the office is sorely lacking. Save the $600 ya pay automatically to Banfield! At Valley Ranch Veterinary shots are only $12 and your pet is appreciated and welcomed.

I really enjoyed going here. They always were efficient and convenient. I wanted top care for my pets. But, the huge issue is their wellness plan. Do not sign up for it if you have a fragile animal. Do not feel pressured and it is a one year commitment. My puppy got really sick and I tried calling Banfield at 11 am. No answer, no support. I tried calling the wellness plan 1-800 number and there was 97 people ahead of me in queue. My puppy was deteriorating and time was crucial. I had to call multiple vets to locate an emergency center. It was about 15 min before finalizing where I was driving to. My puppy died 5 minutes away from the alternate provider. In this painful tragedy, Banfield continues to charge me, and I still had to pay the emergency vet. I just feel like Banfield dropped the ball and my puppy would have had a chance of survival in those critical minutes. My heart is broke and my credit card will continue to be charged.

I have had two exams where the vets are scared of my 7 lb cat. Refuse to do any work with her and still charged me. Don't go. It is just a scam.

This "hospital" is more for just temporary fixes for your pet. They do not really care about the overall health of your pet in the long run. Please take your pooches to a real, noncorporate vet.

Expensive compared to a local vet

Zero stars. My wife brought our dog in yesterday to get eye drops for an infection. They signed her up for the Wellness Plan, implying it was insurance, under MY NAME. They proceeded to do tests we never asked for and did not get explicit consent OR go over an itemized receipt. I came in today to address this issue and was told I have to call an 800 number, the wait for which is 26 minutes. Be cautious when coming here, they're operating it like some internet scheme that tries to collect as much money as possible before you realize what's going on.

If I could put Zero I would. Pkease beware. Tgese are not caring people. I went in just to get a syringe without a neee so I can give my dog water. He is getting dehydrated and wont drink. I syringe him to help. Tgey told me they cant without administering meds and to go to the dollar store. I tried to tell them why but they did not care at all. Better to have a dog get sick then help. NEVER go to them Barbara
